 24:1 ¶ Now [these are] the divisions 4256 of the sons 1121 of ´Ahárön אַהֲרֹן. 175 The sons 1121 of ´Ahárön אַהֲרֹן; 175 Näđäv נָדָב, 5070 and ´Ávîhû´ אֲבִיהוּא, 30 ´El`äzär אֶלעָזָר, 499 and ´Îŧämär אִיתָמָר. 385

וַיָּמָת נָדָב וַאֲבִיהוּא לִפְנֵי אֲבִיהֶם וּבָנִים לֹא־הָיוּ לָהֶם וַיְכַהֲנוּ אֶלְעָזָר וְאִיתָמָר

 24:2 waYämät nädäv waáviyhû lif'nëy áviyhem ûväniym lo-häyû lähem way'khahánû el'äzär w'iytämär

 24:2 But Näđäv נָדָב 5070 and ´Ávîhû´ אֲבִיהוּא 30 died 4191 z8799 before 6440 their father, 1 and had x1961 no x3808 children: 1121 therefore ´El`äzär אֶלעָזָר 499 and ´Îŧämär אִיתָמָר 385 executed the priest's office. 3547 z8762

וַיֶּחָלְקֵם דָּוִיד וְצָדוֹק מִן־בְּנֵי אֶלְעָזָר וַאֲחִימֶלֶךְ מִן־בְּנֵי אִיתָמָר לִפְקֻדָּתָם בַּעֲבֹדָתָם

 24:3 And Däwiđ דָּוִד 1732 distributed 2505 z8735 them, both Xäđôk צָדוֹק 6659 of x4480 the sons 1121 of ´El`äzär אֶלעָזָר, 499 and ´Áçîmeleȼ אֲחִימֶלֶך 288 of x4480 the sons 1121 of ´Îŧämär אִיתָמָר, 385 according to their offices 6486 in their service. 5656

וַיִּמָּצְאוּ בְנֵי־אֶלְעָזָר רַבִּים לְרָאשֵׁי הַגְּבָרִים מִן־בְּנֵי אִיתָמָר וַיַּחְלְקוּם לִבְנֵי אֶלְעָזָר רָאשִׁים לְבֵית־אָבוֹת שִׁשָּׁה עָשָׂר וְלִבְנֵי אִיתָמָר לְבֵית אֲבוֹתָם שְׁמוֹנָה

 24:4 And there were more 7227 chief 7218 men 1397 found 4672 z8735 of the sons 1121 of ´El`äzär אֶלעָזָר 499 than x4480 of the sons 1121 of ´Îŧämär אִיתָמָר; 385 and [thus] were they divided. 2505 z8799 Among the sons 1121 of ´El`äzär אֶלעָזָר 499 [there were] sixteen 8337 6240 chief men 7218 of the house 1004 of [their] fathers, 1 and eight 8083 among the sons 1121 of ´Îŧämär אִיתָמָר 385 according to the house 1004 of their fathers. 1
