149:2 Let Israel 3478 be glad 8055 in his Maker 6213a; Let the sons 1121 of Zion 6726 rejoice 1523 in their King 4428.

149:3 Let them praise 1984b His name 8034 with dancing 4234; Let them sing 2167 praises 2167 to Him with timbrel 8596 and lyre 3658.

149:4 For the LORD 3068 takes 7521 pleasure 7521 in His people 5971a; He will beautify 6286 the afflicted 6035 ones 6035 with salvation 3444.

149:5 ¶ Let the godly 2623 ones 2623 exult 5937 in glory 3519b; Let them sing 7442 for joy 7442 on their beds 4904.

149:6 [Let] the high 7318 praises 7318 of God 410 [be] in their mouth 1627, And a two-edged 6310 sword 2719 in their hand 3027,
