יָדַעְתָּ אֶת־אַבְנֵר בֶּן־נֵר כִּי לְפַתֹּתְךָ בָּא וְלָדַעַת אֶת־מוֹצָאֲךָ וְאֶת־*מִבוֹאֶךָ [מוֹבָאֶךָ] וְלָדַעַת אֵת כָּל־אֲשֶׁר אַתָּה עֹשֶׂה

 3:25 yäda'Tä et-av'nër Ben-nër Kiy l'faTot'khä Bä w'lädaat et-môtzäákhä w'et-*mivôekhä [môväekhä] w'lädaat ët Käl-ásher aTäh oseh

 3:25 Thou knowest 3045 z8804 x853 ´Avnër אַבנֵר 74 the son 1121 of Nër נֵר, 5369 that x3588 he came 935 z8804 to deceive 6601 z8763 thee, and to know 3045 z8800 x853 thy going out 4161 and thy coming in, 4126 z8675 y3996 and to know 3045 z8800 x853 all x3605 that x834 thou x859 doest. 6213 z8802

וַיֵּצֵא יוֹאָב מֵעִם דָּוִד וַיִּשְׁלַח מַלְאָכִים אַחֲרֵי אַבְנֵר וַיָּשִׁבוּ אֹתוֹ מִבּוֹר הַסִּרָה וְדָוִד לֹא יָדָע

 3:26 waYëtzë yôäv mëim Däwid waYish'lach mal'äkhiym achárëy av'nër waYäshivû otô miBôr haŠiräh w'däwid lo yädä

 3:26 And when Yô´äv יוֹאָב 3097 was come out 3318 z8799 from x4480 x5973 Däwiđ דָּוִד, 1732 he sent 7971 z8799 messengers 4397 after 310 ´Avnër אַבנֵר, 74 which brought him again 7725 z8686 x853 from the well 953 x4480 of Sirà סִרָה: 5626 but Däwiđ דָּוִד 1732 knew 3045 z8804 [it] not. x3808

וַיָּשָׁב אַבְנֵר חֶבְרוֹן וַיַּטֵּהוּ יוֹאָב אֶל־תּוֹךְ הַשַּׁעַר לְדַּבֵּר אִתּוֹ בַּשֶּׁלִי וַיַּכֵּהוּ שָׁם הַחֹמֶשׁ וַיָּמָת בְּדַם עֲשָׂה־אֵל אָחִיו

 3:27 waYäshäv av'nër chev'rôn waYaŢëhû yôäv el-Tôkh' haSHaar l'DaBër iTô BaSHeliy waYaKëhû shäm hachomesh waYämät B'dam ásäh-ël ächiyw

יָחֻלוּ עַל־רֹאשׁ יוֹאָב וְאֶל כָּל־בֵּית אָבִיו וְאַל־יִכָּרֵת מִבֵּית יוֹאָב זָב וּמְצֹרָע וּמַחֲזִיק בַּפֶּלֶךְ וְנֹפֵל בַּחֶרֶב וַחֲסַר־לָחֶם

 3:29 yächulû al-rosh yôäv w'el Käl-Bëyt äviyw w'al-yiKärët miBëyt yôäv zäv ûm'tzorä ûmacháziyq BaPelekh' w'nofël Bacherev wachášar-lächem

 3:29 Let it rest 2342 z8799 on x5921 the head 7218 of Yô´äv יוֹאָב, 3097 and on x413 all x3605 his father's 1 house; 1004 and let there not x408 fail 3772 z8735 from the house 1004 x4480 of Yô´äv יוֹאָב 3097 one that hath an issue, 2100 z8802 or that is a leper, 6879 z8794 or that leaneth 2388 z8688 on a staff, 6418 or that falleth 5307 z8802 on the sword, 2719 or that lacketh 2638 bread. 3899

וְיוֹאָב וַאֲבִישַׁי אָחִיו הָרְגוּ לְאַבְנֵר עַל אֲשֶׁר הֵמִית אֶת־עֲשָׂהאֵל אֲחִיהֶם בְּגִבְעוֹן בַּמִּלְחָמָה פ

