 18:11 ¶ Them also x1571 king 4428 Däwiđ דָּוִד 1732 dedicated 6942 z8689 unto Yähwè יָהוֶה, 3068 with x5973 the silver 3701 and the gold 2091 that x834 he brought 5375 z8804 from all x4480 x3605 [these] nations; 1471 from ´Éđôm אֱדוֹם, 123 x4480 and from Mô´äv מוֹאָב, 4124 x4480 and from the children 1121 x4480 of `Ammôn עַמּוֹן, 5983 and from the Pælištîm פְּלִשׁתִּים, 6430 x4480 and from `Ámälëk עֲמָלֵק. 6002 x4480

וְאַבְשַׁי בֶּן־צְרוּיָה הִכָּה אֶת־אֱדוֹם בְּגֵיא הַמֶּלַח שְׁמוֹנָה עָשָׂר אָלֶף

 18:12 Moreover ´Ávîšay אֲבִישַׁי 52 the son 1121 of Xærûyà צְרוּיָה 6870 slew 5221 z8689 x853 of the ´Áđômîm אֲדוֹמִים 123 in the valley 1516 of salt 4417 eighteen 8083 6240 thousand. 505

וַיָּשֶׂם בֶּאֱדוֹם נְצִיבִים וַיִּהְיוּ כָל־אֱדוֹם עֲבָדִים לְדָוִיד וַיּוֹשַׁע יְהוָה אֶת־דָּוִיד בְּכֹל אֲשֶׁר הָלָךְ

 18:13 ¶ And he put 7760 z8799 garrisons 5333 in ´Éđôm אֱדוֹם; 123 and all x3605 the ´Áđômîm אֲדוֹמִים 123 became x1961 Däwiđ's דָּוִד 1732 servants. 5650 Thus Yähwè יָהוֶה 3068 preserved 3467 z8686 x853 Däwiđ דָּוִד 1732 whithersoever x3605 x834 he went. 1980 z8804

וַיִּמְלֹךְ דָּוִיד עַל־כָּל־יִשְׂרָאֵל וַיְהִי עֹשֶׂה מִשְׁפָּט וּצְדָקָה לְכָל־עַמּוֹ

וְיוֹאָב בֶּן־צְרוּיָה עַל־הַצָּבָא וִיהוֹשָׁפָט בֶּן־אֲחִילוּד מַזְכִּיר
