דַּבְּרוּ אֶל־בְּנֵי יִשְׂרָאֵל לֵאמֹר זֹאת הַחַיָּה אֲשֶׁר תֹּאכְלוּ מִכָּל־הַבְּהֵמָה אֲשֶׁר עַל־הָאָרֶץ

 11:2 DaB'rû el-B'nëy yis'räël lëmor zot hachaYäh ásher Tokh'lû miKäl-haB'hëmäh ásher al-hääretz

כֹּל מַפְרֶסֶת פַּרְסָה וְשֹׁסַעַת שֶׁסַע פְּרָסֹת מַעֲלַת גֵּרָה בַּבְּהֵמָה אֹתָהּ תֹּאכֵלוּ

 11:3 Kol maf'rešet Par'šäh w'shošaat sheša P'räšot maálat Gëräh BaB'hëmäh otäH Tokhëlû

אַךְ אֶת־זֶה לֹא תֹאכְלוּ מִמַּעֲלֵי הַגֵּרָה וּמִמַּפְרִיסֵי הַפַּרְסָה אֶת־הַגָּמָל כִּי־מַעֲלֵה גֵרָה הוּא וּפַרְסָה אֵינֶנּוּ מַפְרִיס טָמֵא הוּא לָכֶם

וְאֶת־הַשָּׁפָן כִּי־מַעֲלֵה גֵרָה הוּא וּפַרְסָה לֹא יַפְרִיס טָמֵא הוּא לָכֶם

 11:5 w'et-haSHäfän Kiy-maálëh gëräh hû ûfar'šäh lo yaf'riyš ţämë hû läkhem

וְאֶת־הָאַרְנֶבֶת כִּי־מַעֲלַת גֵּרָה הִוא וּפַרְסָה לֹא הִפְרִיסָה טְמֵאָה הִוא לָכֶם

 11:6 w'et-häar'nevet Kiy-maálat Gëräh hiw ûfar'šäh lo hif'riyšäh ţ'mëäh hiw läkhem

וְאֶת־הַחֲזִיר כִּי־מַפְרִיס פַּרְסָה הוּא וְשֹׁסַע שֶׁסַע פַּרְסָה וְהוּא גֵּרָה לֹא־יִגָּר טָמֵא הוּא לָכֶם

 11:7 w'et-hacháziyr Kiy-maf'riyš Par'šäh hû w'shoša sheša Par'šäh w'hû Gëräh lo-yiGär ţämë hû läkhem

 11:7 And the swine, 2386 though x3588 he x1931 divide 6536 z8688 the hoof, 6541 and be clovenfooted, 8156 8157 z8802 x6541 yet he x1931 cheweth 1641 z8735 not x3808 the cud; 1625 he x1931 [is] unclean 2931 to you.

מִבְּשָׂרָם לֹא תֹאכֵלוּ וּבְנִבְלָתָם לֹא תִגָּעוּ טְמֵאִים הֵם לָכֶם

 11:8 miB'säräm lo tokhëlû ûv'niv'lätäm lo tiGäû ţ'mëiym hëm läkhem

 11:8 Of their flesh 1320 x4480 shall ye not x3808 eat, 398 z8799 and their carcase 5038 shall ye not x3808 touch; 5060 z8799 they x1992 [are] unclean 2931 to you.

אֶת־זֶה תֹּאכְלוּ מִכֹּל אֲשֶׁר בַּמָּיִם כֹּל אֲשֶׁר־לוֹ סְנַפִּיר וְקַשְׂקֶשֶׂת בַּמַּיִם בַּיַּמִּים וּבַנְּחָלִים אֹתָם תֹּאכֵלוּ

 11:9 et-zeh Tokh'lû miKol ásher BaMäyim Kol ásher-lô š'naPiyr w'qas'qeset BaMayim BaYaMiym ûvaN'chäliym otäm Tokhëlû

 11:9 ¶ x853 These x2088 shall ye eat 398 z8799 of all x4480 x3605 that x834 [are] in the waters: 4325 whatsoever x3605 x834 hath fins 5579 and scales 7193 in the waters, 4325 in the seas, 3220 and in the rivers, 5158 them shall ye eat. 398 z8799

וְכֹל אֲשֶׁר אֵין־לוֹ סְנַפִּיר וְקַשְׂקֶשֶׂת בַּיַּמִּים וּבַנְּחָלִים מִכֹּל שֶׁרֶץ הַמַּיִם וּמִכֹּל נֶפֶשׁ הַחַיָּה אֲשֶׁר בַּמָּיִם שֶׁקֶץ הֵם לָכֶם

