 17:1 maSä DaMäseq hiNëh daMeseq mûšär mëiyr w'häy'täh m'iy maPäläh

 17:1 ¶ The burden 4853 of Dammäŝek דַּמָּשֶׂק. 1834 Behold, x2009 Dammäŝek דַּמָּשֶׂק 1834 is taken away 5493 z8716 from [being] a city, 5892 x4480 and it shall be x1961 a ruinous 4654 heap. 4596

עֲזֻבוֹת עָרֵי עֲרֹעֵר לַעֲדָרִים תִּהְיֶינָה וְרָבְצוּ וְאֵין מַחֲרִיד

 17:2 ázuvôt ärëy ároër laádäriym Tih'yeynäh w'räv'tzû w'ëyn macháriyd

 17:2 The cities 5892 of `Árö`ër עֲרֹעֵר 6177 [are] forsaken: 5800 z8803 they shall be x1961 for flocks, 5739 which shall lie down, 7257 z8804 and none x369 shall make [them] afraid. 2729 z8688

וְנִשְׁבַּת מִבְצָר מֵאֶפְרַיִם וּמַמְלָכָה מִדַּמֶּשֶׂק וּשְׁאָר אֲרָם כִּכְבוֹד בְּנֵי־יִשְׂרָאֵל יִהְיוּ נְאֻם יְהוָה צְבָאוֹת ס

 17:3 w'nish'Bat miv'tzär mëef'rayim ûmam'läkhäh miDaMeseq ûsh'är áräm Kikh'vôd B'nëy-yis'räël yih'yû n'um y'hwäh tz'väôt š

 17:3 The fortress 4013 also shall cease 7673 z8738 from ´Efrayim אֶפרַיִם, 669 x4480 and the kingdom 4467 from Dammäŝek דַּמָּשֶׂק, 1834 x4480 and the remnant 7605 of ´Áräm אֲרָם: 758 they shall be x1961 as the glory 3519 of the children 1121 of Yiŝrä´ël יִשׂרָאֵל, 3478 saith 5002 z8803 Yähwè יָהוֶה 3068 Xævä´ôŧ צְבָאוֹת. 6635

וְהָיָה בַּיּוֹם הַהוּא יִדַּל כְּבוֹד יַעֲקֹב וּמִשְׁמַן בְּשָׂרוֹ יֵרָזֶה

וְהָיָה כֶּאֱסֹף קָצִיר קָמָה וּזְרֹעוֹ שִׁבֳּלִים יִקְצוֹר וְהָיָה כִּמְלַקֵּט שִׁבֳּלִים בְּעֵמֶק רְפָאִים

 17:6 ¶ Yet gleaning grapes 5955 shall be left 7604 z8738 in it, as the shaking 5363 of an olive tree, 2132 two 8147 [or] three 7969 berries 1620 in the top 7218 of the uppermost bough, 534 four 702 [or] five 2568 in the outmost fruitful 6509 z8802 branches 5585 thereof, saith 5002 z8803 Yähwè יָהוֶה 3068 ´Élöhîm אֱלֹהִים 430 of Yiŝrä´ël יִשׂרָאֵל. 3478

בַּיּוֹם הַהוּא יִשְׁעֶה הָאָדָם עַל־עֹשֵׂהוּ וְעֵינָיו אֶל־קְדוֹשׁ יִשְׂרָאֵל תִּרְאֶינָה

בַּיּוֹם הַהוּא יִהְיוּ עָרֵי מָעֻזּוֹ כַּעֲזוּבַת הַחֹרֶשׁ וְהָאָמִיר אֲשֶׁר עָזְבוּ מִפְּנֵי בְּנֵי יִשְׂרָאֵל וְהָיְתָה שְׁמָמָה

כִּי שָׁכַחַתְּ אֱלֹהֵי יִשְׁעֵךְ וְצוּר מָעֻזֵּךְ לֹא זָכָרְתְּ עַל־כֵּן תִּטְּעִי נִטְעֵי נַעֲמָנִים וּזְמֹרַת זָר תִּזְרָעֶנּוּ

 17:11 In the day 3117 shalt thou make thy plant 5194 to grow, 7735 z8770 and in the morning 1242 shalt thou make thy seed 2233 to flourish: 6524 z8686 [but] the harvest 7105 [shall be] a heap 5067 in the day 3117 of grief 2470 z8737 and of desperate 605 z8803 sorrow. 3511

לְאֻמִּים כִּשְׁאוֹן מַיִם רַבִּים יִשָּׁאוּן וְגָעַר בּוֹ וְנָס מִמֶּרְחָק וְרֻדַּף כְּמֹץ הָרִים לִפְנֵי־רוּחַ וּכְגַלְגַּל לִפְנֵי סוּפָה

 17:13 The nations 3816 shall rush 7582 z8735 like the rushing 7588 of many 7227 waters: 4325 but [´Élöhîm אֱלֹהִים] shall rebuke 1605 z8804 them, and they shall flee 5127 z8804 far off, 4801 x4480 and shall be chased 7291 z8795 as the chaff 4671 of the mountains 2022 before 6440 the wind, 7307 and like a rolling thing 1534 before 6440 the whirlwind. 5492

לְעֵת עֶרֶב וְהִנֵּה בַלָּהָה בְּטֶרֶם בֹּקֶר אֵינֶנּוּ זֶה חֵלֶק שׁוֹסֵינוּ וְגוֹרָל לְבֹזְזֵינוּ ס
