אִם־בְּגַפּוֹ יָבֹא בְּגַפּוֹ יֵצֵא אִם־בַּעַל אִשָּׁה הוּא וְיָצְאָה אִשְׁתּוֹ עִמּוֹ

אִם־אֲדֹנָיו יִתֶּן־לוֹ אִשָּׁה וְיָלְדָה־לוֹ בָנִים אוֹ בָנוֹת הָאִשָּׁה וִילָדֶיהָ תִּהְיֶה לַאדֹנֶיהָ וְהוּא יֵצֵא בְגַפּוֹ

וְאִם־אָמֹר יֹאמַר הָעֶבֶד אָהַבְתִּי אֶת־אֲדֹנִי אֶת־אִשְׁתִּי וְאֶת־בָּנָי לֹא אֵצֵא חָפְשִׁי

וְהִגִּישׁוֹ אֲדֹנָיו אֶל־הָאֱלֹהִים וְהִגִּישׁוֹ אֶל־הַדֶּלֶת אוֹ אֶל־הַמְּזוּזָה וְרָצַע אֲדֹנָיו אֶת־אָזְנוֹ בַּמַּרְצֵעַ וַעֲבָדוֹ לְעֹלָם ס

 21:6 w'hiGiyshô ádonäyw el-häélohiym w'hiGiyshô el-haDelet ô el-haM'zûzäh w'rätza ádonäyw et-äz'nô BaMar'tzëª waávädô l'oläm š

וְכִי־יִמְכֹּר אִישׁ אֶת־בִּתּוֹ לְאָמָה לֹא תֵצֵא כְּצֵאת הָעֲבָדִים

 21:7 w'khiy-yim'Kor iysh et-BiTô l'ämäh lo tëtzë K'tzët häávädiym

 21:7 ¶ And if x3588 a man 376 sell 4376 z8799 x853 his daughter 1323 to be a maidservant, 519 she shall not x3808 go out 3318 z8799 as the menservants 5650 do. 3318 z8800

אִם־רָעָה בְּעֵינֵי אֲדֹנֶיהָ אֲשֶׁר־*לֹא [לוֹ] יְעָדָהּ וְהֶפְדָּהּ לְעַם נָכְרִי לֹא־יִמְשֹׁל לְמָכְרָהּ בְּבִגְדוֹ־בָהּ

 21:8 im-rääh B'ëynëy ádoneyhä ásher-*lo [lô] y'ädäH w'hef'DäH l'am näkh'riy lo-yim'shol l'mäkh'räH B'vig'dô-väH

וְאִם־לִבְנוֹ יִיעָדֶנָּה כְּמִשְׁפַּט הַבָּנוֹת יַעֲשֶׂה־לָּהּ

 21:9 w'im-liv'nô yiyädeNäh K'mish'Paţ haBänôt yaáseh-LäH

 21:9 And if x518 he have betrothed 3259 z8799 her unto his son, 1121 he shall deal 6213 z8799 with her after the manner 4941 of daughters. 1323

אִם־אַחֶרֶת יִקַּח־לוֹ שְׁאֵרָהּ כְּסוּתָהּ וְעֹנָתָהּ לֹא יִגְרָע

 21:10 im-acheret yiQach-lô sh'ëräH K'šûtäH w'onätäH lo yig'rä

וְאִם־שְׁלָשׁ־אֵלֶּה לֹא יַעֲשֶׂה לָהּ וְיָצְאָה חִנָּם אֵין כָּסֶף ס

 21:11 w'im-sh'läsh-ëLeh lo yaáseh läH w'yätz'äh chiNäm ëyn Käšef š

 21:11 And if x518 he do 6213 z8799 not x3808 these x428 three 7969 unto her, then shall she go out 3318 z8804 free 2600 without x369 money. 3701

מַכֵּה אִישׁ וָמֵת מוֹת יוּמָת

 21:12 maKëh iysh wämët môt yûmät

 21:12 ¶ He that smiteth 5221 z8688 a man, 376 so that he die, 4191 z8804 shall be surely y4191 z8800 put to death. 4191 z8714

וַאֲשֶׁר לֹא צָדָה וְהָאֱלֹהִים אִנָּה לְיָדוֹ וְשַׂמְתִּי לְךָ מָקוֹם אֲשֶׁר יָנוּס שָׁמָּה ס

 21:13 waásher lo tzädäh w'häélohiym iNäh l'yädô w'sam'Tiy l'khä mäqôm ásher yänûš shäMäh š

