Isaiah 25

1 The prophet praiseth God, for his judgments, 6 for his saving benefits, 9 and for his victorious salvation.

 25:1 O LORD 3068, You are my God 430; I will exalt 7311 You, I will give 3034 thanks 3034 to Your name 8034; For You have worked 6213a wonders 6382, Plans 6098 [formed] long 7350 ago 7350, with perfect 544 faithfulness 544.

 25:2 For You have made 7760 a city 5892b into a heap 1530, A fortified 1219 city 7151 into a ruin 4654b; A palace 759 of strangers 2114a is a city 5892b no 4480 more 4480, It will never 5769 3808 be rebuilt 1129.

 25:3 Therefore 5921 3651 a strong 5794 people 5971a will glorify 3513 You; Cities 7151 of ruthless 6184 nations 1471 will revere 3372a You.

 25:4 For You have been 1961 a defense 4581 for the helpless 1800b, A defense 4581 for the needy 34 in his distress 6862b, A refuge 4268 from the storm 2230, a shade 6738 from the heat 2721a; For the breath 7307 of the ruthless 6184 Is like a [rain] storm 2230 [against] a wall 7023.

 25:5 Like heat 2721a in drought 6724, You subdue 3665 the uproar 7588 of aliens 2114a; [Like] heat 2721a by the shadow 6738 of a cloud 5645, the song 2158 of the ruthless 6184 is silenced 6031a.

 25:6 ¶ The LORD 3068 of hosts 6635 will prepare 6213a a lavish 8081 banquet 4960 for all 3605 peoples 5971a on this 2088 mountain 2022; A banquet 4960 of aged 8105 wine 8105, choice 8081 pieces with marrow 4229c, [And] refined 2212, aged 8105 wine 8105.

 25:7 And on this 2088 mountain 2022 He will swallow 1104 up the covering 6440 3875 which is over 5921 all 3605 peoples 5971a, Even the veil 4541b which is stretched 5259 over 5921 all 3605 nations 1471.

 25:8 He will swallow 1104 up death 4194 for all 5331 time 5331, And the Lord 136 GOD 3068 will wipe 4229a tears 1832 away 4229a from all 3605 faces 6440, And He will remove 5493 the reproach 2781 of His people 5971a from all 3605 the earth 776; For the LORD 3068 has spoken 1696.

 25:9 And it will be said 559 in that day 3117, “Behold 2009, this 2088 is our God 430 for whom we have waited 6960a that He might save 3467 us. This 2088 is the LORD 3068 for whom we have waited 6960a; Let us rejoice 1523 and be glad 8055 in His salvation 3444.”

 25:10 For the hand 3027 of the LORD 3068 will rest 5117 on this 2088 mountain 2022, And Moab 4124 will be trodden 1758 down 1758 in his place 8478 As straw 4963 is trodden 1758 down 1758 in the water 4325 of a manure 4087 pile 4087.