 11:10 And all x3605 that x834 have not x369 fins 5579 and scales 7193 in the seas, 3220 and in the rivers, 5158 of all x4480 x3605 that move 8318 in the waters, 4325 and of any x4480 x3605 living 2416 thing 5315 which x834 [is] in the waters, 4325 they x1992 [shall be] an abomination 8263 unto you:

וְשֶׁקֶץ יִהְיוּ לָכֶם מִבְּשָׂרָם לֹא תֹאכֵלוּ וְאֶת־נִבְלָתָם תְּשַׁקֵּצוּ

 11:11 w'sheqetz yih'yû läkhem miB'säräm lo tokhëlû w'et-niv'lätäm T'shaQëtzû

 11:11 They shall be x1961 even an abomination 8263 unto you; ye shall not x3808 eat 398 z8799 of their flesh, 1320 x4480 but ye shall have their carcases y5038 in abomination. 8262 z8762 x853 x5038

כֹּל אֲשֶׁר אֵין־לוֹ סְנַפִּיר וְקַשְׂקֶשֶׂת בַּמָּיִם שֶׁקֶץ הוּא לָכֶם

 11:12 Kol ásher ëyn-lô š'naPiyr w'qas'qeset BaMäyim sheqetz hû läkhem

 11:12 Whatsoever x3605 x834 hath no x369 fins 5579 nor scales 7193 in the waters, 4325 that x1931 [shall be] an abomination 8263 unto you.

וְאֶת־אֵלֶּה תְּשַׁקְּצוּ מִן־הָעוֹף לֹא יֵאָכְלוּ שֶׁקֶץ הֵם אֶת־הַנֶּשֶׁר וְאֶת־הַפֶּרֶס וְאֵת הָעָזְנִיָּה

 11:13 w'et-ëLeh T'shaQ'tzû min-häôf lo yëäkh'lû sheqetz hëm et-haNesher w'et-haPereš w'ët hääz'niYäh

 11:13 ¶ And these x428 [are they which] ye shall have in abomination 8262 z8762 among 4480 the fowls; 5775 they shall not x3808 be eaten, 398 z8735 they x1992 [are] an abomination: 8263 x853 the eagle, 5404 and the ossifrage, 6538 and the ospray, 5822

וְאֶת־הַדָּאָה וְאֶת־הָאַיָּה לְמִינָהּ

 11:14 w'et-haDääh w'et-häaYäh l'miynäH

 11:14 And the vulture, 1676 and the kite 344 after his kind; 4327

אֵת כָּל־עֹרֵב לְמִינוֹ

 11:15 ët Käl-orëv l'miynô

 11:15 x853 Every x3605 raven 6158 after his kind; 4327

וְאֵת בַּת הַיַּעֲנָה וְאֶת־הַתַּחְמָס וְאֶת־הַשָּׁחַף וְאֶת־הַנֵּץ לְמִינֵהוּ

 11:16 w'ët Bat haYaánäh w'et-haTach'mäš w'et-haSHächaf w'et-haNëtz l'miynëhû

 11:16 And the owl, 1323 3284 and the night hawk, 8464 and the cuckow, 7828 and the hawk 5322 after his kind, 4327

וְאֶת־הַכּוֹס וְאֶת־הַשָּׁלָךְ וְאֶת־הַיַּנְשׁוּף

 11:17 w'et-haKôš w'et-haSHäläkh' w'et-haYan'shûf

 11:17 And the little owl, 3563 and the cormorant, 7994 and the great owl, 3244

וְאֶת־הַתִּנְשֶׁמֶת וְאֶת־הַקָּאָת וְאֶת־הָרָחָם

 11:18 w'et-haTin'shemet w'et-haQäät w'et-härächäm

 11:18 And the swan, 8580 and the pelican, 6893 and the gier eagle, 7360

וְאֵת הַחֲסִידָה הָאֲנָפָה לְמִינָהּ וְאֶת־הַדּוּכִיפַת וְאֶת־הָעֲטַלֵּף

 11:19 w'ët hachášiydäh häánäfäh l'miynäH w'et-haDûkhiyfat w'et-häáţaLëf

 11:19 And the stork, 2624 the heron 601 after her kind, 4327 and the lapwing, 1744 and the bat. 5847

כֹּל שֶׁרֶץ הָעוֹף הַהֹלֵךְ עַל־אַרְבַּע שֶׁקֶץ הוּא לָכֶם ס

 11:20 Kol sheretz häôf haholëkh' al-ar'Ba sheqetz hû läkhem š

 11:20 All x3605 fowls 5775 that creep, 8318 going 1980 z8802 upon x5921 [all] four, 702 [shall be] an abomination 8263 unto you.

