 30:1 way'daBër mosheh el-räshëy haMaŢôt liv'nëy yis'räël lëmor zeh haDävär ásher tziûäh y'hwäh

 30:1 ¶ And Möšè מֹשֶׁה 4872 spake 1696 z8762 unto x413 the heads 7218 of the tribes 4294 concerning the children 1121 of Yiŝrä´ël יִשׂרָאֵל, 3478 saying, 559 z8800 This x2088 [is] the thing 1697 which x834 Yähwè יָהוֶה 3068 hath commanded. 6680 z8765

אִישׁ כִּי־יִדֹּר נֶדֶר לַיהוָה אוֹ־הִשָּׁבַע שְׁבֻעָה לֶאְסֹר אִסָּר עַל־נַפְשׁוֹ לֹא יַחֵל דְּבָרוֹ כְּכָל־הַיֹּצֵא מִפִּיו יַעֲשֶׂה

 30:2 iysh Kiy-yiDor neder layhwäh ô-hiSHäva sh'vuäh le'šor iŠär al-naf'shô lo yachël D'värô K'khäl-haYotzë miPiyw yaáseh

 30:2 If x3588 a man 376 vow 5087 z8799 a vow 5088 unto Yähwè יָהוֶה, 3068 or x176 swear 7650 z8736 an oath 7621 to bind 631 z8800 x5921 his soul 5315 with a bond; 632 he shall not x3808 break 2490 z8686 his word, 1697 he shall do 6213 z8799 according to all x3605 that proceedeth y3318 z8802 out x3318 of his mouth. 6310 x4480

וְאִשָּׁה כִּי־תִדֹּר נֶדֶר לַיהוָה וְאָסְרָה אִסָּר בְּבֵית אָבִיהָ בִּנְעֻרֶיהָ

 30:3 w'iSHäh Kiy-tiDor neder layhwäh w'äš'räh iŠär B'vëyt äviyhä Bin'ureyhä

 30:3 If x3588 a woman 802 also vow 5087 z8799 a vow 5088 unto Yähwè יָהוֶה, 3068 and bind 631 z8804 herself by a bond, 632 [being] in her father's 1 house 1004 in her youth; 5271

וְשָׁמַע אָבִיהָ אֶת־נִדְרָהּ וֶאֱסָרָהּ אֲשֶׁר אָסְרָה עַל־נַפְשָׁהּ וְהֶחֱרִישׁ לָהּ אָבִיהָ וְקָמוּ כָּל־נְדָרֶיהָ וְכָל־אִסָּר אֲשֶׁר־אָסְרָה עַל־נַפְשָׁהּ יָקוּם

 30:4 w'shäma äviyhä et-nid'räH weéšäräH ásher äš'räh al-naf'shäH w'hechériysh läH äviyhä w'qämû Käl-n'däreyhä w'khäl-iŠär ásher-äš'räh al-naf'shäH yäqûm

 30:4 And her father 1 hear 8085 z8804 x853 her vow, 5088 and her bond 632 wherewith x834 she hath bound 631 z8804 x5921 her soul, 5315 and her father 1 shall hold his peace 2790 z8689 at her: then all x3605 her vows 5088 shall stand, 6965 z8804 and every x3605 bond 632 wherewith x834 she hath bound 631 z8804 x5921 her soul 5315 shall stand. 6965 z8799

וְאִם־הֵנִיא אָבִיהָ אֹתָהּ בְּיוֹם שָׁמְעוֹ כָּל־נְדָרֶיהָ וֶאֱסָרֶיהָ אֲשֶׁר־אָסְרָה עַל־נַפְשָׁהּ לֹא יָקוּם וַיהוָה יִסְלַח־לָהּ כִּי־הֵנִיא אָבִיהָ אֹתָהּ

 30:5 w'im-hëniy äviyhä otäH B'yôm shäm'ô Käl-n'däreyhä weéšäreyhä ásher-äš'räh al-naf'shäH lo yäqûm wayhwäh yiš'lach-läH Kiy-hëniy äviyhä otäH

 30:5 But if x518 her father 1 disallow 5106 z8689 her in the day 3117 that he heareth; 8085 z8800 not x3808 any x3605 of her vows, 5088 or of her bonds 632 wherewith x834 she hath bound 631 z8804 x5921 her soul, 5315 shall stand: 6965 z8799 and Yähwè יָהוֶה 3068 shall forgive 5545 z8799 her, because x3588 her father 1 disallowed 5106 z8689 her.

