אִם־יֶשְׁךָ מְשַׁלֵּחַ אֶת־אָחִינוּ אִתָּנוּ נֵרְדָה וְנִשְׁבְּרָה לְךָ אֹכֶל

 43:4 im-yesh'khä m'shaLëªch et-ächiynû iTänû nër'däh w'nish'B'räh l'khä okhel

וְאִם־אֵינְךָ מְשַׁלֵּחַ לֹא נֵרֵד כִּי־הָאִישׁ אָמַר אֵלֵינוּ לֹא־תִרְאוּ פָנַי בִּלְתִּי אֲחִיכֶם אִתְּכֶם

וַיֹּאמֶר יִשְׂרָאֵל לָמָה הֲרֵעֹתֶם לִי לְהַגִּיד לָאִישׁ הַעוֹד לָכֶם אָח

וַיֹּאמְרוּ שָׁאוֹל שָׁאַל־הָאִישׁ לָנוּ וּלְמוֹלַדְתֵּנוּ לֵאמֹר הַעוֹד אֲבִיכֶם חַי הֲיֵשׁ לָכֶם אָח וַנַגֶּד־לוֹ עַל־פִּי הַדְּבָרִים הָאֵלֶּה הֲיָדוֹעַ נֵדַע כִּי יֹאמַר הוֹרִידוּ אֶת־אֲחִיכֶם

וַיֹּאמֶר יְהוּדָה אֶל־יִשְׂרָאֵל אָבִיו שִׁלְחָה הַנַּעַר אִתִּי וְנָקוּמָה וְנֵלֵכָה וְנִחְיֶה וְלֹא נָמוּת גַּם־אֲנַחְנוּ גַם־אַתָּה גַּם־טַפֵּנוּ

וְכֶסֶף מִשְׁנֶה קְחוּ בְיֶדְכֶם וְאֶת־הַכֶּסֶף הַמּוּשָׁב בְּפִי אַמְתְּחֹתֵיכֶם תָּשִׁיבוּ בְיֶדְכֶם אוּלַי מִשְׁגֶּה הוּא

וְאֶת־אֲחִיכֶם קָחוּ וְקוּמוּ שׁוּבוּ אֶל־הָאִישׁ

וְאֵל שַׁדַּי יִתֵּן לָכֶם רַחֲמִים לִפְנֵי הָאִישׁ וְשִׁלַּח לָכֶם אֶת־אֲחִיכֶם אַחֵר וְאֶת־בִּנְיָמִין וַאֲנִי כַּאֲשֶׁר שָׁכֹלְתִּי שָׁכָלְתִּי

 43:14 And ´Ël אֵל 410 Šadday שַׁדַּי 7706 give 5414 z8799 you mercy 7356 before 6440 the man, 376 that he may send away 7971 z8765 x853 your other 312 brother, 251 and Binyämîn בִּניָמִין. 1144 If 834 I x589 be bereaved 7921 z8804 [of my children], I am bereaved. 7921 z8804

וַיִּקְחוּ הָאֲנָשִׁים אֶת־הַמִּנְחָה הַזֹּאת וּמִשְׁנֶה־כֶּסֶף לָקְחוּ בְיָדָם וְאֶת־בִּנְיָמִן וַיָּקֻמוּ וַיֵּרְדוּ מִצְרַיִם וַיַּעַמְדוּ לִפְנֵי יוֹסֵף

 43:15 ¶ And the men y582 x376 took 3947 z8799 x853 that 2063 present, 4503 and they took 3947 z8804 double 4932 money 3701 in their hand, 3027 and Binyämîn בִּניָמִין; 1144 and rose up, 6965 z8799 and went down 3381 z8799 to Mixrayim מִצרַיִם, 4714 and stood 5975 z8799 before 6440 Yôsëf יוֹסֵף. 3130

וַיַּרְא יוֹסֵף אִתָּם אֶת־בִּנְיָמִין וַיֹּאמֶר לַאֲשֶׁר עַל־בֵּיתוֹ הָבֵא אֶת־הָאֲנָשִׁים הַבָּיְתָה וּטְבֹחַ טֶבַח וְהָכֵן כִּי אִתִּי יֹאכְלוּ הָאֲנָשִׁים בַּצָּהֳרָיִם

 43:16 And when Yôsëf יוֹסֵף 3130 saw 7200 z8799 x853 Binyämîn בִּניָמִין 1144 with 854 them, he said 559 z8799 to the ruler of x834 x5921 his house, 1004 Bring 935 z8685 x853 [these] men y582 x376 home, 1004 and slay, 2873 2874 z8800 and make ready; 3559 z8685 for x3588 [these] men y582 x376 shall dine 398 z8799 with x854 me at noon. 6672

וַיַּעַשׂ הָאִישׁ כַּאֲשֶׁר אָמַר יוֹסֵף וַיָּבֵא הָאִישׁ אֶת־הָאֲנָשִׁים בֵּיתָה יוֹסֵף

וַיִּירְאוּ הָאֲנָשִׁים כִּי הוּבְאוּ בֵּית יוֹסֵף וַיֹּאמְרוּ עַל־דְּבַר הַכֶּסֶף הַשָּׁב בְּאַמְתְּחֹתֵינוּ בַּתְּחִלָּה אֲנַחְנוּ מוּבָאִים לְהִתְגֹּלֵל עָלֵינוּ וּלְהִתְנַפֵּל עָלֵינוּ וְלָקַחַת אֹתָנוּ לַעֲבָדִים וְאֶת־חֲמֹרֵינוּ

