Revelation 22

1 The river of the water of life. 2 The tree of life. 5 The light of the city of God is himself. 9 The angel will not be worshipped. 18 Nothing may be added to the Word of God, nor taken therefrom.

22:1 Then 2532 he showed 1166 me a river 4215 of the water 5204 of life 2222, clear 2986 as crystal 2930, coming 1607 from the throne 2362 of God 2316 and of the Lamb 721b,

22:2 in the middle 3319 of its street 4116. On either 1782 side 1782 of the river 4215 was the tree 3586 of life 2222, bearing 4160 twelve 1427 [kinds of] fruit 2590, yielding 591 its fruit 2590 every 2596 1538 month 3376; and the leaves 5444 of the tree 3586 were for the healing 2322 of the nations 1484.

22:3 There will no 3756 longer 2089 be any 3956 curse 2616b; and the throne 2362 of God 2316 and of the Lamb 721b will be in it, and His bond-servants 1401 will serve 3000 Him;

22:4 they will see 3708 His face 4383, and His name 3686 [will be] on their foreheads 3359.

22:5 And there will no 3756 longer 2089 be [any] night 3571; and they will not have 2192 need 5532 of the light 5457 of a lamp 3088 nor 2532 the light 5457 of the sun 2246, because 3754 the Lord 2962 God 2316 will illumine 5461 them; and they will reign 936 forever 165 and ever 165.

22:6 ¶ And he said 3004 to me, “These 3778 words 3056 are faithful 4103 and true 228”; and the Lord 2962, the God 2316 of the spirits 4151 of the prophets 4396, sent 649 His angel 32a to show 1166 to His bond-servants 1401 the things which 3739 must 1163 soon 5034 take 1096 place 1096.

22:7 ¶ “And behold 2400, I am coming 2064 quickly 5035. Blessed 3107 is he who heeds 5083 the words 3056 of the prophecy 4394 of this 3778 book 975.”

22:8 ¶ I, John 2491, am the one who heard 191 and saw 991 these 3778 things 3778. And when 3753 I heard 191 and saw 991, I fell 4098 down 4098 to worship 4352 at the feet 4228 of the angel 32a who showed 1166 me these 3778 things 3778.

22:9 But he *said 3004 to me, “Do not do 3708 that. I am 1510 a fellow 4889 servant 4889 of yours 4771 and of your brethren 80 the prophets 4396 and of those 3588 who heed 5083 the words 3056 of this 3778 book 975. Worship 4352 God 2316.”

22:10 ¶ And he *said 3004 to me, “Do not seal 4972 up the words 3056 of the prophecy 4394 of this 3778 book 975, for the time 2540 is near 1451.

22:11 “Let the one who does 91 wrong 91, still 2089 do 91 wrong 91; and the one who 4508 is filthy 4508, still 2089 be filthy 4507a; and let the one who 3588 is righteous 1342, still 2089 practice 4160 righteousness 1343; and the one who 40 is holy 40, still 2089 keep 37 himself holy 37.”

22:12 ¶ “Behold 2400, I am coming 2064 quickly 5035, and My reward 3408 [is] with Me, to render 591 to every 1538 man 1538 according 5613 to what 2041 he has 2041 done 2041 1510.

22:13 “I am the Alpha 256a and the Omega 5598, the first 4413 and the last 2078, the beginning 746 and the end 5056.”

22:14 ¶ Blessed 3107 are those 3588 who wash 4150 their robes 4749, so 2443 that they may have the right 1849 to the tree 3586 of life 2222, and may enter 1525 by the gates 4440 into the city 4172.

22:15 Outside 1854 are the dogs 2965 and the sorcerers 5333 and the immoral 4205 persons 4205 and the murderers 5406 and the idolaters 1496, and everyone 3956 who loves 5368 and practices 4160 lying 5579.

22:16 ¶ “I, Jesus 2424, have sent 3992 My angel 32a to testify 3140 to you these 3778 things 3778 for the churches 1577. I am 1510 the root 4491 and the descendant 1085 of David 1160b, the bright 2986 morning 4407 star 792.”

22:17 ¶ The Spirit 4151 and the bride 3565 say 3004, “Come 2064.” And let the one who hears 191 say 3004, “Come 2064.” And let the one who is thirsty 1372 come 2064; let the one who wishes 2309 take 2983 the water 5204 of life 2222 without 1431 cost 1431.

22:18 ¶ I testify 3140 to everyone 3956 who hears 191 the words 3056 of the prophecy 4394 of this 3778 book 975: if 1437 anyone 5100 adds 2007 to them, God 2316 will add 2007 to him the plagues 4127 which are written 1125 in this 3778 book 975;

22:19 and if 1437 anyone 5100 takes 851 away 851 from the words 3056 of the book 975 of this 3778 prophecy 4394, God 2316 will take 851 away 851 his part 3313 from the tree 3586 of life 2222 and from the holy 40 city 4172, which are written 1125 in this 3778 book 975.

22:20 ¶ He who testifies 3140 to these 3778 things 3778 says 3004, “Yes 3483a, I am coming 2064 quickly 5035.” Amen 281. Come 2064, Lord 2962 Jesus 2424.
