 33:1 ¶ And Yähwè יָהוֶה 3068 said 1696 z8762 unto x413 Möšè מֹשֶׁה, 4872 Depart, y3212 z8798 x1980 [and] go up 5927 z8798 hence, x4480 x2088 thou x859 and the people 5971 which x834 thou hast brought up 5927 z8689 out of the land 776 x4480 of Mixrayim מִצרַיִם, 4714 unto x413 the land 776 which x834 I sware 7650 z8738 unto ´Avrähäm אַברָהָם, 85 to Yixçäk יִצחָק, 3327 and to Ya`áköv יַעֲקֹב, 3290 saying, 559 z8800 Unto thy seed 2233 will I give 5414 z8799 it:

וְשָׁלַחְתִּי לְפָנֶיךָ מַלְאָךְ וְגֵרַשְׁתִּי אֶת־הַכְּנַעֲנִי הָאֱמֹרִי וְהַחִתִּי וְהַפְּרִזִּי הַחִוִּי וְהַיְבוּסִי

 33:2 And I will send 7971 z8804 an angel 4397 before 6440 thee; and I will drive out 1644 z8765 x853 the Cæna`ánî כְּנַעֲנִי, 3669 the ´Émörî אֱמֹרִי, 567 and the Çittî חִתִּי, 2850 and the Pærizzî פְּרִזִּי, 6522 the Çiwwî חִוִּי, 2340 and the Yævûsî יְבוּסִי: 2983

אֶל־אֶרֶץ זָבַת חָלָב וּדְבָשׁ כִּי לֹא אֶעֱלֶה בְּקִרְבְּךָ כִּי עַם־קְשֵׁה־עֹרֶף אַתָּה פֶּן־אֲכֶלְךָ בַּדָּרֶךְ

 33:3 el-eretz zävat chäläv ûd'väsh Kiy lo eéleh B'qir'B'khä Kiy am-q'shëh-oref aTäh Pen-ákhel'khä BaDärekh'

וַיִּשְׁמַע הָעָם אֶת־הַדָּבָר הָרָע הַזֶּה וַיִּתְאַבָּלוּ וְלֹא־שָׁתוּ אִישׁ עֶדְיוֹ עָלָיו

וַיֹּאמֶר יְהוָה אֶל־מֹשֶׁה אֱמֹר אֶל־בְּנֵי־יִשְׂרָאֵל אַתֶּם עַם־קְשֵׁה־עֹרֶף רֶגַע אֶחָד אֶעֱלֶה בְקִרְבְּךָ וְכִלִּיתִיךָ וְעַתָּה הוֹרֵד עֶדְיְךָ מֵעָלֶיךָ וְאֵדְעָה מָה אֶעֱשֶׂה־לָּךְ

וַיִּתְנַצְּלוּ בְנֵי־יִשְׂרָאֵל אֶת־עֶדְיָם מֵהַר חוֹרֵב

 33:6 And the children 1121 of Yiŝrä´ël יִשׂרָאֵל 3478 stripped y5337 z8691 themselves x5337 of x853 their ornaments 5716 by the mount 2022 x4480 Çörëv חֹרֵב. 2722

וּמֹשֶׁה יִקַּח אֶת־הָאֹהֶל וְנָטָה־לוֹ מִחוּץ לַמַּחֲנֶה הַרְחֵק מִן־הַמַּחֲנֶה וְקָרָא לוֹ אֹהֶל מוֹעֵד וְהָיָה כָּל־מְבַקֵּשׁ יְהוָה יֵצֵא אֶל־אֹהֶל מוֹעֵד אֲשֶׁר מִחוּץ לַמַּחֲנֶה

 33:8 And it came to pass, x1961 when Möšè מֹשֶׁה 4872 went out 3318 z8800 unto x413 the tabernacle, 168 [that] all x3605 the people 5971 rose up, 6965 z8799 and stood 5324 z8738 every man 376 [at] his tent 168 door, 6607 and looked 5027 z8689 after 310 Möšè מֹשֶׁה, 4872 until x5704 he was gone 935 z8800 into the tabernacle. 168

וְרָאָה כָל־הָעָם אֶת־עַמּוּד הֶעָנָן עֹמֵד פֶּתַח הָאֹהֶל וְקָם כָּל־הָעָם וְהִשְׁתַּחֲוּוּ אִישׁ פֶּתַח אָהֳלוֹ