 21:13 And if x834 a man lie not in wait, 6658 z8804 x3808 but ´Élöhîm אֱלֹהִים 430 deliver 579 z8765 [him] into his hand; 3027 then I will appoint 7760 z8804 thee a place 4725 whither x834 x8033 he shall flee. 5127 z8799

וְכִי־יָזִד אִישׁ עַל־רֵעֵהוּ לְהָרְגוֹ בְעָרְמָה מֵעִם מִזְבְּחִי תִּקָּחֶנּוּ לָמוּת ס

 21:14 w'khiy-yäzid iysh al-rëëhû l'här'gô v'är'mäh mëim miz'B'chiy TiQächeNû lämût š

 21:14 But if x3588 a man 376 come presumptuously 2102 z8686 upon x5921 his neighbour, 7453 to slay 2026 z8800 him with guile; 6195 thou shalt take 3947 z8799 him from x4480 x5973 mine altar, 4196 that he may die. 4191 z8800

וּמַכֵּה אָבִיו וְאִמּוֹ מוֹת יוּמָת

 21:15 ûmaKëh äviyw w'iMô môt yûmät

 21:15 ¶ And he that smiteth 5221 z8688 his father, 1 or his mother, 517 shall be surely y4191 z8800 put to death. 4191 z8714

וְגֹנֵב אִישׁ וּמְכָרוֹ וְנִמְצָא בְיָדוֹ מוֹת יוּמָת ס

 21:16 w'gonëv iysh ûm'khärô w'nim'tzä v'yädô môt yûmät š

 21:16 ¶ And he that stealeth 1589 z8802 a man, 376 and selleth 4376 z8804 him, or if he be found 4672 z8738 in his hand, 3027 he shall surely y4191 z8800 be put to death. 4191 z8714

וּמְקַלֵּל אָבִיו וְאִמּוֹ מוֹת יוּמָת ס

 21:17 ûm'qaLël äviyw w'iMô môt yûmät š

 21:17 ¶ And he that curseth 7043 z8764 his father, 1 or his mother, 517 shall surely y4191 z8800 be put to death. 4191 z8714

וְכִי־יְרִיבֻן אֲנָשִׁים וְהִכָּה־אִישׁ אֶת־רֵעֵהוּ בְּאֶבֶן אוֹ בְאֶגְרֹף וְלֹא יָמוּת וְנָפַל לְמִשְׁכָּב

 21:18 w'khiy-y'riyvun ánäshiym w'hiKäh-iysh et-rëëhû B'even ô v'eg'rof w'lo yämût w'näfal l'mish'Käv

 21:18 ¶ And if x3588 men y582 x376 strive y7378 z8799 together, x7378 and one 376 smite 5221 z8689 x853 another 7453 with a stone, 68 or 176 with [his] fist, 106 and he die 4191 z8799 not, x3808 but keepeth 5307 z8804 [his] bed: 4904

אִם־יָקוּם וְהִתְהַלֵּךְ בַּחוּץ עַל־מִשְׁעַנְתּוֹ וְנִקָּה הַמַּכֶּה רַק שִׁבְתּוֹ יִתֵּן וְרַפֹּא יְרַפֵּא ס

 21:19 im-yäqûm w'hit'haLëkh' Bachûtz al-mish'an'Tô w'niQäh haMaKeh raq shiv'Tô yiTën w'raPo y'raPë š

 21:19 If x518 he rise again, 6965 z8799 and walk 1980 z8694 abroad 2351 upon x5921 his staff, 4938 then shall he that smote 5221 z8688 [him] be quit: 5352 z8738 only x7535 he shall pay 5414 z8799 [for] the loss of his time, 7674 and shall cause [him] to be thoroughly y7495 z8763 healed. 7495 z8762

וְכִי־יַכֶּה אִישׁ אֶת־עַבְדּוֹ אוֹ אֶת־אֲמָתוֹ בַּשֵּׁבֶט וּמֵת תַּחַת יָדוֹ נָקֹם יִנָּקֵם

 21:20 w'khiy-yaKeh iysh et-av'Dô ô et-ámätô BaSHëveţ ûmët Tachat yädô näqom yiNäqëm

 21:20 ¶ And if x3588 a man 376 smite 5221 z8686 x853 his servant, 5650 or x176 x853 his maid, 519 with a rod, 7626 and he die 4191 z8804 under x8478 his hand; 3027 he shall be surely y5358 z8800 punished. 5358 z8735

