לְמַעַן תִּירָא אֶת־יְהוָה אֱלֹהֶיךָ לִשְׁמֹר אֶת־כָּל־חֻקֹּתָיו וּמִצְוֹתָיו אֲשֶׁר אָנֹכִי מְצַוֶּךָ אַתָּה וּבִנְךָ וּבֶן־בִּנְךָ כֹּל יְמֵי חַיֶּיךָ וּלְמַעַן יַאֲרִכֻן יָמֶיךָ

וְאָהַבְתָּ אֵת יְהוָה אֱלֹהֶיךָ בְּכָל־לְבָבְךָ וּבְכָל־נַפְשְׁךָ וּבְכָל־מְאֹדֶךָ

וְהָיוּ הַדְּבָרִים הָאֵלֶּה אֲשֶׁר אָנֹכִי מְצַוְּךָ הַיּוֹם עַל־לְבָבֶךָ

וְשִׁנַּנְתָּם לְבָנֶיךָ וְדִבַּרְתָּ בָּם בְּשִׁבְתְּךָ בְּבֵיתֶךָ וּבְלֶכְתְּךָ בַדֶּרֶךְ וּבְשָׁכְבְּךָ וּבְקוּמֶךָ

וּקְשַׁרְתָּם לְאוֹת עַל־יָדֶךָ וְהָיוּ לְטֹטָפֹת בֵּין עֵינֶיךָ

 6:8 ûq'shar'Täm l'ôt al-yädekhä w'häyû l'ţoţäfot Bëyn ëyneykhä

וּכְתַבְתָּם עַל־מְזוּזֹת בֵּיתֶךָ וּבִשְׁעָרֶיךָ ס

וְהָיָה כִּי יְבִיאֲךָ יְהוָה אֱלֹהֶיךָ אֶל־הָאָרֶץ אֲשֶׁר נִשְׁבַּע לַאֲבֹתֶיךָ לְאַבְרָהָם לְיִצְחָק וּלְיַעֲקֹב לָתֶת לָךְ עָרִים גְּדֹלֹת וְטֹבֹת אֲשֶׁר לֹא־בָנִיתָ

 6:10 And it shall be, x1961 when x3588 Yähwè יָהוֶה 3068 thy ´Élöhîm אֱלֹהִים 430 shall have brought 935 z8686 thee into x413 the land 776 which x834 he sware 7650 z8738 unto thy fathers, 1 to ´Avrähäm אַברָהָם, 85 to Yixçäk יִצחָק, 3327 and to Ya`áköv יַעֲקֹב, 3290 to give 5414 z8800 thee great 1419 and goodly 2896 cities, 5892 which x834 thou buildedst 1129 z8804 not, x3808

וּבָתִּים מְלֵאִים כָּל־טוּב אֲשֶׁר לֹא־מִלֵּאתָ וּבֹרֹת חֲצוּבִים אֲשֶׁר לֹא־חָצַבְתָּ כְּרָמִים וְזֵיתִים אֲשֶׁר לֹא־נָטָעְתָּ וְאָכַלְתָּ וְשָׂבָעְתָּ

הִשָּׁמֶר לְךָ פֶּן־תִּשְׁכַּח אֶת־יְהוָה אֲשֶׁר הוֹצִיאֲךָ מֵאֶרֶץ מִצְרַיִם מִבֵּית עֲבָדִים

 6:12 hiSHämer l'khä Pen-Tish'Kach et-y'hwäh ásher hôtziyákhä mëeretz mitz'rayim miBëyt ávädiym

אֶת־יְהוָה אֱלֹהֶיךָ תִּירָא וְאֹתוֹ תַעֲבֹד וּבִשְׁמוֹ תִּשָּׁבֵעַ

 6:13 Thou shalt fear 3372 z8799 x853 Yähwè יָהוֶה 3068 thy ´Élöhîm אֱלֹהִים, 430 and serve 5647 z8799 him, and shalt swear 7650 z8735 by his name. 8034

לֹא תֵלְכוּן אַחֲרֵי אֱלֹהִים אֲחֵרִים מֵאֱלֹהֵי הָעַמִּים אֲשֶׁר סְבִיבוֹתֵיכֶם

כִּי אֵל קַנָּא יְהוָה אֱלֹהֶיךָ בְּקִרְבֶּךָ פֶּן־יֶחֱרֶה אַף־יְהוָה אֱלֹהֶיךָ בָּךְ וְהִשְׁמִידְךָ מֵעַל פְּנֵי הָאֲדָמָה ס

 6:15 (For x3588 Yähwè יָהוֶה 3068 thy ´Élöhîm אֱלֹהִים 430 [is] a jealous 7067 ´Ël אֵל 410 among 7130 you) lest x6435 the anger 639 of Yähwè יָהוֶה 3068 thy ´Élöhîm אֱלֹהִים 430 be kindled 2734 z8799 against thee, and destroy 8045 z8689 thee from off x4480 x5921 the face 6440 of the earth. 127

