וַיִּשְׁבּוּ אֶת־הַנָּשִׁים אֲשֶׁר־בָּהּ מִקָּטֹן וְעַד־גָּדוֹל לֹא הֵמִיתוּ אִישׁ וַיִּנְהֲגוּ וַיֵּלְכוּ לְדַרְכָּם

 30:8 And Däwiđ דָּוִד 1732 enquired 7592 z8799 at Yähwè יָהוֶה, 3068 saying, 559 z8800 Shall I pursue 7291 z8799 after 310 this x2088 troop? 1416 shall I overtake 5381 z8686 them? And he answered 559 z8799 him, Pursue: 7291 z8798 for x3588 thou shalt surely y5381 z8687 overtake 5381 z8686 [them], and without fail y5337 z8687 recover 5337 z8686 [all].

וַיֵּלֶךְ דָּוִד הוּא וְשֵׁשׁ־מֵאוֹת אִישׁ אֲשֶׁר אִתּוֹ וַיָּבֹאוּ עַד־נַחַל הַבְּשׂוֹר וְהַנּוֹתָרִים עָמָדוּ

וַיִּתְּנוּ־לוֹ פֶלַח דְּבֵלָה וּשְׁנֵי צִמֻּקִים וַיֹּאכַל וַתָּשָׁב רוּחוֹ אֵלָיו כִּי לֹא־אָכַל לֶחֶם וְלֹא־שָׁתָה מַיִם שְׁלֹשָׁה יָמִים וּשְׁלֹשָׁה לֵילוֹת ס

 30:13 And Däwiđ דָּוִד 1732 said 559 z8799 unto him, To whom x4310 [belongest] thou? x859 and whence x335 x4480 x2088 [art] thou? x859 And he said, 559 z8799 I x595 [am] a young man 5288 of Mixrayim מִצרַיִם, 4713 servant 5650 to an `Ámälëkî עֲמָלֵקִי; 376 6003 and my ´áđôn אֲדוֹן 113 left 5800 z8799 me, because x3588 three 7969 days 3117 agone I fell sick. 2470 z8804

וַיֹּאמֶר אֵלָיו דָּוִד הֲתוֹרִדֵנִי אֶל־הַגְּדוּד הַזֶּה וַיֹּאמֶר הִשָּׁבְעָה לִּי בֵאלֹהִים אִם־תְּמִיתֵנִי וְאִם־תַּסְגִּרֵנִי בְּיַד־אֲדֹנִי וְאוֹרִדְךָ אֶל־הַגְּדוּד הַזֶּה

 30:15 And Däwiđ דָּוִד 1732 said 559 z8799 to x413 him, Canst thou bring me down 3381 z8686 to x413 this x2088 company? 1416 And he said, 559 z8799 Swear 7650 z8734 unto me by ´Élöhîm אֱלֹהִים, 430 that thou wilt neither x518 kill 4191 z8686 me, nor 518 deliver 5462 z8686 me into the hands 3027 of my ´áđôn אֲדוֹן, 113 and I will bring thee down 3381 z8686 to x413 this x2088 company. 1416

וַיֹּרִדֵהוּ וְהִנֵּה נְטֻשִׁים עַל־פְּנֵי כָל־הָאָרֶץ אֹכְלִים וְשֹׁתִים וְחֹגְגִים בְּכֹל הַשָּׁלָל הַגָּדוֹל אֲשֶׁר לָקְחוּ מֵאֶרֶץ פְּלִשְׁתִּים וּמֵאֶרֶץ יְהוּדָה

 30:17 And Däwiđ דָּוִד 1732 smote 5221 z8686 them from the twilight 5399 x4480 even unto x5704 the evening 6153 of the next day: 4283 and there escaped 4422 z8738 not x3808 a man 376 of them, save x3588 x518 four 702 hundred 3967 young 5288 men, 376 which x834 rode 7392 z8804 upon x5921 camels, 1581 and fled. 5127 z8799

וַיַּצֵּל דָּוִד אֵת כָּל־אֲשֶׁר לָקְחוּ עֲמָלֵק וְאֶת־שְׁתֵּי נָשָׁיו הִצִּיל דָּוִד

 30:18 And Däwiđ דָּוִד 1732 recovered 5337 z8686 x853 all x3605 that x834 the `Ámälëkîm עֲמָלֵקִים 6002 had carried away: 3947 z8804 and Däwiđ דָּוִד 1732 rescued 5337 z8689 his two 8147 wives. 802

וְלֹא נֶעְדַּר־לָהֶם מִן־הַקָּטֹן וְעַד־הַגָּדוֹל וְעַד־בָּנִים וּבָנוֹת וּמִשָּׁלָל וְעַד כָּל־אֲשֶׁר לָקְחוּ לָהֶם הַכֹּל הֵשִׁיב דָּוִד

וַיִּקַּח דָּוִד אֶת־כָּל־הַצֹּאן וְהַבָּקָר נָהֲגוּ לִפְנֵי הַמִּקְנֶה הַהוּא וַיֹּאמְרוּ זֶה שְׁלַל דָּוִד

 30:21 ¶ And Däwiđ דָּוִד 1732 came 935 z8799 to x413 the two hundred 3967 men, y582 x376 which x834 were so faint 6296 z8765 that they could not follow 310 y3212 z8800 x1980 Däwiđ דָּוִד, 1732 whom they had made also to abide 3427 z8686 at the brook 5158 Bæŝôr בְּשׂוֹר: 1308 and they went forth 3318 z8799 to meet 7125 z8800 Däwiđ דָּוִד, 1732 and to meet 7125 z8800 the people 5971 that x834 [were] with x854 him: and when Däwiđ דָּוִד 1732 came near 5066 z8799 to x853 the people, 5971 he saluted 7592 7965 z8799 them.