 33:11 And Yähwè יָהוֶה 3068 spake 1696 z8765 unto x413 Möšè מֹשֶׁה 4872 face 6440 to x413 face, 6440 as x834 a man 376 speaketh 1696 z8762 unto x413 his friend. 7453 And he turned again 7725 z8804 into x413 the camp: 4264 but his servant 8334 z8764 Yæhôšuå` יְהוֹשֻׁעַ, 3091 the son 1121 of Nûn נוּן, 5126 a young man, 5288 departed 4185 z8686 not x3808 out y8432 of x4480 x8432 the tabernacle. 168

וַיֹּאמֶר מֹשֶׁה אֶל־יְהוָה רְאֵה אַתָּה אֹמֵר אֵלַי הַעַל אֶת־הָעָם הַזֶּה וְאַתָּה לֹא הוֹדַעְתַּנִי אֵת אֲשֶׁר־תִּשְׁלַח עִמִּי וְאַתָּה אָמַרְתָּ יְדַעְתִּיךָ בְשֵׁם וְגַם־מָצָאתָ חֵן בְּעֵינָי

 33:12 waYomer mosheh el-y'hwäh r'ëh aTäh omër ëlay haal et-hääm haZeh w'aTäh lo hôda'Taniy ët ásher-Tish'lach iMiy w'aTäh ämar'Tä y'da'Tiykhä v'shëm w'gam-mätzätä chën B'ëynäy

 33:12 ¶ And Möšè מֹשֶׁה 4872 said 559 z8799 unto x413 Yähwè יָהוֶה, 3068 See, 7200 z8798 thou x859 sayest 559 z8802 unto x413 me, Bring up 5927 z8685 x853 this x2088 people: 5971 and thou x859 hast not x3808 let me know 3045 z8689 x853 whom x834 thou wilt send 7971 z8799 with x5973 me. Yet thou x859 hast said, 559 z8804 I know 3045 z8804 thee by name, 8034 and thou hast also x1571 found 4672 z8804 grace 2580 in my sight. 5869

וְעַתָּה אִם־נָא מָצָאתִי חֵן בְּעֵינֶיךָ הוֹדִעֵנִי נָא אֶת־דְּרָכֶךָ וְאֵדָעֲךָ לְמַעַן אֶמְצָא־חֵן בְּעֵינֶיךָ וּרְאֵה כִּי עַמְּךָ הַגּוֹי הַזֶּה

 33:13 w'aTäh im-nä mätzätiy chën B'ëyneykhä hôdiëniy nä et-D'räkhekhä w'ëdäákhä l'maan em'tzä-chën B'ëyneykhä ûr'ëh Kiy aM'khä haGôy haZeh

 33:13 Now x6258 therefore, I pray thee, x4994 if x518 I have found 4672 z8804 grace 2580 in thy sight, 5869 shew 3045 z8685 me now x4994 x853 thy way, 1870 that x4616 I may know 3045 z8799 thee, that I may find 4672 z8799 grace 2580 in thy sight: 5869 and consider 7200 z8798 that x3588 this x2088 nation 1471 [is] thy people. 5971

וַיֹּאמַר פָּנַי יֵלֵכוּ וַהֲנִחֹתִי לָךְ

 33:14 And he said, 559 z8799 My presence 6440 shall go y3212 z8799 x1980 [with thee], and I will give thee rest. 5117 z8689

וַיֹּאמֶר אֵלָיו אִם־אֵין פָּנֶיךָ הֹלְכִים אַל־תַּעֲלֵנוּ מִזֶּה

 33:15 waYomer ëläyw im-ëyn Päneykhä hol'khiym al-Taálënû miZeh

 33:15 And he said 559 z8799 unto x413 him, If x518 thy presence 6440 go 1980 z8802 not x369 [with me], carry us not up 5927 z8686 x408 hence. x4480 x2088

וּבַמֶּה יִוָּדַע אֵפוֹא כִּי־מָצָאתִי חֵן בְּעֵינֶיךָ אֲנִי וְעַמֶּךָ הֲלוֹא בְּלֶכְתְּךָ עִמָּנוּ וְנִפְלֵינוּ אֲנִי וְעַמְּךָ מִכָּל־הָעָם אֲשֶׁר עַל־פְּנֵי הָאֲדָמָה פ

 33:16 For wherein x4100 shall it be known 3045 z8735 here 645 that x3588 I x589 and thy people 5971 have found 4672 z8804 grace 2580 in thy sight? 5869 [is it] not x3808 in that thou goest y3212 z8800 x1980 with x5973 us? so shall we be separated, 6395 z8738 I x589 and thy people, 5971 from all x4480 x3605 the people 5971 that x834 [are] upon x5921 the face 6440 of the earth. 127

