1 David's confidence in prayer. 7 He prayeth for remission of sins, 16 and for help in affliction.

 25:1 [[[A Psalm] of David.]] To You, O LORD 3068, I lift 5375 up my soul 5315.

 25:2 O my God 430, in You I trust 982, Do not let me be ashamed 954; Do not let my enemies 340 exult 5970 over me.

 25:3 Indeed 1571, none 3605 3808 of those who wait 6960a for You will be ashamed 954; Those who deal 898 treacherously 898 without 7387 cause 7387 will be ashamed 954.

 25:4 ¶ Make me know 3045 Your ways 1870, O LORD 3068; Teach 3925 me Your paths 734.

 25:5 Lead 1869 me in Your truth 571 and teach 3925 me, For You are the God 430 of my salvation 3468; For You I wait 6960a all 3605 the day 3117.

 25:6 Remember 2142, O LORD 3068, Your compassion 7356 and Your lovingkindnesses 2617a, For they have been from of old 5769.

 25:8 ¶ Good 2896a and upright 3477 is the LORD 3068; Therefore 5921 3651 He instructs 3384 sinners 2400 in the way 1870.

 25:9 He leads 1869 the humble 6035 in justice 4941, And He teaches 3925 the humble 6035 His way 1870.

 25:10 All 3605 the paths 734 of the LORD 3068 are lovingkindness 2617a and truth 571 To those who keep 5341 His covenant 1285 and His testimonies 5713b.

 25:11 For Your name’s 8034 sake 4616, O LORD 3068, Pardon 5545 my iniquity 5771, for it is great 7227a.

 25:12 ¶ Who 4310 is the man 376 who fears 3372a the LORD 3068? He will instruct 3384 him in the way 1870 he should choose 977.

 25:13 His soul 5315 will abide 3885a in prosperity 2896b, And his descendants 2233 will inherit 3423 the land 776.

 25:14 The secret 5475 of the LORD 3068 is for those who fear 3372a Him, And He will make them know 3045 His covenant 1285.

 25:15 My eyes 5869 are continually 8548 toward 413 the LORD 3068, For He will pluck 3318 my feet 7272 out of the net 7568.

 25:16 ¶ Turn 6437 to me and be gracious 2603a to me, For I am lonely 3173 and afflicted 6041.
