 13:1 waYaal av'räm miMitz'rayim hû w'ish'Tô w'khäl-ásher-lô w'lôţ iMô haNeg'Bäh

 13:1 ¶ And ´Avräm אַברָם 87 went up 5927 z8799 out of Mixrayim מִצרַיִם, 4714 x4480 he, x1931 and his wife, 802 and all x3605 that x834 he had, and Lôţ לוֹט 3876 with x5973 him, into the south. 5045

וְאַבְרָם כָּבֵד מְאֹד בַּמִּקְנֶה בַּכֶּסֶף וּבַזָּהָב

וַיֵּלֶךְ לְמַסָּעָיו מִנֶּגֶב וְעַד־בֵּית־אֵל עַד־הַמָּקוֹם אֲשֶׁר־הָיָה שָׁם *אָהֳלֹה [אָהֳלוֹ] בַּתְּחִלָּה בֵּין בֵּית־אֵל וּבֵין הָעָי

אֶל־מְקוֹם הַמִּזְבֵּחַ אֲשֶׁר־עָשָׂה שָׁם בָּרִאשֹׁנָה וַיִּקְרָא שָׁם אַבְרָם בְּשֵׁם יְהוָה

וְלֹא־נָשָׂא אֹתָם הָאָרֶץ לָשֶׁבֶת יַחְדָּו כִּי־הָיָה רְכוּשָׁם רָב וְלֹא יָכְלוּ לָשֶׁבֶת יַחְדָּו

וַיְהִי־רִיב בֵּין רֹעֵי מִקְנֵה־אַבְרָם וּבֵין רֹעֵי מִקְנֵה־לוֹט וְהַכְּנַעֲנִי וְהַפְּרִזִּי אָז יֹשֵׁב בָּאָרֶץ

וַיֹּאמֶר אַבְרָם אֶל־לוֹט אַל־נָא תְהִי מְרִיבָה בֵּינִי וּבֵינֶיךָ וּבֵין רֹעַי וּבֵין רֹעֶיךָ כִּי־אֲנָשִׁים אַחִים אֲנָחְנוּ

הֲלֹא כָל־הָאָרֶץ לְפָנֶיךָ הִפָּרֶד נָא מֵעָלָי אִם־הַשְּׂמֹאל וְאֵימִנָה וְאִם־הַיָּמִין וְאַשְׂמְאִילָה

וַיִּשָּׂא־לוֹט אֶת־עֵינָיו וַיַּרְא אֶת־כָּל־כִּכַּר הַיַּרְדֵּן כִּי כֻלָּהּ מַשְׁקֶה לִפְנֵי שַׁחֵת יְהוָה אֶת־סְדֹם וְאֶת־עֲמֹרָה כְּגַן־יְהוָה כְּאֶרֶץ מִצְרַיִם בֹּאֲכָה צֹעַר

וְאַנְשֵׁי סְדֹם רָעִים וְחַטָּאִים לַיהוָה מְאֹד

 13:13 w'an'shëy š'dom räiym w'chaŢäiym layhwäh m'od

 13:13 But the men y582 x376 of Sæđöm סְדֹם 5467 [were] wicked 7451 and sinners 2400 before Yähwè יָהוֶה 3068 exceedingly. 3966

וַיהוָה אָמַר אֶל־אַבְרָם אַחֲרֵי הִפָּרֶד־לוֹט מֵעִמּוֹ שָׂא נָא עֵינֶיךָ וּרְאֵה מִן־הַמָּקוֹם אֲשֶׁר־אַתָּה שָׁם צָפֹנָה וָנֶגְבָּה וָקֵדְמָה וָיָמָּה

 13:14 ¶ And Yähwè יָהוֶה 3068 said 559 z8804 unto x413 ´Avräm אַברָם, 87 after y310 that x310 Lôţ לוֹט 3876 was separated 6504 z8736 from x4480 x5973 him, Lift up 5375 z8798 now x4994 thine eyes, 5869 and look 7200 z8798 from x4480 the place 4725 where x834 x8033 thou x859 art northward, 6828 and southward, 5045 and eastward, 6924 and westward: 3220

כִּי אֶת־כָּל־הָאָרֶץ אֲשֶׁר־אַתָּה רֹאֶה לְךָ אֶתְּנֶנָּה וּלְזַרְעֲךָ עַד־עוֹלָם

 13:15 Kiy et-Käl-hääretz ásher-aTäh roeh l'khä eT'neNäh ûl'zar'ákhä ad-ôläm

וְשַׂמְתִּי אֶת־זַרְעֲךָ כַּעֲפַר הָאָרֶץ אֲשֶׁר אִם־יוּכַל אִישׁ לִמְנוֹת אֶת־עֲפַר הָאָרֶץ גַּם־זַרְעֲךָ יִמָּנֶה

קוּם הִתְהַלֵּךְ בָּאָרֶץ לְאָרְכָּהּ וּלְרָחְבָּהּ כִּי לְךָ אֶתְּנֶנָּה

 13:17 qûm hit'haLëkh' Bääretz l'är'KäH ûl'räch'BäH Kiy l'khä eT'neNäh

 13:17 Arise, 6965 z8798 walk 1980 z8690 through the land 776 in the length 753 of it and in the breadth 7341 of it; for x3588 I will give 5414 z8799 it unto thee.

וַיֶּאֱהַל אַבְרָם וַיָּבֹא וַיֵּשֶׁב בְּאֵלֹנֵי מַמְרֵא אֲשֶׁר בְּחֶבְרוֹן וַיִּבֶן־שָׁם מִזְבֵּחַ לַיהוָה פ