וַיֹּאמֶר יְהוָה אֶל־מֹשֶׁה גַּם אֶת־הַדָּבָר הַזֶּה אֲשֶׁר דִּבַּרְתָּ אֶעֱשֶׂה כִּי־מָצָאתָ חֵן בְּעֵינַי וָאֵדָעֲךָ בְּשֵׁם

 33:17 waYomer y'hwäh el-mosheh Gam et-haDävär haZeh ásher DiBar'Tä eéseh Kiy-mätzätä chën B'ëynay wäëdäákhä B'shëm

 33:17 And Yähwè יָהוֶה 3068 said 559 z8799 unto x413 Möšè מֹשֶׁה, 4872 I will do 6213 z8799 x853 this x2088 thing 1697 also x1571 that x834 thou hast spoken: 1696 z8765 for x3588 thou hast found 4672 z8804 grace 2580 in my sight, 5869 and I know 3045 z8799 thee by name. 8034

וַיֹּאמַר הַרְאֵנִי נָא אֶת־כְּבֹדֶךָ

 33:18 And he said, 559 z8799 I beseech thee, 4994 shew 7200 z8685 me x853 thy glory. 3519

וַיֹּאמֶר אֲנִי אַעֲבִיר כָּל־טוּבִי עַל־פָּנֶיךָ וְקָרָאתִי בְשֵׁם יְהוָה לְפָנֶיךָ וְחַנֹּתִי אֶת־אֲשֶׁר אָחֹן וְרִחַמְתִּי אֶת־אֲשֶׁר אֲרַחֵם

 33:19 waYomer ániy aáviyr Käl-ţûviy al-Päneykhä w'qärätiy v'shëm y'hwäh l'fäneykhä w'chaNotiy et-ásher ächon w'richam'Tiy et-ásher árachëm

 33:19 And he said, 559 z8799 I x589 will make all x3605 my goodness 2898 pass 5674 z8686 before x5921 x6440 thee, and I will proclaim 7121 z8804 the name 8034 of Yähwè יָהוֶה 3068 before 6440 thee; and will be gracious 2603 z8804 x853 to whom x834 I will be gracious, 2603 z8799 and will shew mercy 7355 z8765 x853 on whom x834 I will shew mercy. 7355 z8762

וַיֹּאמֶר לֹא תוּכַל לִרְאֹת אֶת־פָּנָי כִּי לֹא־יִרְאַנִי הָאָדָם וָחָי

 33:20 waYomer lo tûkhal lir'ot et-Pänäy Kiy lo-yir'aniy häädäm wächäy

 33:20 And he said, 559 z8799 Thou canst 3201 z8799 not x3808 see 7200 z8800 x853 my face: 6440 for x3588 there shall no x3808 man 120 see 7200 z8799 me, and live. 2425 z8804

וַיֹּאמֶר יְהוָה הִנֵּה מָקוֹם אִתִּי וְנִצַּבְתָּ עַל־הַצּוּר

 33:21 waYomer y'hwäh hiNëh mäqôm iTiy w'niTZav'Tä al-haTZûr

 33:21 And Yähwè יָהוֶה 3068 said, 559 z8799 Behold, x2009 [there is] a place 4725 by x854 me, and thou shalt stand 5324 z8738 upon x5921 a rock: 6697

וְהָיָה בַּעֲבֹר כְּבֹדִי וְשַׂמְתִּיךָ בְּנִקְרַת הַצּוּר וְשַׂכֹּתִי כַפִּי עָלֶיךָ עַד־עָבְרִי

 33:22 w'häyäh Baávor K'vodiy w'sam'Tiykhä B'niq'rat haTZûr w'saKotiy khaPiy äleykhä ad-äv'riy

 33:22 And it shall come to pass, x1961 while my glory 3519 passeth by, 5674 z8800 that I will put 7760 z8804 thee in a clift 5366 of the rock, 6697 and will cover 5526 z8804 x5921 thee with my hand 3709 while 5704 I pass by: 5674 z8800

וַהֲסִרֹתִי אֶת־כַּפִּי וְרָאִיתָ אֶת־אֲחֹרָי וּפָנַי לֹא יֵרָאוּ ס

 33:23 And I will take y5493 z8689 away x5493 x853 mine hand, 3709 and thou shalt see 7200 z8804 x853 my back parts: 268 but my face 6440 shall not x3808 be seen. 7200 z8735