וְאִם־הָיוֹ תִהְיֶה לְאִישׁ וּנְדָרֶיהָ עָלֶיהָ אוֹ מִבְטָא שְׂפָתֶיהָ אֲשֶׁר אָסְרָה עַל־נַפְשָׁהּ

 30:6 w'im-häyô tih'yeh l'iysh ûn'däreyhä äleyhä ô miv'ţä s'fäteyhä ásher äš'räh al-naf'shäH

 30:6 And if x518 she had at all 1961 an husband, 376 when she vowed, 5088 x5921 or x176 uttered 4008 ought out of her lips, 8193 wherewith x834 she bound 631 z8804 x5921 her soul; 5315

וְשָׁמַע אִישָׁהּ בְּיוֹם שָׁמְעוֹ וְהֶחֱרִישׁ לָהּ וְקָמוּ נְדָרֶיהָ וֶאֱסָרֶהָ אֲשֶׁר־אָסְרָה עַל־נַפְשָׁהּ יָקֻמוּ

 30:7 w'shäma iyshäH B'yôm shäm'ô w'hechériysh läH w'qämû n'däreyhä weéšärehä ásher-äš'räh al-naf'shäH yäqumû

 30:7 And her husband 376 heard 8085 z8804 [it], and held his peace 2790 z8689 at her in the day 3117 that he heard 8085 z8800 [it]: then her vows 5088 shall stand, 6965 z8804 and her bonds 632 wherewith x834 she bound 631 z8804 x5921 her soul 5315 shall stand. 6965 z8799

וְאִם בְּיוֹם שְׁמֹעַ אִישָׁהּ יָנִיא אוֹתָהּ וְהֵפֵר אֶת־נִדְרָהּ אֲשֶׁר עָלֶיהָ וְאֵת מִבְטָא שְׂפָתֶיהָ אֲשֶׁר אָסְרָה עַל־נַפְשָׁהּ וַיהוָה יִסְלַח־לָהּ

 30:8 w'im B'yôm sh'moª iyshäH yäniy ôtäH w'hëfër et-nid'räH ásher äleyhä w'ët miv'ţä s'fäteyhä ásher äš'räh al-naf'shäH wayhwäh yiš'lach-läH

 30:8 But if x518 her husband 376 disallowed 5106 z8686 her on the day 3117 that he heard 8085 z8800 [it]; then he shall make x853 her vow x5088 which she vowed, y5088 x834 x5921 and that which she uttered 4008 with her lips, 8193 wherewith x834 she bound 631 z8804 x5921 her soul, 5315 of none effect: 6565 z8689 and Yähwè יָהוֶה 3068 shall forgive 5545 z8799 her.

וְנֵדֶר אַלְמָנָה וּגְרוּשָׁה כֹּל אֲשֶׁר־אָסְרָה עַל־נַפְשָׁהּ יָקוּם עָלֶיהָ

 30:9 w'nëder al'mänäh ûg'rûshäh Kol ásher-äš'räh al-naf'shäH yäqûm äleyhä

 30:9 But every x3605 vow 5088 of a widow, 490 and of her that is divorced, 1644 z8803 wherewith x834 they have bound 631 z8804 x5921 their souls, 5315 shall stand 6965 z8799 against x5921 her.

וְאִם־בֵּית אִישָׁהּ נָדָרָה אוֹ־אָסְרָה אִסָּר עַל־נַפְשָׁהּ בִּשְׁבֻעָה

 30:10 w'im-Bëyt iyshäH nädäräh ô-äš'räh iŠär al-naf'shäH Bish'vuäh

 30:10 And if x518 she vowed 5087 z8804 in her husband's 376 house, 1004 or x176 bound 631 z8804 x5921 her soul 5315 by a bond 632 with an oath; 7621

וְשָׁמַע אִישָׁהּ וְהֶחֱרִשׁ לָהּ לֹא הֵנִיא אֹתָהּ וְקָמוּ כָּל־נְדָרֶיהָ וְכָל־אִסָּר אֲשֶׁר־אָסְרָה עַל־נַפְשָׁהּ יָקוּם

 30:11 w'shäma iyshäH w'hechérish läH lo hëniy otäH w'qämû Käl-n'däreyhä w'khäl-iŠär ásher-äš'räh al-naf'shäH yäqûm

