Καὶ μεθ' ἡμέρας ἓξ παραλαμβάνει ὁ Ἰησοῦς τὸν Πέτρον καὶ Ἰάκωβον καὶ Ἰωάνην τὸν ἀδελφὸν αὐτοῦ, καὶ ἀναφέρει αὐτοὺς εἰς ὄρος ὑψηλὸν κατ' ἰδίαν.
And with to-days to-six it-taketh-beside, the-one an-Iesous, to-the-one to-a-Petros and to-an-Iakobos and to-an-Ioanes to-the-one to-brethrened of-it, and it-beareth-up to-them into to-a-jut to-overed-of down to-private-belonged.

ἀποκριθεὶς δὲ ὁ Πέτρος εἶπεν τῷ Ἰησοῦ Κύριε, καλόν ἐστιν ἡμᾶς ὧδε εἶναι: εἰ θέλεις, ποιήσω ὧδε τρεῖς σκηνάς, σοὶ μίαν καὶ Μωυσεῖ μίαν καὶ Ἠλείᾳ μίαν.

ὁ δὲ ἀποκριθεὶς εἶπεν Ἠλείας μὲν ἔρχεται καὶ ἀποκαταστήσει πάντα:

λέγω δὲ ὑμῖν ὅτι Ἠλείας ἤδη ἦλθεν, καὶ οὐκ ἐπέγνωσαν αὐτὸν ἀλλὰ ἐποίησαν ἐν αὐτῷ ὅσα ἠθέλησαν: οὕτως καὶ ὁ υἱὸς τοῦ ἀνθρώπου μέλλει πάσχειν ὑπ' αὐτῶν.

ὁ δὲ λέγει αὐτοῖς Διὰ τὴν ὀλιγοπιστίαν ὑμῶν: ἀμὴν γὰρ λέγω ὑμῖν, ἐὰν ἔχητε πίστιν ὡς κόκκον σινάπεως, ἐρεῖτε τῷ ὄρει τούτῳ Μετάβα ἔνθεν ἐκεῖ, καὶ μεταβήσεται, καὶ οὐδὲν ἀδυνατήσει ὑμῖν.

 17:24 Ἐλθόντων "Of-having-had-came" δὲ "moreover" αὐτῶν "of-them" εἰς "into" Καφαρναοὺμ "to-a-Kafarnaoum" προσῆλθον "they-had-came-toward," οἱ "the-ones" τὰ "to-the-ones" δίδραχμα "to-double-grasped" λαμβάνοντες "taking," τῷ "unto-the-one" Πέτρῳ "unto-a-Petros," καὶ "and" εἶπαν "they-said," Ὁ "The-one" διδάσκαλος "a-teaching-speaker" ὑμῶν "of-ye" οὐ "not" τελεῖ "it-finisheth-unto" τὰ "to-the-ones" δίδραχμα; "to-double-grasped?"

λέγει Ναί. καὶ ἐλθόντα εἰς τὴν οἰκίαν προέφθασεν αὐτὸν ὁ Ἰησοῦς λέγων Τί σοι δοκεῖ, Σίμων; οἱ βασιλεῖς τῆς γῆς ἀπὸ τίνων λαμβάνουσιν τέλη ἢ κῆνσον; ἀπὸ τῶν υἱῶν αὐτῶν ἢ ἀπὸ τῶν ἀλλοτρίων;
It-fortheth, Yea. And to-having-had-came into to-the-one to-a-housing-unto it-anteceded-before to-it, the-one an-Iesous, forthing, To-what-one unto-thee it-thinketh-unto, Simon? The-ones rulers-of of-the-one of-a-soil off of-what-ones they-take to-finishes or to-a-tribute? Off of-the-ones of-sons of-them or off of-the-ones of-other-belonged?

 17:25 λέγει "It-fortheth," Ναί. εἰπόντος δέ Ἀπὸ τῶν ἀλλοτρίων, ἔφη αὐτῷ ὁ Ἰησοῦς Ἄραγε ἐλεύθεροί εἰσιν οἱ υἱοί:
Of-having-had-said moreover, Off of-the-ones of-other-belonged, it-was-declaring unto-it, the-one an-Iesous, Thus-too en-freed they-be the-ones sons;

 17:26 εἰπόντος "Of-having-had-said" δέ "moreover," Ἀπὸ "Off" τῶν "of-the-ones" ἀλλοτρίων, "of-other-belonged," ἔφη "it-was-declaring" αὐτῷ "unto-it," ὁ "the-one" Ἰησοῦς "an-Iesous," Ἄραγε "Thus-too" ἐλεύθεροί "en-freed" εἰσιν "they-be" οἱ "the-ones" υἱοί: "sons;"

ἵνα δὲ μὴ σκανδαλίσωμεν αὐτούς, πορευθεὶς εἰς θάλασσαν βάλε ἄγκιστρον καὶ τὸν ἀναβάντα πρῶτον ἰχθὺν ἆρον, καὶ ἀνοίξας τὸ στόμα αὐτοῦ εὑρήσεις στατῆρα: ἐκεῖνον λαβὼν δὸς αὐτοῖς ἀντὶ ἐμοῦ καὶ σοῦ.
so moreover lest we-might-have-cumbered-to to-them, having-been-traversed-of into to-a-sea thou-should-have-had-casted to-an-en-curving and to-the-one to-having-had-stepped-up to-most-before to-a-fish thou-should-have-lifted and having-opened-up to-the-one to-a-mouth of-it thou-shall-find to-a-stater; to-the-one-thither having-had-taken thou-should-have-had-given unto-them ever-a-one of-ME and of-THEE.

 17:27 ἵνα "so" δὲ "moreover" μὴ "lest" σκανδαλίσωμεν "we-might-have-cumbered-to" αὐτούς, "to-them," πορευθεὶς "having-been-traversed-of" εἰς "into" θάλασσαν "to-a-sea" βάλε "thou-should-have-had-casted" ἄγκιστρον "to-an-en-curving" καὶ "and" τὸν "to-the-one" ἀναβάντα "to-having-had-stepped-up" πρῶτον "to-most-before" ἰχθὺν "to-a-fish" ἆρον, "thou-should-have-lifted" καὶ "and" ἀνοίξας "having-opened-up" τὸ "to-the-one" στόμα "to-a-mouth" αὐτοῦ "of-it" εὑρήσεις "thou-shall-find" στατῆρα: "to-a-stater;" ἐκεῖνον "to-the-one-thither" λαβὼν "having-had-taken" δὸς "thou-should-have-had-given" αὐτοῖς "unto-them" ἀντὶ "ever-a-one" ἐμοῦ "of-ME" καὶ "and" σοῦ.
