וַיֹּאמֶר יְהוָה אֶל־מֹשֶׁה דַּבֵּר אֶל־אַהֲרֹן אָחִיךָ וְאַל־יָבֹא בְכָל־עֵת אֶל־הַקֹּדֶשׁ מִבֵּית לַפָּרֹכֶת אֶל־פְּנֵי הַכַּפֹּרֶת אֲשֶׁר עַל־הָאָרֹן וְלֹא יָמוּת כִּי בֶּעָנָן אֵרָאֶה עַל־הַכַּפֹּרֶת

וְלָקַח אֶת־שְׁנֵי הַשְּׂעִירִם וְהֶעֱמִיד אֹתָם לִפְנֵי יְהוָה פֶּתַח אֹהֶל מוֹעֵד

וְהִקְרִיב אַהֲרֹן אֶת־הַשָּׂעִיר אֲשֶׁר עָלָה עָלָיו הַגּוֹרָל לַיהוָה וְעָשָׂהוּ חַטָּאת

וְהַשָּׂעִיר אֲשֶׁר עָלָה עָלָיו הַגּוֹרָל לַעֲזָאזֵל יָעֳמַד־חַי לִפְנֵי יְהוָה לְכַפֵּר עָלָיו לְשַׁלַּח אֹתוֹ לַעֲזָאזֵל הַמִּדְבָּרָה

וְלָקַח מְלֹא־הַמַּחְתָּה גַּחֲלֵי־אֵשׁ מֵעַל הַמִּזְבֵּחַ מִלִּפְנֵי יְהוָה וּמְלֹא חָפְנָיו קְטֹרֶת סַמִּים דַּקָּה וְהֵבִיא מִבֵּית לַפָּרֹכֶת

וְנָתַן אֶת־הַקְּטֹרֶת עַל־הָאֵשׁ לִפְנֵי יְהוָה וְכִסָּה עֲנַן הַקְּטֹרֶת אֶת־הַכַּפֹּרֶת אֲשֶׁר עַל־הָעֵדוּת וְלֹא יָמוּת

וְלָקַח מִדַּם הַפָּר וְהִזָּה בְאֶצְבָּעוֹ עַל־פְּנֵי הַכַּפֹּרֶת קֵדְמָה וְלִפְנֵי הַכַּפֹּרֶת יַזֶּה שֶׁבַע־פְּעָמִים מִן־הַדָּם בְּאֶצְבָּעוֹ

 16:14 And he shall take 3947 z8804 of the blood 1818 x4480 of the bullock, 6499 and sprinkle 5137 z8689 [it] with his finger 676 upon x5921 x6440 the mercy seat 3727 eastward; 6924 and before 6440 the mercy seat 3727 shall he sprinkle 5137 z8686 of x4480 the blood 1818 with his finger 676 seven 7651 times. 6471

וְשָׁחַט אֶת־שְׂעִיר הַחַטָּאת אֲשֶׁר לָעָם וְהֵבִיא אֶת־דָּמוֹ אֶל־מִבֵּית לַפָּרֹכֶת וְעָשָׂה אֶת־דָּמוֹ כַּאֲשֶׁר עָשָׂה לְדַם הַפָּר וְהִזָּה אֹתוֹ עַל־הַכַּפֹּרֶת וְלִפְנֵי הַכַּפֹּרֶת

 16:15 w'shächaţ et-s'iyr hachaŢät ásher lääm w'hëviy et-Dämô el-miBëyt laPärokhet w'äsäh et-Dämô Kaásher äsäh l'dam haPär w'hiZäh otô al-haKaPoret w'lif'nëy haKaPoret

 16:15 ¶ Then shall he kill 7819 z8804 x853 the goat 8163 of the sin offering, 2403 that x834 [is] for the people, 5971 and bring 935 z8689 x853 his blood 1818 within 1004 x413 x4480 the vail, 6532 and do 6213 z8804 with x854 that blood 1818 as x834 he did 6213 z8804 with the blood 1818 of the bullock, 6499 and sprinkle 5137 z8689 it upon x5921 the mercy seat, 3727 and before 6440 the mercy seat: 3727

