וְהַשְּׁלִשִׁית בְּשַׁעַר סוּר וְהַשְּׁלִשִׁית בַּשַּׁעַר אַחַר הָרָצִים וּשְׁמַרְתֶּם אֶת־מִשְׁמֶרֶת הַבַּיִת מַסָּח

 11:6 w'haSH'lishiyt B'shaar šûr w'haSH'lishiyt BaSHaar achar härätziym ûsh'mar'Tem et-mish'meret haBayit maŠäch

 11:6 And a third part 7992 [shall be] at the gate 8179 of Sûr סוּר; 5495 and a third part 7992 at the gate 8179 behind 310 the guard: 7323 z8801 so shall ye keep 8104 z8804 x853 the watch 4931 of the house, 1004 that it be not broken down. 4535

וּשְׁתֵּי הַיָּדוֹת בָּכֶם כֹּל יֹצְאֵי הַשַּׁבָּת וְשָׁמְרוּ אֶת־מִשְׁמֶרֶת בֵּית־יְהוָה אֶל־הַמֶּלֶךְ

וְהִקַּפְתֶּם עַל־הַמֶּלֶךְ סָבִיב אִישׁ וְכֵלָיו בְּיָדוֹ וְהַבָּא אֶל־הַשְּׂדֵרוֹת יוּמָת וִהְיוּ אֶת־הַמֶּלֶךְ בְּצֵאתוֹ וּבְבֹאוֹ

 11:8 w'hiQaf'Tem al-haMelekh' šäviyv iysh w'khëläyw B'yädô w'haBä el-haS'dërôt yûmät wih'yû et-haMelekh' B'tzëtô ûv'voô

 11:8 And ye shall compass 5362 z8689 x5921 the king 4428 round about, 5439 every man 376 with his weapons 3627 in his hand: 3027 and he that cometh 935 z8802 within x413 the ranges, 7713 let him be slain: 4191 z8714 and be x1961 ye with x854 the king 4428 as he goeth out 3318 z8800 and as he cometh in. 935 z8800

וַיַּעֲשׂוּ שָׂרֵי *הַמֵּאיוֹת [הַמֵּאוֹת] כְּכֹל אֲשֶׁר־צִוָּה יְהוֹיָדָע הַכֹּהֵן וַיִּקְחוּ אִישׁ אֶת־אֲנָשָׁיו בָּאֵי הַשַּׁבָּת עִם יֹצְאֵי הַשַּׁבָּת וַיָּבֹאוּ אֶל־יְהוֹיָדָע הַכֹּהֵן

 11:11 And the guard 7323 z8801 stood, 5975 z8799 every man 376 with his weapons 3627 in his hand, 3027 round about 5439 x5921 the king, 4428 from the right y3233 corner 3802 x4480 x3233 of the temple 1004 to x5704 the left 8042 corner 3802 of the temple, 1004 [along] by the altar 4196 and the temple. 1004

וַיּוֹצִא אֶת־בֶּן־הַמֶּלֶךְ וַיִּתֵּן עָלָיו אֶת־הַנֵּזֶר וְאֶת־הָעֵדוּת וַיַּמְלִכוּ אֹתוֹ וַיִּמְשָׁחֻהוּ וַיַּכּוּ־כָף וַיֹּאמְרוּ יְחִי הַמֶּלֶךְ ס

 11:12 waYôtzi et-Ben-haMelekh' waYiTën äläyw et-haNëzer w'et-häëdût waYam'likhû otô waYim'shächuhû waYaKû-khäf waYom'rû y'chiy haMelekh' š

וַתִּשְׁמַע עֲתַלְיָה אֶת־קוֹל הָרָצִין הָעָם וַתָּבֹא אֶל־הָעָם בֵּית יְהוָה

 11:13 ¶ And when `Áŧalyà עֲתַליָה 6271 heard 8085 z8799 x853 the noise 6963 of the guard 7323 z8801 [and] of the people, 5971 she came 935 z8799 to x413 the people 5971 into the temple 1004 of Yähwè יָהוֶה. 3068

וַתֵּרֶא וְהִנֵּה הַמֶּלֶךְ עֹמֵד עַל־הָעַמּוּד כַּמִּשְׁפָּט וְהַשָּׂרִים וְהַחֲצֹצְרוֹת אֶל־הַמֶּלֶךְ וְכָל־עַם הָאָרֶץ שָׂמֵחַ וְתֹקֵעַ בַּחֲצֹצְרוֹת וַתִּקְרַע עֲתַלְיָה אֶת־בְּגָדֶיהָ וַתִּקְרָא קֶשֶׁר קָשֶׁר ס

 11:15 But Yæhôyäđä` יְהוֹיָדָע 3077 the priest 3548 commanded 6680 z8762 x853 the captains 8269 of the hundreds, 3967 the officers 6485 z8803 of the host, 2428 and said 559 z8799 unto x413 them, Have her forth 3318 z8685 x853 without 1004 x413 x4480 the ranges: 7713 and him that followeth 935 310 z8802 her kill 4191 z8687 with the sword. 2719 For x3588 the priest 3548 had said, 559 z8804 Let her not x408 be slain 4191 z8714 in the house 1004 of Yähwè יָהוֶה. 3068

וַיָּשִׂמוּ לָהּ יָדַיִם וַתָּבוֹא דֶּרֶךְ־מְבוֹא הַסּוּסִים בֵּית הַמֶּלֶךְ וַתּוּמַת שָׁם ס

 11:17 ¶ And Yæhôyäđä` יְהוֹיָדָע 3077 made 3772 z8799 x853 a covenant 1285 between x996 Yähwè יָהוֶה 3068 and the king 4428 and the people, 5971 that they should be x1961 Yähwè's יָהוֶה 3068 people; 5971 between x996 the king 4428 also and the people. 5971

וַיָּבֹאוּ כָל־עַם הָאָרֶץ בֵּית־הַבַּעַל וַיִּתְּצֻהוּ אֶת־*מִזְבְּחֹתוֹ [מִזְבְּחֹתָיו] וְאֶת־צְלָמָיו שִׁבְּרוּ הֵיטֵב וְאֵת מַתָּן כֹּהֵן הַבַּעַל הָרְגוּ לִפְנֵי הַמִּזְבְּחוֹת וַיָּשֶׂם הַכֹּהֵן פְּקֻדּוֹת עַל־בֵּית יְהוָה

 11:18 And all x3605 the people 5971 of the land 776 went 935 z8799 into the house 1004 of Bä`al בָּעַל, 1168 and brake it down; 5422 z8799 his altars 4196 and his images 6754 brake they in pieces 7665 z8765 thoroughly, 3190 z8687 and slew 2026 z8804 x853 Mattän מַתָּן 4977 the priest 3548 of Bä`al בָּעַל 1168 before 6440 the altars. 4196 And the priest 3548 appointed 7760 z8799 officers 6486 y6485 z8803 z8676 over x5921 the house 1004 of Yähwè יָהוֶה. 3068
