וּבָנָה מִזְבְּחוֹת בְּבֵית יְהוָה אֲשֶׁר אָמַר יְהוָה בִּירוּשָׁלִַם יִהְיֶה־שְּׁמִי לְעוֹלָם

וַיִּבֶן מִזְבְּחוֹת לְכָל־צְבָא הַשָּׁמָיִם בִּשְׁתֵּי חַצְרוֹת בֵּית־יְהוָה

וַיְדַבֵּר יְהוָה אֶל־מְנַשֶּׁה וְאֶל־עַמּוֹ וְלֹא הִקְשִׁיבוּ

וַיָּבֵא יְהוָה עֲלֵיהֶם אֶת־שָׂרֵי הַצָּבָא אֲשֶׁר לְמֶלֶךְ אַשּׁוּר וַיִּלְכְּדוּ אֶת־מְנַשֶּׁה בַּחֹחִים וַיַּאַסְרֻהוּ בַּנְחֻשְׁתַּיִם וַיּוֹלִיכֻהוּ בָּבֶלָה

 33:11 ¶ Wherefore Yähwè יָהוֶה 3068 brought 935 z8686 upon x5921 x853 them the captains x8269 of y8269 the host of 6635 the king 4428 of ´Aššûr אַשּׁוּר, 804 which x834 took 3920 z8799 x853 Mænaššè מְנַשֶּׁה 4519 among the thorns, 2336 and bound x631 him y631 z8799 with fetters, 5178 and carried y3212 z8686 x1980 him to Bävel בָּבֶל. 894

וַיָּסַר אֶת־אֱלֹהֵי הַנֵּכָר וְאֶת־הַסֶּמֶל מִבֵּית יְהוָה וְכָל־הַמִּזְבְּחוֹת אֲשֶׁר בָּנָה בְּהַר בֵּית־יְהוָה וּבִירוּשָׁלִָם וַיַּשְׁלֵךְ חוּצָה לָעִיר

 33:15 waYäšar et-élohëy haNëkhär w'et-haŠemel miBëyt y'hwäh w'khäl-haMiz'B'chôt ásher Bänäh B'har Bëyt-y'hwäh ûviyrûshäläim waYash'lëkh' chûtzäh läiyr

 33:15 And he took away 5493 z8686 x853 the strange 5236 ´élöhîm אֱלֹהִים, 430 and the idol 5566 out of the house 1004 x4480 of Yähwè יָהוֶה, 3068 and all x3605 the altars 4196 that x834 he had built 1129 z8804 in the mount 2022 of the house 1004 of Yähwè יָהוֶה, 3068 and in Yærûšälaim יְרוּשָׁלִַם, 3389 and cast 7993 z8686 [them] out y2351 of x2351 the city. 5892

*וַיָּכֶן [וַיִּבֶן] אֶת־מִזְבַּח יְהוָה וַיִּזְבַּח עָלָיו זִבְחֵי שְׁלָמִים וְתוֹדָה וַיֹּאמֶר לִיהוּדָה לַעֲבוֹד אֶת־יְהוָה אֱלֹהֵי יִשְׂרָאֵל

 33:16 And he repaired 1129 z8799 x853 the altar 4196 of Yähwè יָהוֶה, 3068 and sacrificed 2076 z8799 thereon x5921 peace 8002 offerings 2077 and thank offerings, 8426 and commanded 559 z8799 Yæhûđà יְהוּדָה 3063 to serve 5647 z8800 x853 Yähwè יָהוֶה 3068 ´Élöhîm אֱלֹהִים 430 of Yiŝrä´ël יִשׂרָאֵל. 3478

אֲבָל עוֹד הָעָם זֹבְחִים בַּבָּמוֹת רַק לַיהוָה אֱלֹהֵיהֶם

 33:19 His prayer 8605 also, and [how ´Élöhîm אֱלֹהִים] was intreated 6279 z8736 of him, and all x3605 his sin, 2403 and his trespass, 4604 and the places 4725 wherein x834 he built 1129 z8804 high places, 1116 and set up 5975 z8689 groves 842 and graven images, 6456 before 6440 he was humbled: 3665 z8736 behold, x2009 they [are] written 3789 z8803 among x5921 the sayings 1697 of the seers. 2335 y2374 z8676

 33:22 But he did 6213 z8799 [that which was] evil 7451 in the sight 5869 of Yähwè יָהוֶה, 3068 as x834 did 6213 z8804 Mænaššè מְנַשֶּׁה 4519 his father: 1 for ´Ämôn אָמוֹן 526 sacrificed 2076 z8765 unto all x3605 the carved images 6456 which x834 Mænaššè מְנַשֶּׁה 4519 his father 1 had made, 6213 z8804 and served 5647 z8799 them;

וְלֹא נִכְנַע מִלִּפְנֵי יְהוָה כְּהִכָּנַע מְנַשֶּׁה אָבִיו כִּי הוּא אָמוֹן הִרְבָּה אַשְׁמָה

וַיִּקְשְׁרוּ עָלָיו עֲבָדָיו וַיְמִיתֻהוּ בְּבֵיתוֹ

וַיַּכּוּ עַם־הָאָרֶץ אֵת כָּל־הַקֹּשְׁרִים עַל־הַמֶּלֶךְ אָמוֹן וַיַּמְלִיכוּ עַם־הָאָרֶץ אֶת־יֹאשִׁיָּהוּ בְנוֹ תַּחְתָּיו פ
