לָכֵן שְׂעִפַּי יְשִׁיבוּנִי וּבַעֲבוּר חוּשִׁי בִי

 20:2 läkhën s'iPay y'shiyvûniy ûvaávûr chûshiy viy

 20:2 Therefore x3651 do my thoughts 5587 cause me to answer, 7725 z8686 and for x5668 [this] I make haste. 2363 z8800

מוּסַר כְּלִמָּתִי אֶשְׁמָע וְרוּחַ מִבִּינָתִי יַעֲנֵנִי

 20:3 mûšar K'liMätiy esh'mä w'rûªch miBiynätiy yaánëniy

הֲזֹאת יָדַעְתָּ מִנִּי־עַד מִנִּי שִׂים אָדָם עֲלֵי־אָרֶץ

כִּי רִנְנַת רְשָׁעִים מִקָּרוֹב וְשִׂמְחַת חָנֵף עֲדֵי־רָגַע

 20:5 Kiy rin'nat r'shäiym miQärôv w'sim'chat chänëf ádëy-räga

אִם־יַעֲלֶה לַשָּׁמַיִם שִׂיאוֹ וְרֹאשׁוֹ לָעָב יַגִּיעַ

 20:6 im-yaáleh laSHämayim siyô w'roshô lääv yaGiyª

 20:6 Though x518 his excellency 7863 mount up 5927 z8799 to the heavens, 8064 and his head 7218 reach 5060 z8686 unto the clouds; 5645

כְּגֶלֲלוֹ לָנֶצַח יֹאבֵד רֹאָיו יֹאמְרוּ אַיּוֹ

 20:7 K'gelálô länetzach yovëd roäyw yom'rû aYô

 20:7 [Yet] he shall perish 6 z8799 for ever 5331 like his own dung: 1561 they which have seen 7200 z8802 him shall say, 559 z8799 Where 335 [is] he?

כַּחֲלוֹם יָעוּף וְלֹא יִמְצָאוּהוּ וְיֻדַּד כְּחֶזְיוֹן לָיְלָה

 20:8 Kachálôm yäûf w'lo yim'tzäûhû w'yuDad K'chez'yôn läy'läh

 20:8 He shall fly away 5774 z8799 as a dream, 2472 and shall not x3808 be found: 4672 z8799 yea, he shall be chased away 5074 z8714 as a vision 2384 of the night. 3915

עַיִן שְׁזָפַתּוּ וְלֹא תוֹסִיף וְלֹא־עוֹד תְּשׁוּרֶנּוּ מְקוֹמוֹ

 20:9 ayin sh'zäfaTû w'lo tôšiyf w'lo-ôd T'shûreNû m'qômô

בָּנָיו יְרַצּוּ דַלִּים וְיָדָיו תָּשֵׁבְנָה אוֹנוֹ

 20:10 Bänäyw y'raTZû daLiym w'yädäyw Täshëv'näh ônô

 20:10 His children 1121 shall seek to please 7521 z8762 the poor, 1800 and his hands 3027 shall restore 7725 z8686 their goods. 202

עַצְמוֹתָיו מָלְאוּ *עֲלוּמוֹ [עֲלוּמָיו] וְעִמּוֹ עַל־עָפָר תִּשְׁכָּב

 20:11 atz'môtäyw mäl'û *álûmô [álûmäyw] w'iMô al-äfär Tish'Käv

אִם־תַּמְתִּיק בְּפִיו רָעָה יַכְחִידֶנָּה תַּחַת לְשׁוֹנוֹ

 20:12 im-Tam'Tiyq B'fiyw rääh yakh'chiydeNäh Tachat l'shônô

יַחְמֹל עָלֶיהָ וְלֹא יַעַזְבֶנָּה וְיִמְנָעֶנָּה בְּתוֹךְ חִכּוֹ

 20:13 yach'mol äleyhä w'lo yaaz'veNäh w'yim'näeNäh B'tôkh' chiKô

לַחְמוֹ בְּמֵעָיו נֶהְפָּךְ מְרוֹרַת פְּתָנִים בְּקִרְבּוֹ

 20:14 lach'mô B'mëäyw neh'Päkh' m'rôrat P'täniym B'qir'Bô

 20:14 [Yet] his meat 3899 in his bowels 4578 is turned, 2015 z8738 [it is] the gall 4846 of asps 6620 within 7130 him.

חַיִל בָּלַע וַיְקִאֶנּוּ מִבִּטְנוֹ יוֹרִשֶׁנּוּ אֵל

 20:15 chayil Bäla way'qieNû miBiţ'nô yôrisheNû ël

 20:15 He hath swallowed down 1104 z8804 riches, 2428 and he shall vomit them up again: 6958 z8686 ´Ël אֵל 410 shall cast them out 3423 z8686 of x4480 his belly. 990

רֹאשׁ־פְּתָנִים יִינָק תַּהַרְגֵהוּ לְשׁוֹן אֶפְעֶה

 20:16 rosh-P'täniym yiynäq Tahar'gëhû l'shôn ef'eh

אַל־יֵרֶא בִפְלַגּוֹת נַהֲרֵי נַחֲלֵי דְּבַשׁ וְחֶמְאָה

 20:17 al-yëre vif'laGôt nahárëy nachálëy D'vash w'chem'äh

 20:17 He shall not x408 see 7200 z8799 the rivers, 6390 the floods, 5104 the brooks 5158 of honey 1706 and butter. 2529

מֵשִׁיב יָגָע וְלֹא יִבְלָע כְּחֵיל תְּמוּרָתוֹ וְלֹא יַעֲלֹס

 20:18 mëshiyv yägä w'lo yiv'lä K'chëyl T'mûrätô w'lo yaáloš

 20:18 That which he laboured y3022 for x3022 shall he restore, 7725 z8688 and shall not x3808 swallow [it] down: 1104 z8799 according to [his] substance 2428 [shall] the restitution 8545 [be], and he shall not x3808 rejoice 5965 z8799 [therein].

