וַיֹּאמֶר אוּרִיָּה אֶל־דָּוִד הָאָרוֹן וְיִשְׂרָאֵל וִיהוּדָה יֹשְׁבִים בַּסֻּכּוֹת וַאדֹנִי יוֹאָב וְעַבְדֵי אֲדֹנִי עַל־פְּנֵי הַשָּׂדֶה חֹנִים וַאֲנִי אָבוֹא אֶל־בֵּיתִי לֶאֱכֹל וְלִשְׁתּוֹת וְלִשְׁכַּב עִם־אִשְׁתִּי חַיֶּךָ וְחֵי נַפְשֶׁךָ אִם־אֶעֱשֶׂה אֶת־הַדָּבָר הַזֶּה

 11:11 And ´Ûriyyà אוּרִיָּה 223 said 559 z8799 unto x413 Däwiđ דָּוִד, 1732 The ark, 727 and Yiŝrä´ël יִשׂרָאֵל, 3478 and Yæhûđà יְהוּדָה, 3063 abide 3427 z8802 in tents; 5521 and my ´áđôn אֲדוֹן 113 Yô´äv יוֹאָב, 3097 and the servants 5650 of my ´áđôn אֲדוֹן, 113 are encamped 2583 z8802 in x5921 the open 6440 fields; 7704 shall I 589 then go 935 z8799 into x413 mine house, 1004 to eat 398 z8800 and to drink, 8354 z8800 and to lie 7901 z8800 with x5973 my wife? 802 [as] thou livest, 2416 and [as] thy soul 5315 liveth, 2416 I will not do 6213 z8799 x853 this x2088 thing. 1697

וַיֹּאמֶר דָּוִד אֶל־אוּרִיָּה שֵׁב בָּזֶה גַּם־הַיּוֹם וּמָחָר אֲשַׁלְּחֶךָּ וַיֵּשֶׁב אוּרִיָּה בִירוּשָׁלִַם בַּיּוֹם הַהוּא וּמִמָּחֳרָת

 11:12 And Däwiđ דָּוִד 1732 said 559 z8799 to x413 ´Ûriyyà אוּרִיָּה, 223 Tarry 3427 z8798 here x2088 to day 3117 also, x1571 and to morrow 4279 I will let thee depart. 7971 z8762 So ´Ûriyyà אוּרִיָּה 223 abode 3427 z8799 in Yærûšälaim יְרוּשָׁלִַם 3389 that x1931 day, 3117 and the morrow. 4283 x4480

 11:13 And when Däwiđ דָּוִד 1732 had called 7121 z8799 him, he did eat 398 z8799 and drink 8354 z8799 before 6440 him; and he made him drunk: 7937 z8762 and at even 6153 he went out 3318 z8799 to lie 7901 z8800 on his bed 4904 with x5973 the servants 5650 of his ´áđôn אֲדוֹן, 113 but went x3381 not x3808 down y3381 z8804 to x413 his house. 1004

וַיְהִי בַבֹּקֶר וַיִּכְתֹּב דָּוִד סֵפֶר אֶל־יוֹאָב וַיִּשְׁלַח בְּיַד אוּרִיָּה

וַיִּכְתֹּב בַּסֵּפֶר לֵאמֹר הָבוּ אֶת־אוּרִיָּה אֶל־מוּל פְּנֵי הַמִּלְחָמָה הַחֲזָקָה וְשַׁבְתֶּם מֵאַחֲרָיו וְנִכָּה וָמֵת ס

וַיֹּאמֶר הַמַּלְאָךְ אֶל־דָּוִד כִּי־גָבְרוּ עָלֵינוּ הָאֲנָשִׁים וַיֵּצְאוּ אֵלֵינוּ הַשָּׂדֶה וַנִּהְיֶה עֲלֵיהֶם עַד־פֶּתַח הַשָּׁעַר

וַיֹּאמֶר דָּוִד אֶל־הַמַּלְאָךְ כֹּה־תֹאמַר אֶל־יוֹאָב אַל־יֵרַע בְּעֵינֶיךָ אֶת־הַדָּבָר הַזֶּה כִּי־כָזֹה וְכָזֶה תֹּאכַל הֶחָרֶב הַחֲזֵק מִלְחַמְתְּךָ אֶל־הָעִיר וְהָרְסָהּ וְחַזְּקֵהוּ

 11:25 Then Däwiđ דָּוִד 1732 said 559 z8799 unto x413 the messenger, 4397 Thus x3541 shalt thou say 559 z8799 unto x413 Yô´äv יוֹאָב, 3097 Let not x408 x853 this x2088 thing 1697 displease 3415 5869 z8799 thee, for x3588 the sword 2719 devoureth 398 z8799 one x2088 as well as another: 2090 make thy battle 4421 more strong 2388 z8685 against x413 the city, 5892 and overthrow 2040 z8798 it: and encourage 2388 z8761 thou him.

וַתִּשְׁמַע אֵשֶׁת אוּרִיָּה כִּי־מֵת אוּרִיָּה אִישָׁהּ וַתִּסְפֹּד עַל־בַּעְלָהּ
