וְאִם־לֹא קָרוֹב אָחִיךָ אֵלֶיךָ וְלֹא יְדַעְתּוֹ וַאֲסַפְתּוֹ אֶל־תּוֹךְ בֵּיתֶךָ וְהָיָה עִמְּךָ עַד דְּרֹשׁ אָחִיךָ אֹתוֹ וַהֲשֵׁבֹתוֹ לוֹ

לֹא־תִזְרַע כַּרְמְךָ כִּלְאָיִם פֶּן־תִּקְדַּשׁ הַמְלֵאָה הַזֶּרַע אֲשֶׁר תִּזְרָע וּתְבוּאַת הַכָּרֶם ס

 22:10 lo-tachárosh B'shôr-ûvachámor yach'Däw š

לֹא תִלְבַּשׁ שַׁעַטְנֵז צֶמֶר וּפִשְׁתִּים יַחְדָּו ס

גְּדִלִים תַּעֲשֶׂה־לָּךְ עַל־אַרְבַּע כַּנְפוֹת כְּסוּתְךָ אֲשֶׁר תְּכַסֶּה־בָּהּ ס

 22:12 G'diliym Taáseh-Läkh' al-ar'Ba Kan'fôt K'šût'khä ásher T'khaŠeh-BäH š

כִּי־יִקַּח אִישׁ אִשָּׁה וּבָא אֵלֶיהָ וּשְׂנֵאָהּ

 22:13 Kiy-yiQach iysh iSHäh ûvä ëleyhä ûs'nëäH

וְשָׂם לָהּ עֲלִילֹת דְּבָרִים וְהוֹצִיא עָלֶיהָ שֵׁם רָע וְאָמַר אֶת־הָאִשָּׁה הַזֹּאת לָקַחְתִּי וָאֶקְרַב אֵלֶיהָ וְלֹא־מָצָאתִי לָהּ בְּתוּלִים

 22:14 w'säm läH áliylot D'väriym w'hôtziy äleyhä shëm rä w'ämar et-häiSHäh haZot läqach'Tiy wäeq'rav ëleyhä w'lo-mätzätiy läH B'tûliym

וְלָקַח אֲבִי *הַנַּעַר [הַנַּעֲרָה] וְאִמָּהּ וְהוֹצִיאוּ אֶת־בְּתוּלֵי *הַנַּעַר [הַנַּעֲרָה] אֶל־זִקְנֵי הָעִיר הַשָּׁעְרָה

 22:15 Then shall the father 1 of the damsel, 5291 and her mother, 517 take 3947 z8804 and bring forth 3318 z8689 x853 [the tokens of] the damsel's 5291 virginity 1331 unto x413 the elders 2205 of the city 5892 in the gate: 8179

וְאָמַר אֲבִי *הַנַּעַר [הַנַּעֲרָה] אֶל־הַזְּקֵנִים אֶת־בִּתִּי נָתַתִּי לָאִישׁ הַזֶּה לְאִשָּׁה וַיִּשְׂנָאֶהָ

 22:16 w'ämar áviy *haNaar [haNaáräh] el-haZ'qëniym et-BiTiy nätaTiy läiysh haZeh l'iSHäh waYis'näehä

 22:16 And the damsel's 5291 father 1 shall say 559 z8804 unto x413 the elders, 2205 I gave 5414 z8804 x853 my daughter 1323 unto this x2088 man 376 to wife, 802 and he hateth 8130 z8799 her;

וְהִנֵּה־הוּא שָׂם עֲלִילֹת דְּבָרִים לֵאמֹר לֹא־מָצָאתִי לְבִתְּךָ בְּתוּלִים וְאֵלֶּה בְּתוּלֵי בִתִּי וּפָרְשׂוּ הַשִּׂמְלָה לִפְנֵי זִקְנֵי הָעִיר