וְכִפֶּר עַל־הַקֹּדֶשׁ מִטֻּמְאֹת בְּנֵי יִשְׂרָאֵל וּמִפִּשְׁעֵיהֶם לְכָל־חַטֹּאתָם וְכֵן יַעֲשֶׂה לְאֹהֶל מוֹעֵד הַשֹּׁכֵן אִתָּם בְּתוֹךְ טֻמְאֹתָם

 16:16 w'khiPer al-haQodesh miŢum'ot B'nëy yis'räël ûmiPish'ëyhem l'khäl-chaŢotäm w'khën yaáseh l'ohel môëd haSHokhën iTäm B'tôkh' ţum'otäm

 16:16 And he shall make an atonement 3722 z8765 for x5921 the holy 6944 [place], because of the uncleanness 2932 x4480 of the children 1121 of Yiŝrä´ël יִשׂרָאֵל, 3478 and because of their transgressions 6588 x4480 in all x3605 their sins: 2403 and so x3651 shall he do 6213 z8799 for the tabernacle 168 of the congregation, 4150 that remaineth 7931 z8802 among x854 them in the midst 8432 of their uncleanness. 2932

וְכָל־אָדָם לֹא־יִהְיֶה בְּאֹהֶל מוֹעֵד בְּבֹאוֹ לְכַפֵּר בַּקֹּדֶשׁ עַד־צֵאתוֹ וְכִפֶּר בַּעֲדוֹ וּבְעַד בֵּיתוֹ וּבְעַד כָּל־קְהַל יִשְׂרָאֵל

 16:17 w'khäl-ädäm lo-yih'yeh B'ohel môëd B'voô l'khaPër BaQodesh ad-tzëtô w'khiPer Baádô ûv'ad Bëytô ûv'ad Käl-q'hal yis'räël

 16:17 And there shall be x1961 no x3808 x3605 man 120 in the tabernacle 168 of the congregation 4150 when he goeth y935 z8800 in x935 to make an atonement 3722 z8763 in the holy 6944 [place], until x5704 he come out, 3318 z8800 and have made an atonement 3722 z8765 for x1157 himself, and for x1157 his household, 1004 and for x1157 all x3605 the congregation 6951 of Yiŝrä´ël יִשׂרָאֵל. 3478

וְיָצָא אֶל־הַמִּזְבֵּחַ אֲשֶׁר לִפְנֵי־יְהוָה וְכִפֶּר עָלָיו וְלָקַח מִדַּם הַפָּר וּמִדַּם הַשָּׂעִיר וְנָתַן עַל־קַרְנוֹת הַמִּזְבֵּחַ סָבִיב

 16:18 w'yätzä el-haMiz'Bëªch ásher lif'nëy-y'hwäh w'khiPer äläyw w'läqach miDam haPär ûmiDam haSäiyr w'nätan al-qar'nôt haMiz'Bëªch šäviyv

 16:18 And he shall go out 3318 z8804 unto x413 the altar 4196 that x834 [is] before 6440 Yähwè יָהוֶה, 3068 and make an atonement 3722 z8765 for x5921 it; and shall take 3947 z8804 of the blood 1818 x4480 of the bullock, 6499 and of the blood 1818 x4480 of the goat, 8163 and put 5414 z8804 [it] upon x5921 the horns 7161 of the altar 4196 round about. 5439

וְהִזָּה עָלָיו מִן־הַדָּם בְּאֶצְבָּעוֹ שֶׁבַע פְּעָמִים וְטִהֲרוֹ וְקִדְּשׁוֹ מִטֻּמְאֹת בְּנֵי יִשְׂרָאֵל

 16:19 w'hiZäh äläyw min-haDäm B'etz'Bäô sheva P'ämiym w'ţihárô w'qiD'shô miŢum'ot B'nëy yis'räël

