בִּרְבוֹת צַדִּיקִים יִשְׂמַח הָעָם וּבִמְשֹׁל רָשָׁע יֵאָנַח עָם

 29:2 Bir'vôt tzaDiyqiym yis'mach hääm ûvim'shol räshä yëänach äm

 29:2 When the righteous 6662 are in authority, 7235 z8800 the people 5971 rejoice: 8055 z8799 but when the wicked 7563 beareth rule, 4910 z8800 the people 5971 mourn. 584 z8735

אִישׁ־אֹהֵב חָכְמָה יְשַׂמַּח אָבִיו וְרֹעֶה זוֹנוֹת יְאַבֶּד־הוֹן
