Genesis 14

1 The battle of four kings against five. 11 Lot is taken prisoner. 14 Abram rescueth him. 18 Melchizedek blesseth Abram. 20 Abram giveth him tithe. 22 The rest of the spoil, his partners having had their portions, he restoreth to the king of Sodom.

 14:1 And it came 1961 about in the days 3117 of Amraphel 569 king 4428 of Shinar 8152, Arioch 746a king 4428 of Ellasar 495, Chedorlaomer 3540 king 4428 of Elam 5867a, and Tidal 8413 king 4428 of Goiim 1472b,

 14:2 [that] they made 6213a war 4421 with Bera 1298 king 4428 of Sodom 5467, and with Birsha 1306 king 4428 of Gomorrah 6017, Shinab 8134 king 4428 of Admah 126, and Shemeber 8038 king 4428 of Zeboiim 6636, and the king 4428 of Bela 1106b (that is, Zoar 6820).

 14:3 All 3605 these 428 came 2266 as allies 2266 to the valley 6010 of Siddim 7708 (that is, the Salt 4417 Sea 3220).

 14:9 against 854 Chedorlaomer 3540 king 4428 of Elam 5867a and Tidal 8413 king 4428 of Goiim 1472b and Amraphel 569 king 4428 of Shinar 8152 and Arioch 746a king 4428 of Ellasar 495—four 702 kings 4428 against 854 five 2568.

 14:10 Now the valley 6010 of Siddim 7708 was full of tar 2564 pits 875; and the kings 4428 of Sodom 5467 and Gomorrah 6017 fled 5127, and they fell 5307 into them. But those who survived 7604 fled 5127 to the hill 2022 country 2022.

 14:11 Then they took 3947 all 3605 the goods 7399 of Sodom 5467 and Gomorrah 6017 and all 3605 their food 400 supply 400, and departed 1980.

 14:20 And blessed 1288 be God 430 Most 5945b High 5945b, Who 834 has delivered 4042 your enemies 6862c into your hand 3027.” He gave 5414 him a tenth 4643 of all 3605.

 14:21 The king 4428 of Sodom 5467 said 559 to Abram 87, “Give 5414 the people 5315 to me and take 3947 the goods 7399 for yourself.”

 14:22 Abram 87 said 559 to the king 4428 of Sodom 5467, “I have sworn 7311 3027 to the LORD 3068 God 430 Most 5945b High 5945b, possessor 7069 of heaven 8064 and earth 776,

 14:23 that I will not take 3947 a thread 2339 or a sandal 5275 thong 8288 or anything 3605 that is yours, for fear you would say 559, ‘I have made 6238 Abram 87 rich 6238.’

 14:24 “I will take nothing 1107 except 1107 what 834 the young 5288 men 5288 have eaten 398, and the share 2506 of the men 376 who 834 went 1980 with me, Aner 6063, Eshcol 812, and Mamre 4471; let them take 3947 their share 2506.”