 16:19 And he shall sprinkle 5137 z8689 of x4480 the blood 1818 upon x5921 it with his finger 676 seven 7651 times, 6471 and cleanse 2891 z8765 it, and hallow 6942 z8765 it from the uncleanness 2932 x4480 of the children 1121 of Yiŝrä´ël יִשׂרָאֵל. 3478

וְכִלָּה מִכַּפֵּר אֶת־הַקֹּדֶשׁ וְאֶת־אֹהֶל מוֹעֵד וְאֶת־הַמִּזְבֵּחַ וְהִקְרִיב אֶת־הַשָּׂעִיר הֶחָי

 16:20 ¶ And when he hath made an end 3615 z8765 of reconciling 3722 z8763 x4480 x853 the holy 6944 [place], and the tabernacle 168 of the congregation, 4150 and the altar, 4196 he shall bring 7126 z8689 x853 the live 2416 goat: 8163

וְסָמַךְ אַהֲרֹן אֶת־שְׁתֵּי *יָדוֹ [יָדָיו] עַל רֹאשׁ הַשָּׂעִיר הַחַי וְהִתְוַדָּה עָלָיו אֶת־כָּל־עֲוֹנֹת בְּנֵי יִשְׂרָאֵל וְאֶת־כָּל־פִּשְׁעֵיהֶם לְכָל־חַטֹּאתָם וְנָתַן אֹתָם עַל־רֹאשׁ הַשָּׂעִיר וְשִׁלַּח בְּיַד־אִישׁ עִתִּי הַמִּדְבָּרָה

 16:21 w'šämakh' aháron et-sh'Tëy *yädô [yädäyw] al rosh haSäiyr hachay w'hit'waDäh äläyw et-Käl-áwonot B'nëy yis'räël w'et-Käl-Pish'ëyhem l'khäl-chaŢotäm w'nätan otäm al-rosh haSäiyr w'shiLach B'yad-iysh iTiy haMid'Bäräh

 16:21 And ´Ahárön אַהֲרֹן 175 shall lay 5564 z8804 x853 both 8147 his hands 3027 upon x5921 the head 7218 of the live 2416 goat, 8163 and confess 3034 z8694 over x5921 him x853 all x3605 the iniquities 5771 of the children 1121 of Yiŝrä´ël יִשׂרָאֵל, 3478 and all x3605 their transgressions 6588 in all x3605 their sins, 2403 putting 5414 z8804 them upon x5921 the head 7218 of the goat, 8163 and shall send [him] away 7971 z8765 by the hand 3027 of a fit 6261 man 376 into the wilderness: 4057

וְנָשָׂא הַשָּׂעִיר עָלָיו אֶת־כָּל־עֲוֹנֹתָם אֶל־אֶרֶץ גְּזֵרָה וְשִׁלַּח אֶת־הַשָּׂעִיר בַּמִּדְבָּר

וּבָא אַהֲרֹן אֶל־אֹהֶל מוֹעֵד וּפָשַׁט אֶת־בִּגְדֵי הַבָּד אֲשֶׁר לָבַשׁ בְּבֹאוֹ אֶל־הַקֹּדֶשׁ וְהִנִּיחָם שָׁם

וְרָחַץ אֶת־בְּשָׂרוֹ בַמַּיִם בְּמָקוֹם קָדוֹשׁ וְלָבַשׁ אֶת־בְּגָדָיו וְיָצָא וְעָשָׂה אֶת־עֹלָתוֹ וְאֶת־עֹלַת הָעָם וְכִפֶּר בַּעֲדוֹ וּבְעַד הָעָם

 16:24 And he shall wash 7364 z8804 x853 his flesh 1320 with water 4325 in the holy 6918 place, 4725 and put on 3847 z8804 x853 his garments, 899 and come forth, 3318 z8804 and offer 6213 z8804 x853 his burnt offering, 5930 and the burnt offering 5930 of the people, 5971 and make an atonement 3722 z8765 for x1157 himself, and for x1157 the people. 5971

