 11:1 w'yätzä choţer miGëza yishäy w'nëtzer miSHäräshäyw yif'reh

 11:1 ¶ And there shall come forth 3318 z8804 a rod 2415 out of the stem 1503 x4480 of Yišay יִשַׁי, 3448 and a Branch 5342 shall grow 6509 z8799 out of his roots: 8328 x4480

וְנָחָה עָלָיו רוּחַ יְהוָה רוּחַ חָכְמָה וּבִינָה רוּחַ עֵצָה וּגְבוּרָה רוּחַ דַּעַת וְיִרְאַת יְהוָה

 11:2 w'nächäh äläyw rûªch y'hwäh rûªch chäkh'mäh ûviynäh rûªch ëtzäh ûg'vûräh rûªch Daat w'yir'at y'hwäh

 11:2 And the spirit 7307 of Yähwè יָהוֶה 3068 shall rest 5117 z8804 upon x5921 him, the spirit 7307 of wisdom 2451 and understanding, 998 the spirit 7307 of counsel 6098 and might, 1369 the spirit 7307 of knowledge 1847 and of the fear 3374 of Yähwè יָהוֶה; 3068

וַהֲרִיחוֹ בְּיִרְאַת יְהוָה וְלֹא־לְמַרְאֵה עֵינָיו יִשְׁפּוֹט וְלֹא־לְמִשְׁמַע אָזְנָיו יוֹכִיחַ

 11:3 waháriychô B'yir'at y'hwäh w'lo-l'mar'ëh ëynäyw yish'Pôţ w'lo-l'mish'ma äz'näyw yôkhiyªch

 11:3 And shall make him of quick understanding 7306 z8687 in the fear 3374 of Yähwè יָהוֶה: 3068 and he shall not x3808 judge 8199 z8799 after the sight 4758 of his eyes, 5869 neither x3808 reprove 3198 z8686 after the hearing 4926 of his ears: 241

וְשָׁפַט בְּצֶדֶק דַּלִּים וְהוֹכִיחַ בְּמִישׁוֹר לְעַנְוֵי־אָרֶץ וְהִכָּה־אֶרֶץ בְּשֵׁבֶט פִּיו וּבְרוּחַ שְׂפָתָיו יָמִית רָשָׁע

 11:4 w'shäfaţ B'tzedeq DaLiym w'hôkhiyªch B'miyshôr l'an'wëy-äretz w'hiKäh-eretz B'shëveţ Piyw ûv'rûªch s'fätäyw yämiyt räshä

 11:4 But with righteousness 6664 shall he judge 8199 z8804 the poor, 1800 and reprove 3198 z8689 with equity 4334 for the meek 6035 of the earth: 776 and he shall smite 5221 z8689 the earth 776 with the rod 7626 of his mouth, 6310 and with the breath 7307 of his lips 8193 shall he slay 4191 z8686 the wicked. 7563

וְהָיָה צֶדֶק אֵזוֹר מָתְנָיו וְהָאֱמוּנָה אֵזוֹר חֲלָצָיו

 11:5 w'häyäh tzedeq ëzôr mät'näyw w'häémûnäh ëzôr chálätzäyw

 11:5 And righteousness 6664 shall be x1961 the girdle 232 of his loins, 4975 and faithfulness 530 the girdle 232 of his reins. 2504

וְגָר זְאֵב עִם־כֶּבֶשׂ וְנָמֵר עִם־גְּדִי יִרְבָּץ וְעֵגֶל וּכְפִיר וּמְרִיא יַחְדָּו וְנַעַר קָטֹן נֹהֵג בָּם

 11:6 w'gär z'ëv im-Keves w'nämër im-G'diy yir'Bätz w'ëgel ûkh'fiyr ûm'riy yach'Däw w'naar qäţon nohëg Bäm

 11:6 The wolf 2061 also shall dwell 1481 z8804 with x5973 the lamb, 3532 and the leopard 5246 shall lie down 7257 z8799 with x5973 the kid; 1423 and the calf 5695 and the young lion 3715 and the fatling 4806 together; 3162 and a little 6996 child 5288 shall lead 5090 z8802 them.