לֹא תְנַסּוּ אֶת־יְהוָה אֱלֹהֵיכֶם כַּאֲשֶׁר נִסִּיתֶם בַּמַּסָּה

 6:16 ¶ Ye shall not x3808 tempt 5254 z8762 x853 Yähwè יָהוֶה 3068 your ´Élöhîm אֱלֹהִים, 430 as x834 ye tempted 5254 z8765 [him] in Massà מַסָּה. 4532

שָׁמוֹר תִּשְׁמְרוּן אֶת־מִצְוֹת יְהוָה אֱלֹהֵיכֶם וְעֵדֹתָיו וְחֻקָּיו אֲשֶׁר צִוָּךְ

וְעָשִׂיתָ הַיָּשָׁר וְהַטּוֹב בְּעֵינֵי יְהוָה לְמַעַן יִיטַב לָךְ וּבָאתָ וְיָרַשְׁתָּ אֶת־הָאָרֶץ הַטֹּבָה אֲשֶׁר־נִשְׁבַּע יְהוָה לַאֲבֹתֶיךָ

 6:18 And thou shalt do 6213 z8804 [that which is] right 3477 and good 2896 in the sight 5869 of Yähwè יָהוֶה: 3068 that x4616 it may be well 3190 z8799 with thee, and that thou mayest go in 935 z8804 and possess 3423 z8804 x853 the good 2896 land 776 which x834 Yähwè יָהוֶה 3068 sware 7650 z8738 unto thy fathers, 1

לַהֲדֹף אֶת־כָּל־אֹיְבֶיךָ מִפָּנֶיךָ כַּאֲשֶׁר דִּבֶּר יְהוָה ס

וְאָמַרְתָּ לְבִנְךָ עֲבָדִים הָיִינוּ לְפַרְעֹה בְּמִצְרָיִם וַיּוֹצִיאֵנוּ יְהוָה מִמִּצְרַיִם בְּיָד חֲזָקָה

 6:21 Then thou shalt say 559 z8804 unto thy son, 1121 We were x1961 Par`ò's פַּרעֹה 6547 bondmen 5650 in Mixrayim מִצרַיִם; 4714 and Yähwè יָהוֶה 3068 brought us out 3318 z8686 of Mixrayim מִצרַיִם 4714 x4480 with a mighty 2389 hand: 3027

וַיִּתֵּן יְהוָה אוֹתֹת וּמֹפְתִים גְּדֹלִים וְרָעִים בְּמִצְרַיִם בְּפַרְעֹה וּבְכָל־בֵּיתוֹ לְעֵינֵינוּ

 6:22 And Yähwè יָהוֶה 3068 shewed 5414 z8799 signs 226 and wonders, 4159 great 1419 and sore, 7451 upon Mixrayim מִצרַיִם, 4714 upon Par`ò פַּרעֹה, 6547 and upon all x3605 his household, 1004 before our eyes: 5869

וְאוֹתָנוּ הוֹצִיא מִשָּׁם לְמַעַן הָבִיא אֹתָנוּ לָתֶת לָנוּ אֶת־הָאָרֶץ אֲשֶׁר נִשְׁבַּע לַאֲבֹתֵינוּ

וַיְצַוֵּנוּ יְהוָה לַעֲשׂוֹת אֶת־כָּל־הַחֻקִּים הָאֵלֶּה לְיִרְאָה אֶת־יְהוָה אֱלֹהֵינוּ לְטוֹב לָנוּ כָּל־הַיָּמִים לְחַיֹּתֵנוּ כְּהַיּוֹם הַזֶּה

 6:24 And Yähwè יָהוֶה 3068 commanded 6680 z8762 us to do 6213 z8800 x853 all x3605 these x428 statutes, 2706 to fear 3372 z8800 x853 Yähwè יָהוֶה 3068 our ´Élöhîm אֱלֹהִים, 430 for our good 2896 always, 3117 x3605 that he might preserve us alive, 2421 z8763 as [it is] at this x2088 day. 3117

וּצְדָקָה תִּהְיֶה־לָּנוּ כִּי־נִשְׁמֹר לַעֲשׂוֹת אֶת־כָּל־הַמִּצְוָה הַזֹּאת לִפְנֵי יְהוָה אֱלֹהֵינוּ כַּאֲשֶׁר צִוָּנוּ ס

 6:25 And it shall be x1961 our righteousness, 6666 if x3588 we observe 8104 z8799 to do 6213 z8800 x853 all x3605 these 2063 commandments 4687 before 6440 Yähwè יָהוֶה 3068 our ´Élöhîm אֱלֹהִים, 430 as x834 he hath commanded 6680 z8765 us.
