שָׁלוֹשׁ עָרִים תַּבְדִּיל לָךְ בְּתוֹךְ אַרְצְךָ אֲשֶׁר יְהוָה אֱלֹהֶיךָ נֹתֵן לְךָ לְרִשְׁתָּהּ

תָּכִין לְךָ הַדֶּרֶךְ וְשִׁלַּשְׁתָּ אֶת־גְּבוּל אַרְצְךָ אֲשֶׁר יַנְחִילְךָ יְהוָה אֱלֹהֶיךָ וְהָיָה לָנוּס שָׁמָּה כָּל־רֹצֵחַ

וְזֶה דְּבַר הָרֹצֵחַ אֲשֶׁר־יָנוּס שָׁמָּה וָחָי אֲשֶׁר יַכֶּה אֶת־רֵעֵהוּ בִּבְלִי־דַעַת וְהוּא לֹא־שֹׂנֵא לוֹ מִתְּמֹל שִׁלְשֹׁם

וַאֲשֶׁר יָבֹא אֶת־רֵעֵהוּ בַיַּעַר לַחְטֹב עֵצִים וְנִדְּחָה יָדוֹ בַגַּרְזֶן לִכְרֹת הָעֵץ וְנָשַׁל הַבַּרְזֶל מִן־הָעֵץ וּמָצָא אֶת־רֵעֵהוּ וָמֵת הוּא יָנוּס אֶל־אַחַת הֶעָרִים־הָאֵלֶּה וָחָי

וְאִם־יַרְחִיב יְהוָה אֱלֹהֶיךָ אֶת־גְּבֻלְךָ כַּאֲשֶׁר נִשְׁבַּע לַאֲבֹתֶיךָ וְנָתַן לְךָ אֶת־כָּל־הָאָרֶץ אֲשֶׁר דִּבֶּר לָתֵת לַאֲבֹתֶיךָ

 19:8 w'im-yar'chiyv y'hwäh éloheykhä et-G'vul'khä Kaásher nish'Ba laávoteykhä w'nätan l'khä et-Käl-hääretz ásher DiBer lätët laávoteykhä

וְלֹא יִשָּׁפֵךְ דָּם נָקִי בְּקֶרֶב אַרְצְךָ אֲשֶׁר יְהוָה אֱלֹהֶיךָ נֹתֵן לְךָ נַחֲלָה וְהָיָה עָלֶיךָ דָּמִים ס

וְכִי־יִהְיֶה אִישׁ שֹׂנֵא לְרֵעֵהוּ וְאָרַב לוֹ וְקָם עָלָיו וְהִכָּהוּ נֶפֶשׁ וָמֵת וְנָס אֶל־אַחַת הֶעָרִים הָאֵל

 19:11 w'khiy-yih'yeh iysh sonë l'rëëhû w'ärav lô w'qäm äläyw w'hiKähû nefesh wämët w'näš el-achat heäriym häël

 19:11 ¶ But if x3588 any man 376 hate 8130 z8802 x1961 his neighbour, 7453 and lie in wait 693 z8804 for him, and rise up 6965 z8804 against x5921 him, and smite 5221 z8689 him mortally 5315 that he die, 4191 z8804 and fleeth 5127 z8804 into x413 one 259 of these 411 cities: 5892

וְשָׁלְחוּ זִקְנֵי עִירוֹ וְלָקְחוּ אֹתוֹ מִשָּׁם וְנָתְנוּ אֹתוֹ בְּיַד גֹּאֵל הַדָּם וָמֵת

לֹא־תָחוֹס עֵינְךָ עָלָיו וּבִעַרְתָּ דַם־הַנָּקִי מִיִּשְׂרָאֵל וְטוֹב לָךְ ס

 19:14 ¶ Thou shalt not x3808 remove 5253 z8686 thy neighbour's 7453 landmark, 1366 which x834 they of old time 7223 have set 1379 z8804 in thine inheritance, 5159 which x834 thou shalt inherit 5157 z8799 in the land 776 that x834 Yähwè יָהוֶה 3068 thy ´Élöhîm אֱלֹהִים 430 giveth 5414 z8802 thee to possess 3423 z8800 it.

לֹא־יָקוּם עֵד אֶחָד בְּאִישׁ לְכָל־עָוֹן וּלְכָל־חַטָּאת בְּכָל־חֵטְא אֲשֶׁר יֶחֱטָא עַל־פִּי שְׁנֵי עֵדִים אוֹ עַל־פִּי שְׁלֹשָׁה־עֵדִים יָקוּם דָּבָר

 19:15 lo-yäqûm ëd echäd B'iysh l'khäl-äwon ûl'khäl-chaŢät B'khäl-chëţ' ásher yechéţä al-Piy sh'nëy ëdiym ô al-Piy sh'loshäh-ëdiym yäqûm Dävär

 19:15 ¶ One 259 witness 5707 shall not x3808 rise up 6965 z8799 against a man 376 for any x3605 iniquity, 5771 or for any x3605 sin, 2403 in any x3605 sin 2399 that x834 he sinneth: 2398 z8799 at x5921 the mouth 6310 of two 8147 witnesses, 5707 or x176 at x5921 the mouth 6310 of three 7969 witnesses, 5707 shall the matter 1697 be established. 6965 z8799

כִּי־יָקוּם עֵד־חָמָס בְּאִישׁ לַעֲנוֹת בּוֹ סָרָה

 19:16 Kiy-yäqûm ëd-chämäš B'iysh laánôt Bô šäräh

וְעָמְדוּ שְׁנֵי־הָאֲנָשִׁים אֲשֶׁר־לָהֶם הָרִיב לִפְנֵי יְהוָה לִפְנֵי הַכֹּהֲנִים וְהַשֹּׁפְטִים אֲשֶׁר יִהְיוּ בַּיָּמִים הָהֵם

 19:17 w'äm'dû sh'nëy-häánäshiym ásher-lähem häriyv lif'nëy y'hwäh lif'nëy haKohániym w'haSHof'ţiym ásher yih'yû BaYämiym hähëm

וְדָרְשׁוּ הַשֹּׁפְטִים הֵיטֵב וְהִנֵּה עֵד־שֶׁקֶר הָעֵד שֶׁקֶר עָנָה בְאָחִיו

וְהַנִּשְׁאָרִים יִשְׁמְעוּ וְיִרָאוּ וְלֹא־יֹסִפוּ לַעֲשׂוֹת עוֹד כַּדָּבָר הָרָע הַזֶּה בְּקִרְבֶּךָ

וְלֹא תָחוֹס עֵינֶךָ נֶפֶשׁ בְּנֶפֶשׁ עַיִן בְּעַיִן שֵׁן בְּשֵׁן יָד בְּיָד רֶגֶל בְּרָגֶל ס

 19:21 w'lo tächôš ëynekhä nefesh B'nefesh ayin B'ayin shën B'shën yäd B'yäd regel B'rägel š
