וַיַּסֵּב אֶת־פָּנָיו אֶל־הַקִּיר וַיִּתְפַּלֵּל אֶל־יְהוָה לֵאמֹר

 20:6 And I will add 3254 z8689 unto x5921 thy days 3117 fifteen 2568 6240 years; 8141 and I will deliver 5337 z8686 thee and this x2063 city 5892 out of the hand 3709 x4480 of the king 4428 of ´Aššûr אַשּׁוּר; 804 and I will defend 1598 z8804 x5921 this x2063 city 5892 for mine own sake, x4616 and for my servant 5650 Däwiđ's דָּוִד 1732 sake. x4616

וַיֹּאמֶר יְשַׁעְיָהוּ קְחוּ דְּבֶלֶת תְּאֵנִים וַיִּקְחוּ וַיָּשִׂימוּ עַל־הַשְּׁחִין וַיֶּחִי

 20:7 And Yæša`yà יְשַׁעיָה 3470 said, 559 z8799 Take 3947 z8798 a lump 1690 of figs. 8384 And they took 3947 z8799 and laid 7760 z8799 [it] on x5921 the boil, 7822 and he recovered. 2421 z8799

וַיֹּאמֶר חִזְקִיָּהוּ אֶל־יְשַׁעְיָהוּ מָה אוֹת כִּי־יִרְפָּא יְהוָה לִי וְעָלִיתִי בַּיּוֹם הַשְּׁלִישִׁי בֵּית יְהוָה

 20:8 ¶ And Çizkiyyà חִזקִיָּה 2396 said 559 z8799 unto x413 Yæša`yà יְשַׁעיָה, 3470 What x4100 [shall be] the sign 226 that x3588 Yähwè יָהוֶה 3068 will heal 7495 z8799 me, and that I shall go up 5927 z8804 into the house 1004 of Yähwè יָהוֶה 3068 the third 7992 day? 3117

וַיֹּאמֶר יְשַׁעְיָהוּ זֶה־לְּךָ הָאוֹת מֵאֵת יְהוָה כִּי יַעֲשֶׂה יְהוָה אֶת־הַדָּבָר אֲשֶׁר דִּבֵּר הָלַךְ הַצֵּל עֶשֶׂר מַעֲלוֹת אִם־יָשׁוּב עֶשֶׂר מַעֲלוֹת

 20:9 waYomer y'sha'yähû zeh-L'khä häôt mëët y'hwäh Kiy yaáseh y'hwäh et-haDävär ásher DiBër hälakh' haTZël eser maálôt im-yäshûv eser maálôt

 20:9 And Yæša`yà יְשַׁעיָה 3470 said, 559 z8799 This x2088 sign 226 shalt thou have of x4480 x854 Yähwè יָהוֶה, 3068 that x3588 Yähwè יָהוֶה 3068 will do 6213 z8799 x853 the thing 1697 that x834 he hath spoken: 1696 z8765 shall the shadow 6738 go forward 1980 z8804 ten 6235 degrees, 4609 or x518 go back 7725 z8799 ten 6235 degrees? 4609

וַיֹּאמֶר יְחִזְקִיָּהוּ נָקֵל לַצֵּל לִנְטוֹת עֶשֶׂר מַעֲלוֹת לֹא כִי יָשׁוּב הַצֵּל אֲחֹרַנִּית עֶשֶׂר מַעֲלוֹת

 20:10 And Çizkiyyà חִזקִיָּה 3169 answered, 559 z8799 It is a light thing 7043 z8738 for the shadow 6738 to go down 5186 z8800 ten 6235 degrees: 4609 nay, x3808 but x3588 let the shadow 6738 return 7725 z8799 backward 322 ten 6235 degrees. 4609

וַיִּקְרָא יְשַׁעְיָהוּ הַנָּבִיא אֶל־יְהוָה וַיָּשֶׁב אֶת־הַצֵּל בַּמַּעֲלוֹת אֲשֶׁר יָרְדָה בְּמַעֲלוֹת אָחָז אֲחֹרַנִּית עֶשֶׂר מַעֲלוֹת פ