 30:11 And her husband 376 heard 8085 z8804 [it], and held his peace 2790 z8689 at her, [and] disallowed 5106 z8689 her not: x3808 then all x3605 her vows 5088 shall stand, 6965 z8799 and every x3605 bond 632 wherewith x834 she bound 631 z8804 x5921 her soul 5315 shall stand. 6965 z8804

וְאִם־הָפֵר יָפֵר אֹתָם אִישָׁהּ בְּיוֹם שָׁמְעוֹ כָּל־מוֹצָא שְׂפָתֶיהָ לִנְדָרֶיהָ וּלְאִסַּר נַפְשָׁהּ לֹא יָקוּם אִישָׁהּ הֲפֵרָם וַיהוָה יִסְלַח־לָהּ

 30:12 w'im-häfër yäfër otäm iyshäH B'yôm shäm'ô Käl-môtzä s'fäteyhä lin'däreyhä ûl'iŠar naf'shäH lo yäqûm iyshäH háfëräm wayhwäh yiš'lach-läH

 30:12 But if x518 her husband 376 hath utterly y6565 z8687 made them void 6565 z8686 x853 on the day 3117 he heard 8085 z8800 [them; then] whatsoever x3605 proceeded y4161 out x4161 of her lips 8193 concerning her vows, 5088 or concerning the bond 632 of her soul, 5315 shall not x3808 stand: 6965 z8799 her husband 376 hath made them void; 6565 z8689 and Yähwè יָהוֶה 3068 shall forgive 5545 z8799 her.

כָּל־נֵדֶר וְכָל־שְׁבֻעַת אִסָּר לְעַנֹּת נָפֶשׁ אִישָׁהּ יְקִימֶנּוּ וְאִישָׁהּ יְפֵרֶנּוּ

 30:13 Käl-nëder w'khäl-sh'vuat iŠär l'aNot näfesh iyshäH y'qiymeNû w'iyshäH y'fëreNû

 30:13 Every x3605 vow, 5088 and every x3605 binding 632 oath 7621 to afflict 6031 z8763 the soul, 5315 her husband 376 may establish 6965 z8686 it, or her husband 376 may make it void. 6565 z8686

וְאִם־הַחֲרֵשׁ יַחֲרִישׁ לָהּ אִישָׁהּ מִיּוֹם אֶל־יוֹם וְהֵקִים אֶת־כָּל־נְדָרֶיהָ אוֹ אֶת־כָּל־אֱסָרֶיהָ אֲשֶׁר עָלֶיהָ הֵקִים אֹתָם כִּי־הֶחֱרִשׁ לָהּ בְּיוֹם שָׁמְעוֹ

 30:14 w'im-hachárësh yacháriysh läH iyshäH miYôm el-yôm w'hëqiym et-Käl-n'däreyhä ô et-Käl-éšäreyhä ásher äleyhä hëqiym otäm Kiy-hechérish läH B'yôm shäm'ô

 30:14 But if x518 her husband 376 altogether y2790 z8687 hold his peace 2790 z8686 at her from day 3117 x4480 to x413 day; 3117 then he establisheth 6965 z8689 x853 all x3605 her vows, 5088 or x176 x853 all x3605 her bonds, 632 which x834 [are] upon x5921 her: he confirmeth 6965 z8689 them, because x3588 he held his peace 2790 z8689 at her in the day 3117 that he heard 8085 z8800 [them].

וְאִם־הָפֵר יָפֵר אֹתָם אַחֲרֵי שָׁמְעוֹ וְנָשָׂא אֶת־עֲוֹנָהּ

 30:15 w'im-häfër yäfër otäm achárëy shäm'ô w'näsä et-áwonäH

 30:15 But if x518 he shall any ways y6565 z8687 make them void 6565 z8686 x853 after y310 that x310 he hath heard 8085 z8800 [them]; then he shall bear 5375 z8804 x853 her iniquity. 5771

אֵלֶּה הַחֻקִּים אֲשֶׁר צִוָּה יְהוָה אֶת־מֹשֶׁה בֵּין אִישׁ לְאִשְׁתּוֹ בֵּין־אָב לְבִתּוֹ בִּנְעֻרֶיהָ בֵּית אָבִיהָ פ

 30:16 These x428 [are] the statutes, 2706 which x834 Yähwè יָהוֶה 3068 commanded 6680 z8765 x853 Möšè מֹשֶׁה, 4872 between x996 a man 376 and his wife, 802 between x996 the father 1 and his daughter, 1323 [being yet] in her youth 5271 in her father's 1 house. 1004