 3:30 w'yôäv waáviyshay ächiyw här'gû l'av'nër al ásher hëmiyt et-ásähël áchiyhem B'giv'ôn BaMil'chämäh f

 3:30 So Yô´äv יוֹאָב 3097 and ´Ávîšay אֲבִישַׁי 52 his brother 251 slew 2026 z8804 ´Avnër אַבנֵר, 74 because x5921 x834 he had slain 4191 z8689 their brother 251 x853 `Áŝà ´Ël עֲשָׂה־אֵל 6214 at Giv`ôn גִּבעוֹן 1391 in the battle. 4421

וַיֹּאמֶר דָּוִד אֶל־יוֹאָב וְאֶל־כָּל־הָעָם אֲשֶׁר־אִתּוֹ קִרְעוּ בִגְדֵיכֶם וְחִגְרוּ שַׂקִּים וְסִפְדוּ לִפְנֵי אַבְנֵר וְהַמֶּלֶךְ דָּוִד הֹלֵךְ אַחֲרֵי הַמִּטָּה

 3:31 waYomer Däwid el-yôäv w'el-Käl-hääm ásher-iTô qir'û vig'dëykhem w'chig'rû saQiym w'šif'dû lif'nëy av'nër w'haMelekh' Däwid holëkh' achárëy haMiŢäh

 3:31 ¶ And Däwiđ דָּוִד 1732 said 559 z8799 to x413 Yô´äv יוֹאָב, 3097 and to x413 all x3605 the people 5971 that x834 [were] with x854 him, Rend 7167 z8798 your clothes, 899 and gird 2296 z8798 you with sackcloth, 8242 and mourn 5594 z8798 before 6440 ´Avnër אַבנֵר. 74 And king 4428 Däwiđ דָּוִד 1732 [himself] followed 310 y1980 z8802 the bier. 4296

וַיִּקְבְּרוּ אֶת־אַבְנֵר בְּחֶבְרוֹן וַיִשָּׂא הַמֶּלֶךְ אֶת־קוֹלוֹ וַיֵּבְךְּ אֶל־קֶבֶר אַבְנֵר וַיִּבְכּוּ כָּל־הָעָם פ

 3:32 waYiq'B'rû et-av'nër B'chev'rôn wayiSä haMelekh' et-qôlô waYëv'K' el-qever av'nër waYiv'Kû Käl-hääm f

וַיְקֹנֵן הַמֶּלֶךְ אֶל־אַבְנֵר וַיֹּאמַר הַכְּמוֹת נָבָל יָמוּת אַבְנֵר

 3:33 way'qonën haMelekh' el-av'nër waYomar haK'môt näväl yämût av'nër

יָדֶךָ לֹא־אֲסֻרוֹת וְרַגְלֶיךָ לֹא־לִנְחֻשְׁתַּיִם הֻגָּשׁוּ כִּנְפוֹל לִפְנֵי בְנֵי־עַוְלָה נָפָלְתָּ וַיֹּסִפוּ כָל־הָעָם לִבְכּוֹת עָלָיו

 3:34 yädekhä lo-ášurôt w'rag'leykhä lo-lin'chush'Tayim huGäshû Kin'fôl lif'nëy v'nëy-aw'läh näfäl'Tä waYošifû khäl-hääm liv'Kôt äläyw

 3:34 Thy hands 3027 [were] not x3808 bound, 631 z8803 nor x3808 thy feet 7272 put 5066 z8717 into fetters: 5178 as a man x1121 falleth 5307 z8800 before 6440 wicked 5766 men, 1121 [so] fellest 5307 z8804 thou. And all x3605 the people 5971 wept 1058 z8800 again 3254 z8686 over x5921 him.