וּפָרָה וָדֹב תִּרְעֶינָה יַחְדָּו יִרְבְּצוּ יַלְדֵיהֶן וְאַרְיֵה כַּבָּקָר יֹאכַל־תֶּבֶן

 11:7 ûfäräh wädov Tir'eynäh yach'Däw yir'B'tzû yal'dëyhen w'ar'yëh KaBäqär yokhal-Teven

 11:7 And the cow 6510 and the bear 1677 shall feed; 7462 z8799 their young ones 3206 shall lie down 7257 z8799 together: 3162 and the lion 738 shall eat 398 z8799 straw 8401 like the ox. 1241

וְשִׁעֲשַׁע יוֹנֵק עַל־חֻר פָּתֶן וְעַל מְאוּרַת צִפְעוֹנִי גָּמוּל יָדוֹ הָדָה

 11:8 w'shiásha yônëq al-chur Päten w'al m'ûrat tzif'ôniy Gämûl yädô hädäh

לֹא־יָרֵעוּ וְלֹא־יַשְׁחִיתוּ בְּכָל־הַר קָדְשִׁי כִּי־מָלְאָה הָאָרֶץ דֵּעָה אֶת־יְהוָה כַּמַּיִם לַיָּם מְכַסִּים פ

וְהָיָה בַּיּוֹם הַהוּא שֹׁרֶשׁ יִשַׁי אֲשֶׁר עֹמֵד לְנֵס עַמִּים אֵלָיו גּוֹיִם יִדְרֹשׁוּ וְהָיְתָה מְנֻחָתוֹ כָּבוֹד פ

 11:10 ¶ And in that x1931 day 3117 there shall be x1961 a root 8328 of Yišay יִשַׁי, 3448 which x834 shall stand 5975 z8802 for an ensign 5251 of the people; 5971 to x413 it shall the Gentiles 1471 seek: 1875 z8799 and his rest 4496 shall be x1961 glorious. 3519

 11:11 And it shall come to pass x1961 in that x1931 day, 3117 [that] Yähwè יָהוֶה 136 shall set y3254 z0 his hand 3027 again 3254 z8686 the second time 8145 to recover 7069 z8800 x853 the remnant 7605 of his people, 5971 which x834 shall be left, 7604 z8735 from ´Aššûr אַשּׁוּר, 804 x4480 and from Mixrayim מִצרַיִם, 4714 x4480 and from Paŧrôs פַּתרוֹס, 6624 x4480 and from Cûš כּוּשׁ, 3568 x4480 and from `Êläm עֵילָם, 5867 x4480 and from Šin`är שִׁנעָר, 8152 x4480 and from Çámäŧ חֲמָת, 2574 x4480 and from the islands 339 x4480 of the sea. 3220

וְנָשָׂא נֵס לַגּוֹיִם וְאָסַף נִדְחֵי יִשְׂרָאֵל וּנְפֻצוֹת יְהוּדָה יְקַבֵּץ מֵאַרְבַּע כַּנְפוֹת הָאָרֶץ

 11:12 w'näsä nëš laGôyim w'äšaf nid'chëy yis'räël ûn'futzôt y'hûdäh y'qaBëtz mëar'Ba Kan'fôt hääretz

 11:12 And he shall set up 5375 z8804 an ensign 5251 for the nations, 1471 and shall assemble 622 z8804 the outcasts y1760 z8737 x5080 of Yiŝrä´ël יִשׂרָאֵל, 3478 and gather together 6908 z8762 the dispersed 5310 z8803 of Yæhûđà יְהוּדָה 3063 from the four 702 x4480 corners 3671 of the earth. 776

וְסָרָה קִנְאַת אֶפְרַיִם וְצֹרְרֵי יְהוּדָה יִכָּרֵתוּ אֶפְרַיִם לֹא־יְקַנֵּא אֶת־יְהוּדָה וִיהוּדָה לֹא־יָצֹר אֶת־אֶפְרָיִם