 20:11 And Yæša`yà יְשַׁעיָה 3470 the prophet 5030 cried 7121 z8799 unto x413 Yähwè יָהוֶה: 3068 and he brought 7725 z8686 x853 the shadow 6738 ten 6235 degrees 4609 backward, 322 by y4609 which x834 it had gone down 3381 z8804 in the dial 4609 of ´Äçäz אָחָז. 271

בָּעֵת הַהִיא שָׁלַח בְּרֹאדַךְ בַּלְאֲדָן בֶּן־בַּלְאֲדָן מֶלֶךְ־בָּבֶל סְפָרִים וּמִנְחָה אֶל־חִזְקִיָּהוּ כִּי שָׁמַע כִּי חָלָה חִזְקִיָּהוּ

 20:13 And Çizkiyyà חִזקִיָּה 2396 hearkened 8085 z8799 unto x5921 them, and shewed 7200 z8686 them x853 all x3605 the house 1004 of his precious things, 5238 x853 the silver, 3701 and the gold, 2091 and the spices, 1314 and the precious 2896 ointment, 8081 and [all] the house 1004 of his armour, 3627 and all x3605 that x834 was found 4672 z8738 in his treasures: 214 there was x1961 nothing 1697 x3808 in his house, 1004 nor in all x3605 his dominion, 4475 that x834 Çizkiyyà חִזקִיָּה 2396 shewed 7200 z8689 them not. x3808

 20:14 waYävo y'sha'yähû haNäviy el-haMelekh' chiz'qiYähû waYomer ëläyw mäh äm'rû häánäshiym häëLeh ûmëayin yävoû ëleykhä waYomer chiz'qiYähû mëeretz r'chôqäh Bäû miBävel

 20:14 ¶ Then came 935 z8799 Yæša`yà יְשַׁעיָה 3470 the prophet 5030 unto x413 king 4428 Çizkiyyà חִזקִיָּה, 2396 and said 559 z8799 unto x413 him, What x4100 said 559 z8804 these x428 men? y582 x376 and from whence 370 x4480 came 935 z8799 they unto x413 thee? And Çizkiyyà חִזקִיָּה 2396 said, 559 z8799 They are come 935 z8804 from a far y7350 country, 776 x4480 x7350 [even] from Bävel בָּבֶל. 894 x4480

וַיֹּאמֶר מָה רָאוּ בְּבֵיתֶךָ וַיֹּאמֶר חִזְקִיָּהוּ אֵת כָּל־אֲשֶׁר בְּבֵיתִי רָאוּ לֹא־הָיָה דָבָר אֲשֶׁר לֹא־הִרְאִיתִם בְּאֹצְרֹתָי

וַיֹּאמֶר יְשַׁעְיָהוּ אֶל־חִזְקִיָּהוּ שְׁמַע דְּבַר־יְהוָה

 20:16 And Yæša`yà יְשַׁעיָה 3470 said 559 z8799 unto x413 Çizkiyyà חִזקִיָּה, 2396 Hear 8085 z8798 the word 1697 of Yähwè יָהוֶה. 3068

הִנֵּה יָמִים בָּאִים וְנִשָּׂא כָּל־אֲשֶׁר בְּבֵיתֶךָ וַאֲשֶׁר אָצְרוּ אֲבֹתֶיךָ עַד־הַיּוֹם הַזֶּה בָּבֶלָה לֹא־יִוָּתֵר דָּבָר אָמַר יְהוָה

וּמִבָּנֶיךָ אֲשֶׁר יֵצְאוּ מִמְּךָ אֲשֶׁר תּוֹלִיד *יִקָּח [יִקָּחוּ] וְהָיוּ סָרִיסִים בְּהֵיכַל מֶלֶךְ בָּבֶל
