Psalms 148

1 The psalmist exhorteth the celestial, 7 the terrestrial, 1 and the rational creatures to praise God.

 148:1 Praise 1984b the LORD 3050! Praise 1984b the LORD 3068 from the heavens 8064; Praise 1984b Him in the heights 4791!

 148:2 Praise 1984b Him, all 3605 His angels 4397; Praise 1984b Him, all 3605 His hosts 6635!

 148:3 Praise 1984b Him, sun 8121 and moon 3394; Praise 1984b Him, all 3605 stars 3556 of light 216!

 148:4 Praise 1984b Him, highest 8064 heavens 8064, And the waters 4325 that are above 4480 5921 the heavens 8064!

 148:5 Let them praise 1984b the name 8034 of the LORD 3068, For He commanded 6680 and they were created 1254a.

 148:6 He has also established 5975 them forever 5703 and ever 5769; He has made 5414 a decree 2706 which will not pass 5674a away 5674a.

 148:7 ¶ Praise 1984b the LORD 3068 from the earth 776, Sea 8577 monsters 8577 and all 3605 deeps 8415;

 148:8 Fire 784 and hail 1259, snow 7950 and clouds 7008; Stormy 5591b wind 7307, fulfilling 6213a His word 1697;

 148:9 Mountains 2022 and all 3605 hills 1389; Fruit 6529 trees 6086 and all 3605 cedars 730;

 148:10 Beasts 2421b and all 3605 cattle 929; Creeping 7431 things 7431 and winged 3671 fowl 6833;

 148:11 Kings 4428 of the earth 776 and all 3605 peoples 3816; Princes 8269 and all 3605 judges 8199 of the earth 776;

 148:12 Both young 970 men 970 and virgins 1330; Old 2205 men 2205 and children 5288.

 148:13 ¶ Let them praise 1984b the name 8034 of the LORD 3068, For His name 8034 alone 905 is exalted 7682; His glory 1935 is above 5921 earth 776 and heaven 8064.

 148:14 And He has lifted 7311 up a horn 7161 for His people 5971a, Praise 1984b for all 3605 His godly 2623 ones 2623; [Even] for the sons 1121 of Israel 3478, a people 5971a near 7138 to Him. Praise 1984b the LORD 3050!