 11:13 w'šäräh qin'at ef'rayim w'tzor'rëy y'hûdäh yiKärëtû ef'rayim lo-y'qaNë et-y'hûdäh wiyhûdäh lo-yätzor et-ef'räyim

 11:13 The envy 7068 also of ´Efrayim אֶפרַיִם 669 shall depart, 5493 z8804 and the adversaries 6887 z8802 of Yæhûđà יְהוּדָה 3063 shall be cut off: 3772 z8735 ´Efrayim אֶפרַיִם 669 shall not x3808 envy 7065 z8762 x853 Yæhûđà יְהוּדָה, 3063 and Yæhûđà יְהוּדָה 3063 shall not x3808 vex 6887 z8799 x853 ´Efrayim אֶפרַיִם. 669

וְעָפוּ בְכָתֵף פְּלִשְׁתִּים יָמָּה יַחְדָּו יָבֹזּוּ אֶת־בְּנֵי־קֶדֶם אֱדוֹם וּמוֹאָב מִשְׁלוֹח יָדָם וּבְנֵי עַמּוֹן מִשְׁמַעְתָּם

 11:14 w'äfû v'khätëf P'lish'Tiym yäMäh yach'Däw yävoZû et-B'nëy-qedem édôm ûmôäv mish'lôch yädäm ûv'nëy aMôn mish'ma'Täm

 11:14 But they shall fly 5774 z8804 upon the shoulders 3802 of the Pælištîm פְּלִשׁתִּים 6430 toward the west; 3220 they shall spoil 962 z8799 x853 them 1121 of the east 6924 together: 3162 they shall lay 4916 their hand 3027 upon ´Éđôm אֱדוֹם 123 and Mô´äv מוֹאָב; 4124 and the children 1121 of `Ammôn עַמּוֹן 5983 shall obey 4928 them.

וְהֶחֱרִים יְהוָה אֵת לְשׁוֹן יָם־מִצְרַיִם וְהֵנִיף יָדוֹ עַל־הַנָּהָר בַּעְיָם רוּחוֹ וְהִכָּהוּ לְשִׁבְעָה נְחָלִים וְהִדְרִיךְ בַּנְּעָלִים

 11:15 w'hechériym y'hwäh ët l'shôn yäm-mitz'rayim w'hëniyf yädô al-haNähär Ba'yäm rûchô w'hiKähû l'shiv'äh n'chäliym w'hid'riykh' BaN'äliym

 11:15 And Yähwè יָהוֶה 3068 shall utterly destroy 2763 z8689 x853 the tongue 3956 of the Mixrî מִצרִי 4714 sea; 3220 and with his mighty 5868 wind 7307 shall he shake 5130 z8689 his hand 3027 over x5921 the river, 5104 and shall smite 5221 z8689 it in the seven 7651 streams, 5158 and make [men] go over 1869 z8689 dryshod. 5275

וְהָיְתָה מְסִלָּה לִשְׁאָר עַמּוֹ אֲשֶׁר יִשָּׁאֵר מֵאַשּׁוּר כַּאֲשֶׁר הָיְתָה לְיִשְׂרָאֵל בְּיוֹם עֲלֹתוֹ מֵאֶרֶץ מִצְרָיִם

 11:16 w'häy'täh m'šiLäh lish'är aMô ásher yiSHäër mëaSHûr Kaásher häy'täh l'yis'räël B'yôm álotô mëeretz mitz'räyim

 11:16 And there shall be x1961 an highway 4546 for the remnant 7605 of his people, 5971 which 834 shall be left, 7604 z8735 from ´Aššûr אַשּׁוּר; 804 x4480 like as x834 it was x1961 to Yiŝrä´ël יִשׂרָאֵל 3478 in the day 3117 that he came up 5927 z8800 out of the land 776 x4480 of Mixrayim מִצרַיִם. 4714