אַךְ אֶת־זֶה תֹּאכְלוּ מִכֹּל שֶׁרֶץ הָעוֹף הַהֹלֵךְ עַל־אַרְבַּע אֲשֶׁר־*לֹא [לוֹ] כְרָעַיִם מִמַּעַל לְרַגְלָיו לְנַתֵּר בָּהֵן עַל־הָאָרֶץ

 11:21 akh' et-zeh Tokh'lû miKol sheretz häôf haholëkh' al-ar'Ba ásher-*lo [lô] kh'räayim miMaal l'rag'läyw l'naTër Bähën al-hääretz

 11:21 Yet x389 x853 these x2088 may ye eat 398 z8799 of every x4480 x3605 flying 5775 creeping y8318 thing x8318 that goeth 1980 z8802 upon x5921 [all] four, 702 which x834 have legs 3767 above 4605 x4480 their feet, 7272 to leap 5425 z8763 withal 2004 upon x5921 the earth; 776

אֶת־אֵלֶּה מֵהֶם תֹּאכֵלוּ אֶת־הָאַרְבֶּה לְמִינוֹ וְאֶת־הַסָּלְעָם לְמִינֵהוּ וְאֶת־הַחַרְגֹּל לְמִינֵהוּ וְאֶת־הֶחָגָב לְמִינֵהוּ

 11:22 et-ëLeh mëhem Tokhëlû et-häar'Beh l'miynô w'et-haŠäl'äm l'miynëhû w'et-hachar'Gol l'miynëhû w'et-hechägäv l'miynëhû

 11:22 [Even] x853 these x428 of x4480 them ye may eat; 398 z8799 x853 the locust 697 after his kind, 4327 and the bald locust 5556 after his kind, 4327 and the beetle 2728 after his kind, 4327 and the grasshopper 2284 after his kind. 4327

וְכֹל שֶׁרֶץ הָעוֹף אֲשֶׁר־לוֹ אַרְבַּע רַגְלָיִם שֶׁקֶץ הוּא לָכֶם

 11:23 w'khol sheretz häôf ásher-lô ar'Ba rag'läyim sheqetz hû läkhem

 11:23 But all x3605 [other] flying 5775 creeping things, 8318 which x834 have four 702 feet, 7272 [shall be] an abomination 8263 unto you.

וּלְאֵלֶּה תִּטַּמָּאוּ כָּל־הַנֹּגֵעַ בְּנִבְלָתָם יִטְמָא עַד־הָעָרֶב

 11:24 ûl'ëLeh TiŢaMäû Käl-haNogëª B'niv'lätäm yiţ'mä ad-häärev

 11:24 And for these x428 ye shall be unclean: 2930 z8691 whosoever x3605 toucheth 5060 z8802 the carcase 5038 of them shall be unclean 2930 z8799 until x5704 the even. 6153

וְכָל־הַנֹּשֵׂא מִנִּבְלָתָם יְכַבֵּס בְּגָדָיו וְטָמֵא עַד־הָעָרֶב

 11:25 w'khäl-haNosë miNiv'lätäm y'khaBëš B'gädäyw w'ţämë ad-häärev

 11:25 And whosoever x3605 beareth 5375 z8802 [ought] of the carcase 5038 x4480 of them shall wash 3526 z8762 his clothes, 899 and be unclean 2930 z8804 until x5704 the even. 6153

לְכָל־הַבְּהֵמָה אֲשֶׁר הִוא מַפְרֶסֶת פַּרְסָה וְשֶׁסַע אֵינֶנָּה שֹׁסַעַת וְגֵרָה אֵינֶנָּה מַעֲלָה טְמֵאִים הֵם לָכֶם כָּל־הַנֹּגֵעַ בָּהֶם יִטְמָא

 11:26 l'khäl-haB'hëmäh ásher hiw maf'rešet Par'šäh w'sheša ëyneNäh shošaat w'gëräh ëyneNäh maáläh ţ'mëiym hëm läkhem Käl-haNogëª Bähem yiţ'mä

 11:26 [The carcases] of every x3605 beast 929 which x834 divideth 6536 z8688 the hoof, 6541 and [is] not x369 clovenfooted, 8157 8156 z8802 nor x369 cheweth 5927 z8688 the cud, 1625 [are] unclean 2931 unto you: every one x3605 that toucheth 5060 z8802 them shall be unclean. 2930 z8799

וְכֹל הוֹלֵךְ עַל־כַּפָּיו בְּכָל־הַחַיָּה הַהֹלֶכֶת עַל־אַרְבַּע טְמֵאִים הֵם לָכֶם כָּל־הַנֹּגֵעַ בְּנִבְלָתָם יִטְמָא עַד־הָעָרֶב

