Genesis 1

1 The creation of heaven and earth, 3 of the light, 6 of the firmament, 9 of the earth separated from the waters, 11 and made fruitful, 14 of the sun, moon and stars, 20 of fish and fowl, 24 of beasts and cattle, 26 of man in the image of God. 29 Also the appointment of food.

 1:1 In the beginning 7225 God 430 created 1254a the heavens 8064 and the earth 776.

 1:2 The earth 776 was formless 8414 and void 922, and darkness 2822 was over 5921 the surface 6440 of the deep 8415, and the Spirit 7307 of God 430 was moving 7363b over 5921 the surface 6440 of the waters 4325.

 1:3 Then God 430 said 559, “Let there be light 216”; and there was light 216.

 1:4 God 430 saw 7200 that the light 216 was good 2896a; and God 430 separated 914 the light 216 from the darkness 2822.

 1:5 God 430 called 7121 the light 216 day 3117, and the darkness 2822 He called 7121 night 3915. And there was evening 6153 and there was morning 1242, one 259 day 3117.

 1:6 ¶ Then God 430 said 559, “Let there be an expanse 7549 in the midst 8432 of the waters 4325, and let it separate 914 the waters 4325 from the waters 4325.”

 1:7 God 430 made 6213a the expanse 7549, and separated 914 the waters 4325 which 834 were below 4480 8478 the expanse 7549 from the waters 4325 which 834 were above 4480 5921 the expanse 7549; and it was so 3651.

 1:8 God 430 called 7121 the expanse 7549 heaven 8064. And there was evening 6153 and there was morning 1242, a second 8145 day 3117.

 1:9 ¶ Then God 430 said 559, “Let the waters 4325 below 4480 8478 the heavens 8064 be gathered 6960b into one 259 place 4725, and let the dry 3004 land 3004 appear 7200”; and it was so 3651.

 1:10 God 430 called 7121 the dry 3004 land 3004 earth 776, and the gathering 4723b of the waters 4325 He called 7121 seas 3220; and God 430 saw 7200 that it was good 2896a.

 1:11 Then God 430 said 559, “Let the earth 776 sprout 1876 vegetation 1877, plants 6212a yielding 2232 seed 2233, [and] fruit 6529 trees 6086 on the earth 776 bearing 6213a fruit 6529 after their kind 4327 with seed 2233 in them”; and it was so 3651.

 1:12 The earth 776 brought 3318 forth 3318 vegetation 1877, plants 6212a yielding 2232 seed 2233 after their kind 4327, and trees 6086 bearing 6213a fruit 6529 with seed 2233 in them, after their kind 4327; and God 430 saw 7200 that it was good 2896a.

 1:13 There was evening 6153 and there was morning 1242, a third 7992 day 3117.

 1:14 ¶ Then God 430 said 559, “Let there be lights 3974 in the expanse 7549 of the heavens 8064 to separate 914 the day 3117 from the night 3915, and let them be for signs 226 and for seasons 4150 and for days 3117 and years 8141;

 1:15 and let them be for lights 3974 in the expanse 7549 of the heavens 8064 to give 215 light 215 on the earth 776”; and it was so 3651.

 1:16 God 430 made 6213a the two 8147 great 1419 lights 3974, the greater 1419 light 3974 to govern 4475 the day 3117, and the lesser 6996b light 3974 to govern 4475 the night 3915; [He made] the stars 3556 also.

 1:17 God 430 placed 5414 them in the expanse 7549 of the heavens 8064 to give 215 light 215 on the earth 776,

 1:18 and to govern 4910 the day 3117 and the night 3915, and to separate 914 the light 216 from the darkness 2822; and God 430 saw 7200 that it was good 2896a.

 1:19 There was evening 6153 and there was morning 1242, a fourth 7243 day 3117.

 1:20 ¶ Then God 430 said 559, “Let the waters 4325 teem 8317 with swarms 8318 of living 2416a creatures 5315, and let birds 5775 fly 5774a above 5921 the earth 776 in the open 6440 expanse 7549 of the heavens 8064.”

 1:21 God 430 created 1254a the great 1419 sea 8577 monsters 8577 and every 3605 living 2416a creature 5315 that moves 7430, with which 834 the waters 4325 swarmed 8317 after their kind 4327, and every 3605 winged 3671 bird 5775 after its kind 4327; and God 430 saw 7200 that it was good 2896a.

 1:22 God 430 blessed 1288 them, saying 559, “Be fruitful 6509 and multiply 7235a, and fill 4390 the waters 4325 in the seas 3220, and let birds 5775 multiply 7235a on the earth 776.”

 1:23 There was evening 6153 and there was morning 1242, a fifth 2549 day 3117.

 1:24 ¶ Then God 430 said 559, “Let the earth 776 bring 3318 forth 3318 living 2416a creatures 5315 after their kind 4327: cattle 929 and creeping 7431 things 7431 and beasts 2421b of the earth 776 after their kind 4327”; and it was so 3651.

 1:25 God 430 made 6213a the beasts 2421b of the earth 776 after their kind 4327, and the cattle 929 after their kind 4327, and everything 3605 that creeps 7431 on the ground 127 after its kind 4327; and God 430 saw 7200 that it was good 2896a.

 1:26 ¶ Then God 430 said 559, “Let Us make 6213a man 120 in Our image 6754, according to Our likeness 1823; and let them rule 7287a over the fish 1710 of the sea 3220 and over the birds 5775 of the sky 8064 and over the cattle 929 and over all 3605 the earth 776, and over every 3605 creeping 7431 thing 7431 that creeps 7430 on the earth 776.”

 1:27 God 430 created 1254a man 120 in His own image 6754, in the image 6754 of God 430 He created 1254a him; male 2145 and female 5347 He created 1254a them.

 1:28 God 430 blessed 1288 them; and God 430 said 559 to them, “Be fruitful 6509 and multiply 7235a, and fill 4390 the earth 776, and subdue 3533 it; and rule 7287a over the fish 1710 of the sea 3220 and over the birds 5775 of the sky 8064 and over every 3605 living 2416a thing 2416a that moves 7430 on the earth 776.”

 1:29 Then God 430 said 559, “Behold 2009, I have given 5414 you every 3605 plant 6212a yielding 2232 seed 2233 that is on the surface 6440 of all 3605 the earth 776, and every 3605 tree 6086 which 834 has fruit 6529 yielding 2232 seed 2233; it shall be food 402 for you;

 1:30 and to every 3605 beast 2421b of the earth 776 and to every 3605 bird 5775 of the sky 8064 and to every 3605 thing 3605 that moves 7430 on the earth 776 which 834 has life 5315 2421b, [I have given] every 3605 green 3418 plant 6212a for food 402”; and it was so 3651.

 1:31 God 430 saw 7200 all 3605 that He had made 6213a, and behold 2009, it was very 3966 good 2896a. And there was evening 6153 and there was morning 1242, the sixth 8345 day 3117.