 43:18 And the men y582 x376 were afraid, 3372 z8799 because x3588 they were brought 935 z8717 into Yôsëf's יוֹסֵף 3130 house; 1004 and they said, 559 z8799 Because y1697 of x5921 x1697 the money 3701 that was returned 7725 z8802 in our sacks 572 at the first time 8462 are we x587 brought in; 935 z8716 that he may seek occasion 1556 z8705 against x5921 us, and fall 5307 z8692 upon x5921 us, and take 3947 z8800 us for bondmen, 5650 and our asses. 2543

וַיֹּאמְרוּ בִּי אֲדֹנִי יָרֹד יָרַדְנוּ בַּתְּחִלָּה לִשְׁבָּר־אֹכֶל

 43:20 waYom'rû Biy ádoniy yärod yärad'nû BaT'chiLäh lish'Bär-okhel

 43:20 And said, 559 z8799 O 994 ´áđôn אֲדוֹן, 113 we came indeed y3381 z8800 down 3381 z8804 at the first time 8462 to buy 7666 z8800 food: 400

וַיְהִי כִּי־בָאנוּ אֶל־הַמָּלוֹן וַנִּפְתְּחָה אֶת־אַמְתְּחֹתֵינוּ וְהִנֵּה כֶסֶף־אִישׁ בְּפִי אַמְתַּחְתּוֹ כַּסְפֵּנוּ בְּמִשְׁקָלוֹ וַנָּשֶׁב אֹתוֹ בְּיָדֵנוּ

 43:22 w'khešef achër hôrad'nû v'yädënû lish'Bär-okhel lo yäda'nû miy-säm Kaš'Pënû B'am'T'chotëynû

 43:22 And other 312 money 3701 have we brought down 3381 z8689 in our hands 3027 to buy 7666 z8800 food: 400 we cannot x3808 tell 3045 z8804 who x4310 put 7760 z8804 our money 3701 in our sacks. 572

וַיֹּאמֶר שָׁלוֹם לָכֶם אַל־תִּירָאוּ אֱלֹהֵיכֶם וֵאלֹהֵי אֲבִיכֶם נָתַן לָכֶם מַטְמוֹן בְּאַמְתְּחֹתֵיכֶם כַּסְפְּכֶם בָּא אֵלָי וַיּוֹצֵא אֲלֵהֶם אֶת־שִׁמְעוֹן

 43:23 waYomer shälôm läkhem al-Tiyräû élohëykhem wëlohëy áviykhem nätan läkhem maţ'môn B'am'T'chotëykhem Kaš'P'khem Bä ëläy waYôtzë álëhem et-shim'ôn

 43:23 And he said, 559 z8799 Peace 7965 [be] to you, fear 3372 z8799 not: x408 your ´Élöhîm אֱלֹהִים, 430 and the ´Élöhîm אֱלֹהִים 430 of your father, 1 hath given 5414 z8804 you treasure 4301 in your sacks: 572 I had 935 z8804 your money. 3701 And he brought y3318 z8686 Šim`ôn שִׁמעוֹן y8095 out x3318 x853 x8095 unto x413 them.

וַיָּבֵא הָאִישׁ אֶת־הָאֲנָשִׁים בֵּיתָה יוֹסֵף וַיִּתֶּן־מַיִם וַיִּרְחֲצוּ רַגְלֵיהֶם וַיִּתֵּן מִסְפּוֹא לַחֲמֹרֵיהֶם

 43:24 And the man 376 brought 935 z8686 x853 the men y582 x376 into Yôsëf's יוֹסֵף 3130 house, 1004 and gave 5414 z8799 [them] water, 4325 and they washed 7364 z8799 their feet; 7272 and he gave 5414 z8799 their asses 2543 provender. 4554

וַיָּכִינוּ אֶת־הַמִּנְחָה עַד־בּוֹא יוֹסֵף בַּצָּהֳרָיִם כִּי שָׁמְעוּ כִּי־שָׁם יֹאכְלוּ לָחֶם

וַיָּבֹא יוֹסֵף הַבַּיְתָה וַיָּבִיאּוּ לוֹ אֶת־הַמִּנְחָה אֲשֶׁר־בְּיָדָם הַבָּיְתָה וַיִּשְׁתַּחֲווּ־לוֹ אָרְצָה

וַיִּשְׁאַל לָהֶם לְשָׁלוֹם וַיֹּאמֶר הֲשָׁלוֹם אֲבִיכֶם הַזָּקֵן אֲשֶׁר אֲמַרְתֶּם הַעוֹדֶנּוּ חָי

וַיֹּאמְרוּ שָׁלוֹם לְעַבְדְּךָ לְאָבִינוּ עוֹדֶנּוּ חָי וַיִּקְּדוּ *וַיִּשְׁתַּחוּ [וַיִּשְׁתַּחֲוּוּ]

 43:28 waYom'rû shälôm l'av'D'khä l'äviynû ôdeNû chäy waYiQ'dû *waYish'Tachû [waYish'Tacháûû]

 43:28 And they answered, 559 z8799 Thy servant 5650 our father 1 [is] in good health, 7965 he [is] yet x5750 alive. 2416 And they bowed down their heads, 6915 z8799 and made obeisance. 7812 z8691

וַיִּשָּׂא עֵינָיו וַיַּרְא אֶת־בִּנְיָמִין אָחִיו בֶּן־אִמּוֹ וַיֹּאמֶר הֲזֶה אֲחִיכֶם הַקָּטֹן אֲשֶׁר אֲמַרְתֶּם אֵלָי וַיֹּאמַר אֱלֹהִים יָחְנְךָ בְּנִי

וַיִּרְחַץ פָּנָיו וַיֵּצֵא וַיִּתְאַפַּק וַיֹּאמֶר שִׂימוּ לָחֶם