 11:27 w'khol hôlëkh' al-KaPäyw B'khäl-hachaYäh haholekhet al-ar'Ba ţ'mëiym hëm läkhem Käl-haNogëª B'niv'lätäm yiţ'mä ad-häärev

 11:27 And whatsoever 3605 y1992 goeth 1980 z8802 upon x5921 his paws, 3709 among all manner x3605 of beasts 2416 that go 1980 z8802 on x5921 [all] four, 702 those x1992 [are] unclean 2931 unto you: whoso x3605 toucheth 5060 z8802 their carcase 5038 shall be unclean 2930 z8799 until x5704 the even. 6153

וְהַנֹּשֵׂא אֶת־נִבְלָתָם יְכַבֵּס בְּגָדָיו וְטָמֵא עַד־הָעָרֶב טְמֵאִים הֵמָּה לָכֶם ס

 11:28 w'haNosë et-niv'lätäm y'khaBëš B'gädäyw w'ţämë ad-häärev ţ'mëiym hëMäh läkhem š

 11:28 And he that beareth 5375 z8802 x853 the carcase 5038 of them shall wash 3526 z8762 his clothes, 899 and be unclean 2930 z8804 until x5704 the even: 6153 they x1992 [are] unclean 2931 unto you.

וְזֶה לָכֶם הַטָּמֵא בַּשֶּׁרֶץ הַשֹּׁרֵץ עַל־הָאָרֶץ הַחֹלֶד וְהָעַכְבָּר וְהַצָּב לְמִינֵהוּ

 11:29 w'zeh läkhem haŢämë BaSHeretz haSHorëtz al-hääretz hacholed w'häakh'Bär w'haTZäv l'miynëhû

 11:29 ¶ These x2088 also [shall be] unclean 2931 unto you among the creeping things 8318 that creep 8317 z8802 upon x5921 the earth; 776 the weasel, 2467 and the mouse, 5909 and the tortoise 6632 after his kind, 4327

וְהָאֲנָקָה וְהַכֹּחַ וְהַלְּטָאָה וְהַחֹמֶט וְהַתִּנְשָׁמֶת

 11:30 w'häánäqäh w'haKoªch w'haL'ţääh w'hachomeţ w'haTin'shämet

 11:30 And the ferret, 604 and the chameleon, 3581 and the lizard, 3911 and the snail, 2546 and the mole. 8580

אֵלֶּה הַטְּמֵאִים לָכֶם בְּכָל־הַשָּׁרֶץ כָּל־הַנֹּגֵעַ בָּהֶם בְּמֹתָם יִטְמָא עַד־הָעָרֶב

 11:31 ëLeh haŢ'mëiym läkhem B'khäl-haSHäretz Käl-haNogëª Bähem B'motäm yiţ'mä ad-häärev

 11:31 These x428 [are] unclean 2931 to you among all x3605 that creep: 8318 whosoever x3605 doth touch 5060 z8802 them, when they be dead, 4194 shall be unclean 2930 z8799 until x5704 the even. 6153

וְכֹל אֲשֶׁר־יִפֹּל־עָלָיו מֵהֶם בְּמֹתָם יִטְמָא מִכָּל־כְּלִי־עֵץ אוֹ בֶגֶד אוֹ־עוֹר אוֹ שָׂק כָּל־כְּלִי אֲשֶׁר־יֵעָשֶׂה מְלָאכָה בָּהֶם בַּמַּיִם יוּבָא וְטָמֵא עַד־הָעֶרֶב וְטָהֵר

 11:32 w'khol ásher-yiPol-äläyw mëhem B'motäm yiţ'mä miKäl-K'liy-ëtz ô veged ô-ôr ô säq Käl-K'liy ásher-yëäseh m'läkhäh Bähem BaMayim yûvä w'ţämë ad-häerev w'ţähër

 11:32 And upon x5921 whatsoever x3605 x834 [any] of x4480 them, when they are dead, 4194 doth fall, 5307 z8799 it shall be unclean; 2930 z8799 whether [it be] any x4480 x3605 vessel 3627 of wood, 6086 or x176 raiment, 899 or x176 skin, 5785 or x176 sack, 8242 whatsoever x3605 vessel 3627 [it be], wherein x834 [any] work 4399 is done, 6213 z8735 it must be put 935 z8714 into water, 4325 and it shall be unclean 2930 z8804 until x5704 the even; 6153 so it shall be cleansed. 2891 z8804

וְכָל־כְּלִי־חֶרֶשׂ אֲשֶׁר־יִפֹּל מֵהֶם אֶל־תּוֹכוֹ כֹּל אֲשֶׁר בְּתוֹכוֹ יִטְמָא וְאֹתוֹ תִשְׁבֹּרוּ

 11:33 w'khäl-K'liy-cheres ásher-yiPol mëhem el-Tôkhô Kol ásher B'tôkhô yiţ'mä w'otô tish'Borû

 11:33 And every x3605 earthen 2789 vessel, 3627 whereinto x834 x413 x8432 [any] of x4480 them falleth, 5307 z8799 y8432 whatsoever x3605 x834 [is] in x8432 it shall be unclean; 2930 z8799 and ye shall break 7665 z8799 it.