וַיָּבֹא כָל־הָעָם לְהַבְרוֹת אֶת־דָּוִד לֶחֶם בְּעוֹד הַיּוֹם וַיִּשָּׁבַע דָּוִד לֵאמֹר כֹּה יַעֲשֶׂה־לִּי אֱלֹהִים וְכֹה יֹסִיף כִּי אִם־לִפְנֵי בוֹא־הַשֶּׁמֶשׁ אֶטְעַם־לֶחֶם אוֹ כָל־מְאוּמָה

 3:35 waYävo khäl-hääm l'hav'rôt et-Däwid lechem B'ôd haYôm waYiSHäva Däwid lëmor Koh yaáseh-Liy élohiym w'khoh yošiyf Kiy im-lif'nëy vô-haSHemesh eţ'am-lechem ô khäl-m'ûmäh

 3:35 And when all 3605 the people 5971 came 935 z8799 to cause y1262 z0 x853 Däwiđ דָּוִד 1732 to eat 1262 z8687 meat 3899 while it was yet 5750 day, 3117 Däwiđ דָּוִד 1732 sware, 7650 z8735 saying, 559 z8800 So x3541 do 6213 z8799 ´Élöhîm אֱלֹהִים 430 to me, and more x3254 also, y3254 z8686 x3541 if x3588 x518 I taste 2938 z8799 bread, 3899 or x176 ought y3972 else, x3605 x3972 till 6440 the sun 8121 be down. 935 z8800

וְכָל־הָעָם הִכִּירוּ וַיִּיטַב בְּעֵינֵיהֶם כְּכֹל אֲשֶׁר עָשָׂה הַמֶּלֶךְ בְּעֵינֵי כָל־הָעָם טוֹב

 3:36 w'khäl-hääm hiKiyrû waYiyţav B'ëynëyhem K'khol ásher äsäh haMelekh' B'ëynëy khäl-hääm ţôv

 3:36 And all x3605 the people 5971 took notice 5234 z8689 [of it], and it pleased y3190 z8799 y5869 them: x3190 x5869 as whatsoever x3605 x834 the king 4428 did 6213 z8804 pleased 5869 y2896 x2895 all x3605 the people. 5971

וַיֵּדְעוּ כָל־הָעָם וְכָל־יִשְׂרָאֵל בַּיּוֹם הַהוּא כִּי לֹא הָיְתָה מֵהַמֶּלֶךְ לְהָמִית אֶת־אַבְנֵר בֶּן־נֵר פ

 3:37 waYëd'û khäl-hääm w'khäl-yis'räël BaYôm hahû Kiy lo häy'täh mëhaMelekh' l'hämiyt et-av'nër Ben-nër f

 3:37 For all x3605 the people 5971 and all x3605 Yiŝrä´ël יִשׂרָאֵל 3478 understood 3045 z8799 that x1931 day 3117 that x3588 it was x1961 not x3808 of the king 4428 x4480 to slay 4191 z8687 ´Avnër אַבנֵר 74 the son 1121 of Nër נֵר. 5369

וַיֹּאמֶר הַמֶּלֶךְ אֶל־עֲבָדָיו הֲלוֹא תֵדְעוּ כִּי־שַׂר וְגָדוֹל נָפַל הַיּוֹם הַזֶּה בְּיִשְׂרָאֵל

 3:38 waYomer haMelekh' el-ávädäyw hálô tëd'û Kiy-sar w'gädôl näfal haYôm haZeh B'yis'räël

 3:38 And the king 4428 said 559 z8799 unto x413 his servants, 5650 Know 3045 z8799 ye not x3808 that x3588 there is a prince 8269 and a great man 1419 fallen 5307 z8804 this x2088 day 3117 in Yiŝrä´ël יִשׂרָאֵל? 3478

וְאָנֹכִי הַיּוֹם רַךְ וּמָשׁוּחַ מֶלֶךְ וְהָאֲנָשִׁים הָאֵלֶּה בְּנֵי צְרוּיָה קָשִׁים מִמֶּנִּי יְשַׁלֵּם יְהוָה לְעֹשֵׂה הָרָעָה כְּרָעָתוֹ פ

 3:39 w'änokhiy haYôm rakh' ûmäshûªch melekh' w'häánäshiym häëLeh B'nëy tz'rûyäh qäshiym miMeNiy y'shaLëm y'hwäh l'osëh härääh K'räätô f