כִּי־רִצַּץ עָזַב דַּלִּים בַּיִת גָּזַל וְלֹא יִבֶנֵהוּ

 20:19 Kiy-riTZatz äzav DaLiym Bayit Gäzal w'lo yivenëhû

 20:19 Because x3588 he hath oppressed 7533 z8765 [and] hath forsaken 5800 z8804 the poor; 1800 [because] he hath violently taken away 1497 z8804 an house 1004 which he builded 1129 z8799 not; x3808

כִּי לֹא־יָדַע שָׁלֵו בְּבִטְנוֹ בַּחֲמוּדוֹ לֹא יְמַלֵּט

 20:20 Kiy lo-yäda shälëw B'viţ'nô Bachámûdô lo y'maLëţ

 20:20 Surely x3588 he shall not x3808 feel 3045 z8804 quietness 7961 in his belly, 990 he shall not x3808 save 4422 z8762 of that which he desired. 2530 z8803

אֵין־שָׂרִיד לְאָכְלוֹ עַל־כֵּן לֹא־יָחִיל טוּבוֹ

 20:21 ëyn-säriyd l'äkh'lô al-Kën lo-yächiyl ţûvô

 20:21 There shall none x369 of his meat 400 be left; 8300 therefore x3651 x5921 shall no x3808 man look 2342 z8799 for his goods. 2898

בִּמְלֹאות שִׂפְקוֹ יֵצֶר לוֹ כָּל־יַד עָמֵל תְּבוֹאֶנּוּ

 20:22 Bim'lowt sif'qô yëtzer lô Käl-yad ämël T'vôeNû

 20:22 In the fulness 4390 z8800 z8675 z8763 of his sufficiency 5607 he shall be in straits: 3334 z8799 every x3605 hand 3027 of the wicked 6001 shall come 935 z8799 upon him.

יְהִי לְמַלֵּא בִטְנוֹ יְשַׁלַּח־בּוֹ חֲרוֹן אַפּוֹ וְיַמְטֵר עָלֵימוֹ בִּלְחוּמוֹ

 20:23 y'hiy l'maLë viţ'nô y'shaLach-Bô chárôn aPô w'yam'ţër älëymô Bil'chûmô

 20:23 [When] he x1961 is about to fill 4390 z8763 his belly, 990 [´Élöhîm אֱלֹהִים] shall cast 7971 z8762 the fury 2740 of his wrath 639 upon him, and shall rain 4305 z8686 [it] upon x5921 him while he is eating. 3894

יִבְרַח מִנֵּשֶׁק בַּרְזֶל תַּחְלְפֵהוּ קֶשֶׁת נְחוּשָׁה

 20:24 yiv'rach miNësheq Bar'zel Tach'l'fëhû qeshet n'chûshäh

 20:24 He shall flee 1272 z8799 from the iron 1270 weapon, 5402 x4480 [and] the bow 7198 of steel 5154 shall strike him through. 2498 z8799

שָׁלַף וַיֵּצֵא מִגֵּוָה וּבָרָק מִמְּרֹרָתוֹ יַהֲלֹךְ עָלָיו אֵמִים

 20:25 shälaf waYëtzë miGëwäh ûväräq miM'rorätô yahálokh' äläyw ëmiym

 20:25 It is drawn, 8025 z8804 and cometh out 3318 z8799 of the body; 1465 x4480 yea, the glittering sword 1300 cometh x1980 out y1980 z8799 of his gall: 4846 x4480 terrors 367 [are] upon x5921 him.

כָּל־חֹשֶׁךְ טָמוּן לִצְפּוּנָיו תְּאָכְלֵהוּ אֵשׁ לֹא־נֻפָּח יֵרַע שָׂרִיד בְּאָהֳלוֹ

 20:26 Käl-choshekh' ţämûn litz'Pûnäyw T'äkh'lëhû ësh lo-nuPäch yëra säriyd B'ähólô

 20:26 All x3605 darkness 2822 [shall be] hid 2934 z8803 in his secret places: 6845 z8803 a fire 784 not x3808 blown 5301 z8795 shall consume 398 z8762 him; it shall go ill y3415 z8799 x7489 with him that is left 8300 in his tabernacle. 168

יְגַלּוּ שָׁמַיִם עֲוֹנוֹ וְאֶרֶץ מִתְקוֹמָמָה לוֹ

 20:27 y'gaLû shämayim áwonô w'eretz mit'qômämäh lô

 20:27 The heaven 8064 shall reveal 1540 z8762 his iniquity; 5771 and the earth 776 shall rise up 6965 z8693 against him.

יִגֶל יְבוּל בֵּיתוֹ נִגָּרוֹת בְּיוֹם אַפּוֹ

 20:28 yigel y'vûl Bëytô niGärôt B'yôm aPô

 20:28 The increase 2981 of his house 1004 shall depart, 1540 z8799 [and his goods] shall flow away 5064 z8737 in the day 3117 of his wrath. 639

זֶה חֵלֶק־אָדָם רָשָׁע מֵאֱלֹהִים וְנַחֲלַת אִמְרוֹ מֵאֵל פ
