וַיִּלֹּנוּ עַל־מֹשֶׁה וְעַל־אַהֲרֹן כֹּל בְּנֵי יִשְׂרָאֵל וַיֹּאמְרוּ אֲלֵהֶם כָּל־הָעֵדָה לוּ־מַתְנוּ בְּאֶרֶץ מִצְרַיִם אוֹ בַּמִּדְבָּר הַזֶּה לוּ־מָתְנוּ

וְלָמָה יְהוָה מֵבִיא אֹתָנוּ אֶל־הָאָרֶץ הַזֹּאת לִנְפֹּל בַּחֶרֶב נָשֵׁינוּ וְטַפֵּנוּ יִהְיוּ לָבַז הֲלוֹא טוֹב לָנוּ שׁוּב מִצְרָיְמָה

וַיֹּאמְרוּ אִישׁ אֶל־אָחִיו נִתְּנָה רֹאשׁ וְנָשׁוּבָה מִצְרָיְמָה

אִם־חָפֵץ בָּנוּ יְהוָה וְהֵבִיא אֹתָנוּ אֶל־הָאָרֶץ הַזֹּאת וּנְתָנָהּ לָנוּ אֶרֶץ אֲשֶׁר־הִוא זָבַת חָלָב וּדְבָשׁ

אַךְ בַּיהוָה אַל־תִּמְרֹדוּ וְאַתֶּם אַל־תִּירְאוּ אֶת־עַם הָאָרֶץ כִּי לַחְמֵנוּ הֵם סָר צִלָּם מֵעֲלֵיהֶם וַיהוָה אִתָּנוּ אַל־תִּירָאֻם

 14:11 ¶ And Yähwè יָהוֶה 3068 said 559 z8799 unto x413 Möšè מֹשֶׁה, 4872 How long x5704 x575 will this x2088 people 5971 provoke 5006 z8762 me? and how long x5704 x575 will it be ere 3808 they believe 539 z8686 me, for all x3605 the signs 226 which x834 I have shewed 6213 z8804 among 7130 them?

אַכֶּנּוּ בַדֶּבֶר וְאוֹרִשֶׁנּוּ וְאֶעֱשֶׂה אֹתְךָ לְגוֹי־גָּדוֹל וְעָצוּם מִמֶּנּוּ

 14:12 aKeNû vaDever w'ôrisheNû w'eéseh ot'khä l'gôy-Gädôl w'ätzûm miMeNû

 14:12 I will smite 5221 z8686 them with the pestilence, 1698 and disinherit 3423 z8686 them, and will make 6213 z8799 of thee a greater 1419 nation 1471 and mightier 6099 than x4480 they.

וַיֹּאמֶר מֹשֶׁה אֶל־יְהוָה וְשָׁמְעוּ מִצְרַיִם כִּי־הֶעֱלִיתָ בְכֹחֲךָ אֶת־הָעָם הַזֶּה מִקִּרְבּוֹ

וְאָמְרוּ אֶל־יוֹשֵׁב הָאָרֶץ הַזֹּאת שָׁמְעוּ כִּי־אַתָּה יְהוָה בְּקֶרֶב הָעָם הַזֶּה אֲשֶׁר־עַיִן בְּעַיִן נִרְאָה אַתָּה יְהוָה וַעֲנָנְךָ עֹמֵד עֲלֵהֶם וּבְעַמֻּד עָנָן אַתָּה הֹלֵךְ לִפְנֵיהֶם יוֹמָם וּבְעַמּוּד אֵשׁ לָיְלָה

 14:14 w'äm'rû el-yôshëv hääretz haZot shäm'û Kiy-aTäh y'hwäh B'qerev hääm haZeh ásher-ayin B'ayin nir'äh aTäh y'hwäh waánän'khä omëd álëhem ûv'aMud änän aTäh holëkh' lif'nëyhem yômäm ûv'aMûd ësh läy'läh

 14:14 And they will tell 559 z8804 [it] to x413 the inhabitants 3427 z8802 of this x2063 land: 776 [for] they have heard 8085 z8804 that x3588 thou x859 Yähwè יָהוֶה 3068 [art] among 7130 this x2088 people, 5971 that x834 thou x859 Yähwè יָהוֶה 3068 art seen 7200 z8738 face 5869 to face, 5869 and [that] thy cloud 6051 standeth 5975 z8802 over x5921 them, and [that] thou x859 goest 1980 z8802 before 6440 them, by day time 3119 in a pillar 5982 of a cloud, 6051 and in a pillar 5982 of fire 784 by night. 3915

וְהֵמַתָּה אֶת־הָעָם הַזֶּה כְּאִישׁ אֶחָד וְאָמְרוּ הַגּוֹיִם אֲשֶׁר־שָׁמְעוּ אֶת־שִׁמְעֲךָ לֵאמֹר

 14:15 ¶ Now [if] thou shalt kill 4191 z8689 [all] x853 this x2088 people 5971 as one 259 man, 376 then the nations 1471 which x834 have heard 8085 z8804 x853 the fame 8088 of thee will speak, 559 z8804 saying, 559 z8800

מִבִּלְתִּי יְכֹלֶת יְהוָה לְהָבִיא אֶת־הָעָם הַזֶּה אֶל־הָאָרֶץ אֲשֶׁר־נִשְׁבַּע לָהֶם וַיִּשְׁחָטֵם בַּמִּדְבָּר

סְלַח־נָא לַעֲוֹן הָעָם הַזֶּה כְּגֹדֶל חַסְדֶּךָ וְכַאֲשֶׁר נָשָׂאתָה לָעָם הַזֶּה מִמִּצְרַיִם וְעַד־הֵנָּה

וְאוּלָם חַי־אָנִי וְיִמָּלֵא כְבוֹד־יְהוָה אֶת־כָּל־הָאָרֶץ

 14:21 w'ûläm chay-äniy w'yiMälë kh'vôd-y'hwäh et-Käl-hääretz

וְעַבְדִּי כָלֵב עֵקֶב הָיְתָה רוּחַ אַחֶרֶת עִמּוֹ וַיְמַלֵּא אַחֲרָי וַהֲבִיאֹתִיו אֶל־הָאָרֶץ אֲשֶׁר־בָּא שָׁמָּה וְזַרְעוֹ יוֹרִשֶׁנָּה

 14:24 But my servant 5650 Cälëv כָּלֵב, 3612 because 6118 he had x1961 another 312 spirit 7307 with x5973 him, and hath followed y310 me fully, 4390 z8762 x310 him will I bring 935 z8689 into x413 the land 776 whereinto x834 x8033 he went; 935 z8804 and his seed 2233 shall possess 3423 z8686 it.

וְהָעֲמָלֵקִי וְהַכְּנַעֲנִי יוֹשֵׁב בָּעֵמֶק מָחָר פְּנוּ וּסְעוּ לָכֶם הַמִּדְבָּר דֶּרֶךְ יַם־סוּף פ

עַד־מָתַי לָעֵדָה הָרָעָה הַזֹּאת אֲשֶׁר הֵמָּה מַלִּינִים עָלָי אֶת־תְּלֻנּוֹת בְּנֵי יִשְׂרָאֵל אֲשֶׁר הֵמָּה מַלִּינִים עָלַי שָׁמָעְתִּי

וּפִגְרֵיכֶם אַתֶּם יִפְּלוּ בַּמִּדְבָּר הַזֶּה