 22:17 w'hiNëh-hû säm áliylot D'väriym lëmor lo-mätzätiy l'viT'khä B'tûliym w'ëLeh B'tûlëy viTiy ûfär'sû haSim'läh lif'nëy ziq'nëy häiyr

 22:17 And, lo, x2009 he x1931 hath given 7760 z8804 occasions 5949 of speech 1697 [against her], saying, 559 z8800 I found 4672 z8804 not x3808 thy daughter 1323 a maid; 1331 and yet these x428 [are the tokens of] my daughter's 1323 virginity. 1331 And they shall spread 6566 z8804 the cloth 8071 before 6440 the elders 2205 of the city. 5892

וְלָקְחוּ זִקְנֵי הָעִיר־הַהִוא אֶת־הָאִישׁ וְיִסְּרוּ אֹתוֹ

 22:18 And the elders 2205 of that x1931 city 5892 shall take 3947 z8804 x853 that man 376 and chastise 3256 z8765 him;

וְעָנְשׁוּ אֹתוֹ מֵאָה כֶסֶף וְנָתְנוּ לַאֲבִי הַנַּעֲרָה כִּי הוֹצִיא שֵׁם רָע עַל בְּתוּלַת יִשְׂרָאֵל וְלוֹ־תִהְיֶה לְאִשָּׁה לֹא־יוּכַל לְשַׁלְּחָהּ כָּל־יָמָיו ס

 22:19 w'än'shû otô mëäh khešef w'nät'nû laáviy haNaáräh Kiy hôtziy shëm rä al B'tûlat yis'räël w'lô-tih'yeh l'iSHäh lo-yûkhal l'shaL'chäH Käl-yämäyw š

 22:19 And they shall amerce 6064 z8804 him in an hundred 3967 [shekels] of silver, 3701 and give 5414 z8804 [them] unto the father 1 of the damsel, 5291 because x3588 he hath brought up 3318 z8689 an evil 7451 name 8034 upon x5921 a virgin 1330 of Yiŝrä´ël יִשׂרָאֵל: 3478 and she shall be x1961 his wife; 802 he may 3201 z8799 not x3808 put her away 7971 z8763 all x3605 his days. 3117

וְאִם־אֱמֶת הָיָה הַדָּבָר הַזֶּה לֹא־נִמְצְאוּ בְתוּלִים *לַנַּעַר [לַנַּעֲרָה]

 22:20 w'im-émet häyäh haDävär haZeh lo-nim'tz'û v'tûliym *laNaar [laNaáräh]

 22:20 But if x518 this x2088 thing 1697 be x1961 true, 571 [and the tokens of] virginity 1331 be not x3808 found 4672 z8738 for the damsel: 5291

וְהוֹצִיאוּ אֶת־*הַנַּעַר [הַנַּעֲרָה] אֶל־פֶּתַח בֵּית־אָבִיהָ וּסְקָלוּהָ אַנְשֵׁי עִירָהּ בָּאֲבָנִים וָמֵתָה כִּי־עָשְׂתָה נְבָלָה בְּיִשְׂרָאֵל לִזְנוֹת בֵּית אָבִיהָ וּבִעַרְתָּ הָרָע מִקִּרְבֶּךָ ס

 22:21 w'hôtziyû et-*haNaar [haNaáräh] el-Petach Bëyt-äviyhä ûš'qälûhä an'shëy iyräH Bäáväniym wämëtäh Kiy-äs'täh n'väläh B'yis'räël liz'nôt Bëyt äviyhä ûviar'Tä härä miQir'Bekhä š

 22:21 Then they shall bring out 3318 z8689 x853 the damsel 5291 to x413 the door 6607 of her father's 1 house, 1004 and the men y582 x376 of her city 5892 shall stone 5619 z8804 her with stones 68 that she die: 4191 z8804 because x3588 she hath wrought 6213 z8804 folly 5039 in Yiŝrä´ël יִשׂרָאֵל, 3478 to play the whore 2181 z8800 in her father's 1 house: 1004 so shalt thou put y1197 z0 evil y7451 away 1197 z8765 x7451 from among 7130 x4480 you.