וְאֵת חֵלֶב הַחַטָּאת יַקְטִיר הַמִּזְבֵּחָה

 16:25 w'ët chëlev hachaŢät yaq'ţiyr haMiz'Bëchäh

 16:25 And the fat 2459 of the sin offering 2403 shall he burn 6999 z8686 upon the altar. 4196

וְהַמְשַׁלֵּחַ אֶת־הַשָּׂעִיר לַעֲזָאזֵל יְכַבֵּס בְּגָדָיו וְרָחַץ אֶת־בְּשָׂרוֹ בַּמָּיִם וְאַחֲרֵי־כֵן יָבוֹא אֶל־הַמַּחֲנֶה

וְאֵת פַּר הַחַטָּאת וְאֵת שְׂעִיר הַחַטָּאת אֲשֶׁר הוּבָא אֶת־דָּמָם לְכַפֵּר בַּקֹּדֶשׁ יוֹצִיא אֶל־מִחוּץ לַמַּחֲנֶה וְשָׂרְפוּ בָאֵשׁ אֶת־עֹרֹתָם וְאֶת־בְּשָׂרָם וְאֶת־פִּרְשָׁם

 16:27 And the bullock 6499 [for] the sin offering, 2403 and the goat 8163 [for] the sin offering, 2403 x853 whose x834 blood 1818 was brought in 935 z8717 to make atonement 3722 z8763 in the holy 6944 [place], shall [one] carry forth 3318 z8686 without 2351 x413 x4480 the camp; 4264 and they shall burn 8313 z8804 in the fire 784 x853 their skins, 5785 and their flesh, 1320 and their dung. 6569

וְהַשֹּׂרֵף אֹתָם יְכַבֵּס בְּגָדָיו וְרָחַץ אֶת־בְּשָׂרוֹ בַּמָּיִם וְאַחֲרֵי־כֵן יָבוֹא אֶל־הַמַּחֲנֶה

וְהָיְתָה לָכֶם לְחֻקַּת עוֹלָם בַּחֹדֶשׁ הַשְּׁבִיעִי בֶּעָשׂוֹר לַחֹדֶשׁ תְּעַנּוּ אֶת־נַפְשֹׁתֵיכֶם וְכָל־מְלָאכָה לֹא תַעֲשׂוּ הָאֶזְרָח וְהַגֵּר הַגָּר בְּתוֹכְכֶם

 16:29 ¶ And [this] shall be x1961 a statute 2708 for ever 5769 unto you: [that] in the seventh 7637 month, 2320 on the tenth 6218 [day] of the month, 2320 ye shall afflict 6031 z8762 x853 your souls, 5315 and do 6213 z8799 no x3808 work 4399 at all, x3605 [whether it be] one of your own country, 249 or a stranger 1616 that sojourneth 1481 z8802 among 8432 you:

כִּי־בַיּוֹם הַזֶּה יְכַפֵּר עֲלֵיכֶם לְטַהֵר אֶתְכֶם מִכֹּל חַטֹּאתֵיכֶם לִפְנֵי יְהוָה תִּטְהָרוּ

 16:33 And he shall make an atonement 3722 z8765 for x853 the holy 6944 sanctuary, 4720 and he shall make an atonement 3722 z8762 for the tabernacle 168 of the congregation, 4150 and for the altar, 4196 and he shall make an atonement 3722 z8762 for x5921 the priests, 3548 and for x5921 all x3605 the people 5971 of the congregation. 6951

וְהָיְתָה־זֹּאת לָכֶם לְחֻקַּת עוֹלָם לְכַפֵּר עַל־בְּנֵי יִשְׂרָאֵל מִכָּל־חַטֹּאתָם אַחַת בַּשָּׁנָה וַיַּעַשׂ כַּאֲשֶׁר צִוָּה יְהוָה אֶת־מֹשֶׁה פ