אַךְ אִם־יוֹם אוֹ יוֹמַיִם יַעֲמֹד לֹא יֻקַּם כִּי כַסְפּוֹ הוּא ס

 21:21 akh' im-yôm ô yômayim yaámod lo yuQam Kiy khaš'Pô hû š

 21:21 Notwithstanding, 389 if x518 he continue 5975 z8799 a day 3117 or x176 two, y8147 x3117 he shall not x3808 be punished: 5358 z8714 for x3588 he x1931 [is] his money. 3701

וְכִי־יִנָּצוּ אֲנָשִׁים וְנָגְפוּ אִשָּׁה הָרָה וְיָצְאוּ יְלָדֶיהָ וְלֹא יִהְיֶה אָסוֹן עָנוֹשׁ יֵעָנֵשׁ כַּאֲשֶׁר יָשִׁית עָלָיו בַּעַל הָאִשָּׁה וְנָתַן בִּפְלִלִים

 21:22 w'khiy-yiNätzû ánäshiym w'näg'fû iSHäh häräh w'yätz'û y'lädeyhä w'lo yih'yeh äšôn änôsh yëänësh Kaásher yäshiyt äläyw Baal häiSHäh w'nätan Bif'liliym

 21:22 ¶ If x3588 men y582 x376 strive, 5327 z8735 and hurt 5062 z8804 a woman 802 with child, 2030 so that her fruit 3206 depart 3318 z8804 [from her], and yet no x3808 mischief x611 follow: y611 x1961 he shall be surely y6064 z8800 punished, 6064 z8735 according as x834 the woman's 802 husband 1167 will lay 7896 z8799 upon x5921 him; and he shall pay 5414 z8804 as the judges 6414 [determine].

וְאִם־אָסוֹן יִהְיֶה וְנָתַתָּה נֶפֶשׁ תַּחַת נָפֶשׁ

 21:23 w'im-äšôn yih'yeh w'nätaTäh nefesh Tachat näfesh

 21:23 And if x518 [any] mischief x611 follow, y611 x1961 then thou shalt give 5414 z8804 life 5315 for x8478 life, 5315

עַיִן תַּחַת עַיִן שֵׁן תַּחַת שֵׁן יָד תַּחַת יָד רֶגֶל תַּחַת רָגֶל

וְכִי־יַכֶּה אִישׁ אֶת־עֵין עַבְדּוֹ אוֹ־אֶת־עֵין אֲמָתוֹ וְשִׁחֲתָהּ לַחָפְשִׁי יְשַׁלְּחֶנּוּ תַּחַת עֵינוֹ ס

וְאִם־שֵׁן עַבְדּוֹ אוֹ־שֵׁן אֲמָתוֹ יַפִּיל לַחָפְשִׁי יְשַׁלְּחֶנּוּ תַּחַת שִׁנּוֹ פ

וְכִי־יִגַּח שׁוֹר אֶת־אִישׁ אוֹ אֶת־אִשָּׁה וָמֵת סָקוֹל יִסָּקֵל הַשּׁוֹר וְלֹא יֵאָכֵל אֶת־בְּשָׂרוֹ וּבַעַל הַשּׁוֹר נָקִי

 21:28 w'khiy-yiGach shôr et-iysh ô et-iSHäh wämët šäqôl yiŠäqël haSHôr w'lo yëäkhël et-B'särô ûvaal haSHôr näqiy

 21:28 ¶ If x3588 an ox 7794 gore 5055 z8799 x853 a man 376 or x176 x853 a woman, 802 that they die: 4191 z8804 then the ox 7794 shall be surely y5619 z8800 stoned, 5619 z8735 and x853 his flesh 1320 shall not x3808 be eaten; 398 z8735 but the owner 1167 of the ox 7794 [shall be] quit. 5355

וְאִם שׁוֹר נַגָּח הוּא מִתְּמֹל שִׁלְשֹׁם וְהוּעַד בִּבְעָלָיו וְלֹא יִשְׁמְרֶנּוּ וְהֵמִית אִישׁ אוֹ אִשָּׁה הַשּׁוֹר יִסָּקֵל וְגַם־בְּעָלָיו יוּמָת

 21:29 w'im shôr naGäch hû miT'mol shil'shom w'hûad Biv'äläyw w'lo yish'm'reNû w'hëmiyt iysh ô iSHäh haSHôr yiŠäqël w'gam-B'äläyw yûmät