כִּי־יִמָּצֵא אִישׁ שֹׁכֵב עִם־אִשָּׁה בְעֻלַת־בַּעַל וּמֵתוּ גַּם־שְׁנֵיהֶם הָאִישׁ הַשֹּׁכֵב עִם־הָאִשָּׁה וְהָאִשָּׁה וּבִעַרְתָּ הָרָע מִיִּשְׂרָאֵל ס

 22:22 ¶ If x3588 a man 376 be found 4672 z8735 lying 7901 z8802 with x5973 a woman 802 married 1166 z8803 to an husband, 1167 then they shall both x1571 x8147 of them y8147 die, 4191 z8804 [both] the man 376 that lay 7901 z8802 with x5973 the woman, 802 and the woman: 802 so shalt thou put away 1197 z8765 evil 7451 from Yiŝrä´ël יִשׂרָאֵל. 3478 x4480

כִּי יִהְיֶה *נַעַר [נַעֲרָה] בְתוּלָה מְאֹרָשָׂה לְאִישׁ וּמְצָאָהּ אִישׁ בָּעִיר וְשָׁכַב עִמָּהּ

 22:23 Kiy yih'yeh *naar [naáräh] v'tûläh m'oräsäh l'iysh ûm'tzääH iysh Bäiyr w'shäkhav iMäH

 22:23 ¶ If x3588 a damsel 5291 [that is] a virgin 1330 be x1961 betrothed 781 z8794 unto an husband, 376 and a man 376 find 4672 z8804 her in the city, 5892 and lie 7901 z8804 with x5973 her;

וְהוֹצֵאתֶם אֶת־שְׁנֵיהֶם אֶל־שַׁעַר הָעִיר הַהִוא וּסְקַלְתֶּם אֹתָם בָּאֲבָנִים וָמֵתוּ אֶת־*הַנַּעַר [הַנַּעֲרָה] עַל־דְּבַר אֲשֶׁר לֹא־צָעֲקָה בָעִיר וְאֶת־הָאִישׁ עַל־דְּבַר אֲשֶׁר־עִנָּה אֶת־אֵשֶׁת רֵעֵהוּ וּבִעַרְתָּ הָרָע מִקִּרְבֶּךָ ס

 22:24 w'hôtzëtem et-sh'nëyhem el-shaar häiyr hahiw ûš'qal'Tem otäm Bäáväniym wämëtû et-*haNaar [haNaáräh] al-D'var ásher lo-tzäáqäh väiyr w'et-häiysh al-D'var ásher-iNäh et-ëshet rëëhû ûviar'Tä härä miQir'Bekhä š

 22:24 Then ye shall bring y3318 z8689 them both y8147 out x3318 x853 x8147 unto x413 the gate 8179 of that x1931 city, 5892 and ye shall stone 5619 z8804 them with stones 68 that they die; 4191 z8804 x853 the damsel, 5291 because 834 1697 x5921 she cried 6817 z8804 not, x3808 [being] in the city; 5892 and the man, 376 because 834 1697 x5921 he hath humbled 6031 z8765 x853 his neighbour's 7453 wife: 802 so thou shalt put away 1197 z8765 evil 7451 from among 7130 x4480 you.

וְאִם־בַּשָּׂדֶה יִמְצָא הָאִישׁ אֶת־*הַנַּעַר [הַנַּעֲרָה] הַמְאֹרָשָׂה וְהֶחֱזִיק־בָּהּ הָאִישׁ וְשָׁכַב עִמָּהּ וּמֵת הָאִישׁ אֲשֶׁר־שָׁכַב עִמָּהּ לְבַדּוֹ

 22:25 w'im-BaSädeh yim'tzä häiysh et-*haNaar [haNaáräh] ham'oräsäh w'hechéziyq-BäH häiysh w'shäkhav iMäH ûmët häiysh ásher-shäkhav iMäH l'vaDô