וַיֹּאמֶר דָּוִד לֹא־תַעֲשׂוּ כֵן אֶחָי אֵת אֲשֶׁר־נָתַן יְהוָה לָנוּ וַיִּשְׁמֹר אֹתָנוּ וַיִּתֵּן אֶת־הַגְּדוּד הַבָּא עָלֵינוּ בְּיָדֵנוּ

 30:23 Then said 559 z8799 Däwiđ דָּוִד, 1732 Ye shall not x3808 do x6213 so, y6213 z8799 x3651 my brethren, 251 with x854 that which x834 Yähwè יָהוֶה 3068 hath given 5414 z8804 us, who hath preserved 8104 z8799 us, and delivered 5414 z8799 x853 the company 1416 that came 935 z8802 against x5921 us into our hand. 3027

וּמִי יִשְׁמַע לָכֶם לַדָּבָר הַזֶּה כִּי כְּחֵלֶק הַיֹּרֵד בַּמִּלְחָמָה וּכְחֵלֶק הַיֹּשֵׁב עַל־הַכֵּלִים יַחְדָּו יַחֲלֹקוּ ס

וַיָּבֹא דָוִד אֶל־צִקְלַג וַיְשַׁלַּח מֵהַשָּׁלָל לְזִקְנֵי יְהוּדָה לְרֵעֵהוּ לֵאמֹר הִנֵּה לָכֶם בְּרָכָה מִשְּׁלַל אֹיְבֵי יְהוָה

 30:26 waYävo däwid el-tziq'lag way'shaLach mëhaSHäläl l'ziq'nëy y'hûdäh l'rëëhû lëmor hiNëh läkhem B'räkhäh miSH'lal oy'vëy y'hwäh

 30:26 ¶ And when Däwiđ דָּוִד 1732 came 935 z8799 to x413 Xîklaq צִיקלַג, 6860 he sent 7971 z8762 of the spoil 7998 x4480 unto the elders 2205 of Yæhûđà יְהוּדָה, 3063 [even] to his friends, 7453 saying, 559 z8800 Behold x2009 a present 1293 for you of the spoil 7998 x4480 of the enemies 341 z8802 of Yähwè יָהוֶה; 3068

לַאֲשֶׁר בְּבֵית־אֵל וְלַאֲשֶׁר בְּרָמוֹת־נֶגֶב וְלַאֲשֶׁר בְּיַתִּר

וְלַאֲשֶׁר בַּעֲרֹעֵר וְלַאֲשֶׁר בְּשִׂפְמוֹת וְלַאֲשֶׁר בְּאֶשְׁתְּמֹעַ ס

 30:28 w'laásher Baároër w'laásher B'sif'môt w'laásher B'esh'T'moª š

 30:28 And to [them] which x834 [were] in `Árö`ër עֲרֹעֵר, 6177 and to [them] which x834 [were] in Ŝifmôŧ שִׂפמוֹת, 8224 and to [them] which x834 [were] in ´Eštæmöå` אֶשׁתְּמֹעַ, 851

וְלַאֲשֶׁר בְּרָכָל וְלַאֲשֶׁר בְּעָרֵי הַיְּרַחְמְאֵלִי וְלַאֲשֶׁר בְּעָרֵי הַקֵּינִי

 30:29 w'laásher B'räkhäl w'laásher B'ärëy haY'rach'm'ëliy w'laásher B'ärëy haQëyniy

 30:29 And to [them] which x834 [were] in Räȼäl רָכָל, 7403 and to [them] which x834 [were] in the cities 5892 of the Yæraçmæ´ëlîm יְרַחמְאֵלִים, 3397 and to [them] which x834 [were] in the cities 5892 of the Kênîm קֵינִים, 7017

וְלַאֲשֶׁר בְּחָרְמָה וְלַאֲשֶׁר בְּבוֹר־עָשָׁן וְלַאֲשֶׁר בַּעֲתָךְ

 30:30 w'laásher B'chär'mäh w'laásher B'vôr-äshän w'laásher Baátäkh'

 30:30 And to [them] which x834 [were] in Çormà חָרמָה, 2767 and to [them] which x834 [were] in Bôr `Äšän בּוֹר־עָשָׁן, 3565 and to [them] which x834 [were] in `Áŧäȼ עֲתָך, 6269

וְלַאֲשֶׁר בְּחֶבְרוֹן וּלְכָל־הַמְּקֹמוֹת אֲשֶׁר־הִתְהַלֶּךְ־שָׁם דָּוִד הוּא וַאֲנָשָׁיו פ

 30:31 w'laásher B'chev'rôn ûl'khäl-haM'qomôt ásher-hit'haLekh'-shäm Däwid hû waánäshäyw f

 30:31 And to [them] which x834 [were] in Çevrôn חֶברוֹן, 2275 and to all x3605 the places 4725 where x834 x8033 Däwiđ דָּוִד 1732 himself x1931 and his men y582 x376 were wont to haunt. 1980 z8694