 21:29 But if x518 the ox 7794 were wont to push with his horn 5056 in time past, 8543 8032 x4480 and it hath been testified 5749 z8717 to his owner, 1167 and he hath not x3808 kept y8104 z8799 him in, x8104 but that he hath killed 4191 z8689 a man 376 or x176 a woman; 802 the ox 7794 shall be stoned, 5619 z8735 and his owner 1167 also x1571 shall be put to death. 4191 z8714

אִם־כֹּפֶר יוּשַׁת עָלָיו וְנָתַן פִּדְיֹן נַפְשׁוֹ כְּכֹל אֲשֶׁר־יוּשַׁת עָלָיו

 21:30 im-Kofer yûshat äläyw w'nätan Pid'yon naf'shô K'khol ásher-yûshat äläyw

 21:30 If x518 there be laid 7896 z8714 on x5921 him a sum of money, 3724 then he shall give 5414 z8804 for the ransom 6306 of his life 5315 whatsoever x3605 x834 is laid 7896 z8714 upon x5921 him.

אוֹ־בֵן יִגָּח אוֹ־בַת יִגָּח כַּמִּשְׁפָּט הַזֶּה יֵעָשֶׂה לּוֹ

 21:31 Whether x176 he have gored 5055 z8799 a son, 1121 or 176 have gored 5055 z8799 a daughter, 1323 according to this x2088 judgment 4941 shall it be done 6213 z8735 unto him.

אִם־עֶבֶד יִגַּח הַשּׁוֹר אוֹ אָמָה כֶּסֶף שְׁלֹשִׁים שְׁקָלִים יִתֵּן לַאדֹנָיו וְהַשּׁוֹר יִסָּקֵל ס

וְכִי־יִפְתַּח אִישׁ בּוֹר אוֹ כִּי־יִכְרֶה אִישׁ בֹּר וְלֹא יְכַסֶּנּוּ וְנָפַל־שָׁמָּה שּׁוֹר אוֹ חֲמוֹר

 21:33 w'khiy-yif'Tach iysh Bôr ô Kiy-yikh'reh iysh Bor w'lo y'khaŠeNû w'näfal-shäMäh SHôr ô chámôr

 21:33 ¶ And if x3588 a man 376 shall open 6605 z8799 a pit, 953 or x176 if x3588 a man 376 shall dig 3738 z8799 a pit, 953 and not x3808 cover 3680 z8762 it, and an ox 7794 or x176 an ass 2543 fall 5307 z8804 therein; x8033

בַּעַל הַבּוֹר יְשַׁלֵּם כֶּסֶף יָשִׁיב לִבְעָלָיו וְהַמֵּת יִהְיֶה־לּוֹ ס

 21:34 Baal haBôr y'shaLëm Kešef yäshiyv liv'äläyw w'haMët yih'yeh-Lô š

 21:34 The owner 1167 of the pit 953 shall make [it] good, 7999 z8762 [and] give 7725 z8686 money 3701 unto the owner 1167 of them; and the dead 4191 z8801 [beast] shall be x1961 his.

וְכִי־יִגֹּף שׁוֹר־אִישׁ אֶת־שׁוֹר רֵעֵהוּ וָמֵת וּמָכְרוּ אֶת־הַשּׁוֹר הַחַי וְחָצוּ אֶת־כַּסְפּוֹ וְגַם אֶת־הַמֵּת יֶחֱצוּן

 21:35 w'khiy-yiGof shôr-iysh et-shôr rëëhû wämët ûmäkh'rû et-haSHôr hachay w'chätzû et-Kaš'Pô w'gam et-haMët yechétzûn

 21:35 ¶ And if x3588 one man's 376 ox 7794 hurt 5062 z8799 x853 another's, 7453 x7794 that he die; 4191 z8804 then they shall sell 4376 z8804 x853 the live 2416 ox, 7794 and divide 2673 z8804 x853 the money 3701 of it; and x853 the dead 4191 z8801 [ox] also x1571 they shall divide. 2673 z8799

אוֹ נוֹדַע כִּי שׁוֹר נַגָּח הוּא מִתְּמוֹל שִׁלְשֹׁם וְלֹא יִשְׁמְרֶנּוּ בְּעָלָיו שַׁלֵּם יְשַׁלֵּם שׁוֹר תַּחַת הַשּׁוֹר וְהַמֵּת יִהְיֶה־לּוֹ ס