 22:25 ¶ But if x518 a man 376 find 4672 z8799 x853 a betrothed 781 z8794 damsel 5291 in the field, 7704 and the man 376 force 2388 z8689 her, and lie 7901 z8804 with x5973 her: then the man 376 only x905 that x834 lay 7901 z8804 with x5973 her shall die: 4191 z8804

*וְלַנַּעַר [וְלַנַּעֲרָה] לֹא־תַעֲשֶׂה דָבָר אֵין *לַנַּעַר [לַנַּעֲרָה] חֵטְא מָוֶת כִּי כַּאֲשֶׁר יָקוּם אִישׁ עַל־רֵעֵהוּ וּרְצָחוֹ נֶפֶשׁ כֵּן הַדָּבָר הַזֶּה

 22:26 *w'laNaar [w'laNaáräh] lo-taáseh dävär ëyn *laNaar [laNaáräh] chëţ' mäwet Kiy Kaásher yäqûm iysh al-rëëhû ûr'tzächô nefesh Kën haDävär haZeh

 22:26 But unto the damsel 5291 thou shalt do 6213 z8799 nothing; 1697 x3808 [there is] in the damsel 5291 no x369 sin 2399 [worthy] of death: 4194 for x3588 as x834 when a man 376 riseth 6965 z8799 against x5921 his neighbour, 7453 and slayeth 7523 5315 z8804 z8676 him, even so x3651 [is] this x2088 matter: 1697

כִּי בַשָּׂדֶה מְצָאָהּ צָעֲקָה *הַנַּעַר [הַנַּעֲרָה] הַמְאֹרָשָׂה וְאֵין מוֹשִׁיעַ לָהּ ס

 22:27 Kiy vaSädeh m'tzääH tzäáqäh *haNaar [haNaáräh] ham'oräsäh w'ëyn môshiyª läH š

 22:27 For x3588 he found 4672 z8804 her in the field, 7704 [and] the betrothed 781 z8794 damsel 5291 cried, 6817 z8804 and [there was] none x369 to save 3467 z8688 her.

כִּי־יִמְצָא אִישׁ *נַעַר [נַעֲרָה] בְתוּלָה אֲשֶׁר לֹא־אֹרָשָׂה וּתְפָשָׂהּ וְשָׁכַב עִמָּהּ וְנִמְצָאוּ

 22:28 Kiy-yim'tzä iysh *naar [naáräh] v'tûläh ásher lo-oräsäh ût'fäsäH w'shäkhav iMäH w'nim'tzäû

 22:28 ¶ If x3588 a man 376 find 4672 z8799 a damsel 5291 [that is] a virgin, 1330 which x834 is not x3808 betrothed, 781 z8795 and lay hold 8610 z8804 on her, and lie 7901 z8804 with x5973 her, and they be found; 4672 z8738

וְנָתַן הָאִישׁ הַשֹּׁכֵב עִמָּהּ לַאֲבִי *הַנַּעַר [הַנַּעֲרָה] חֲמִשִּׁים כָּסֶף וְלוֹ־תִהְיֶה לְאִשָּׁה תַּחַת אֲשֶׁר עִנָּהּ לֹא־יוּכַל שַׁלְּחָהּ כָּל־יָמָיו ס

 22:29 w'nätan häiysh haSHokhëv iMäH laáviy *haNaar [haNaáräh] chámiSHiym Käšef w'lô-tih'yeh l'iSHäh Tachat ásher iNäH lo-yûkhal shaL'chäH Käl-yämäyw š

 22:29 Then the man 376 that lay 7901 z8802 with x5973 her shall give 5414 z8804 unto the damsel's 5291 father 1 fifty 2572 [shekels] of silver, 3701 and she shall be x1961 his wife; 802 because x8478 x834 he hath humbled 6031 z8765 her, he may 3201 z8799 not x3808 put her away 7971 z8763 all x3605 his days. 3117