מִכָּל־הָאֹכֶל אֲשֶׁר יֵאָכֵל אֲשֶׁר יָבוֹא עָלָיו מַיִם יִטְמָא וְכָל־מַשְׁקֶה אֲשֶׁר יִשָּׁתֶה בְּכָל־כְּלִי יִטְמָא

 11:34 miKäl-häokhel ásher yëäkhël ásher yävô äläyw mayim yiţ'mä w'khäl-mash'qeh ásher yiSHäteh B'khäl-K'liy yiţ'mä

 11:34 Of all x4480 x3605 meat 400 which x834 may be eaten, 398 z8735 [that] on x5921 which x834 [such] water 4325 cometh 935 z8799 shall be unclean: 2930 z8799 and all x3605 drink 4945 that x834 may be drunk 8354 z8735 in every x3605 [such] vessel 3627 shall be unclean. 2930 z8799

וְכֹל אֲשֶׁר־יִפֹּל מִנִּבְלָתָם עָלָיו יִטְמָא תַּנּוּר וְכִירַיִם יֻתָּץ טְמֵאִים הֵם וּטְמֵאִים יִהְיוּ לָכֶם

 11:35 w'khol ásher-yiPol miNiv'lätäm äläyw yiţ'mä TaNûr w'khiyrayim yuTätz ţ'mëiym hëm ûţ'mëiym yih'yû läkhem

 11:35 And every x3605 [thing] whereupon x834 x5921 [any part] of their carcase 5038 x4480 falleth 5307 z8799 shall be unclean; 2930 z8799 [whether it be] oven, 8574 or ranges y3600 for pots, x3600 they shall be broken down: 5422 z8714 [for] they x1992 [are] unclean, 2931 and shall be x1961 unclean 2931 unto you.

אַךְ מַעְיָן וּבוֹר מִקְוֵה־מַיִם יִהְיֶה טָהוֹר וְנֹגֵעַ בְּנִבְלָתָם יִטְמָא

 11:36 akh' ma'yän ûvôr miq'wëh-mayim yih'yeh ţähôr w'nogëª B'niv'lätäm yiţ'mä

 11:36 Nevertheless x389 a fountain 4599 or pit, 953 [wherein there is] plenty 4723 of water, 4325 shall be x1961 clean: 2889 but that which toucheth 5060 z8802 their carcase 5038 shall be unclean. 2930 z8799

וְכִי יִפֹּל מִנִּבְלָתָם עַל־כָּל־זֶרַע זֵרוּעַ אֲשֶׁר יִזָּרֵעַ טָהוֹר הוּא

 11:37 w'khiy yiPol miNiv'lätäm al-Käl-zera zërûª ásher yiZärëª ţähôr hû

 11:37 And if x3588 [any part] of x4480 their carcase 5038 fall 5307 z8799 upon x5921 any x3605 sowing 2221 seed 2233 which x834 is to be sown, 2232 z8735 it x1931 [shall be] clean. 2889

וְכִי יֻתַּן־מַיִם עַל־זֶרַע וְנָפַל מִנִּבְלָתָם עָלָיו טָמֵא הוּא לָכֶם ס

 11:38 w'khiy yuTan-mayim al-zera w'näfal miNiv'lätäm äläyw ţämë hû läkhem š

 11:38 But if x3588 [any] water 4325 be put 5414 z8714 upon x5921 the seed, 2233 and [any part] of their carcase 5038 x4480 fall 5307 z8804 thereon, x5921 it x1931 [shall be] unclean 2931 unto you.

וְכִי יָמוּת מִן־הַבְּהֵמָה אֲשֶׁר־הִיא לָכֶם לְאָכְלָה הַנֹּגֵעַ בְּנִבְלָתָהּ יִטְמָא עַד־הָעָרֶב

 11:39 w'khiy yämût min-haB'hëmäh ásher-hiy läkhem l'äkh'läh haNogëª B'niv'lätäH yiţ'mä ad-häärev
