וַיֹּאמֶר יְהוָה אֶל־יְהוֹשֻׁעַ רְאֵה נָתַתִּי בְיָדְךָ אֶת־יְרִיחוֹ וְאֶת־מַלְכָּהּ גִּבּוֹרֵי הֶחָיִל

וְסַבֹּתֶם אֶת־הָעִיר כֹּל אַנְשֵׁי הַמִּלְחָמָה הַקֵּיף אֶת־הָעִיר פַּעַם אֶחָת כֹּה תַעֲשֶׂה שֵׁשֶׁת יָמִים

 6:3 w'šaBotem et-häiyr Kol an'shëy haMil'chämäh haQëyf et-häiyr Paam echät Koh taáseh shëshet yämiym

 6:4 And seven 7651 priests 3548 shall bear 5375 z8799 before 6440 the ark 727 seven 7651 trumpets 7782 of rams' horns: 3104 and the seventh 7637 day 3117 ye shall compass 5437 z8799 x853 the city 5892 seven 7651 times, 6471 and the priests 3548 shall blow 8628 z8799 with the trumpets. 7782

וְהָיָה בִּמְשֹׁךְ בְּקֶרֶן הַיּוֹבֵל *בְּשָׁמְעֲכֶם [כְּשָׁמְעֲכֶם] אֶת־קוֹל הַשּׁוֹפָר יָרִיעוּ כָל־הָעָם תְּרוּעָה גְדוֹלָה וְנָפְלָה חוֹמַת הָעִיר תַּחְתֶּיהָ וְעָלוּ הָעָם אִישׁ נֶגְדּוֹ

*וַיֹּאמְרוּ [וַיֹּאמֶר] אֶל־הָעָם עִבְרוּ וְסֹבּוּ אֶת־הָעִיר וְהֶחָלוּץ יַעֲבֹר לִפְנֵי אֲרוֹן יְהוָה

וְאֶת־הָעָם צִוָּה יְהוֹשֻׁעַ לֵאמֹר לֹא תָרִיעוּ וְלֹא־תַשְׁמִיעוּ אֶת־קוֹלְכֶם וְלֹא־יֵצֵא מִפִּיכֶם דָּבָר עַד יוֹם אָמְרִי אֲלֵיכֶם הָרִיעוּ וַהֲרִיעֹתֶם

וַיַּסֵּב אֲרוֹן־יְהוָה אֶת־הָעִיר הַקֵּף פַּעַם אֶחָת וַיָּבֹאוּ הַמַּחֲנֶה וַיָּלִינוּ בַּמַּחֲנֶה פ

וַיַּשְׁכֵּם יְהוֹשֻׁעַ בַּבֹּקֶר וַיִּשְׂאוּ הַכֹּהֲנִים אֶת־אֲרוֹן יְהוָה

 6:13 And seven 7651 priests 3548 bearing 5375 z8802 seven 7651 trumpets 7782 of rams' horns 3104 before 6440 the ark 727 of Yähwè יָהוֶה 3068 went on y1980 z8802 continually, 1980 z8800 and blew 8628 z8804 with the trumpets: 7782 and the armed men 2502 z8803 went 1980 z8802 before 6440 them; but the rereward 622 z8764 came 1980 z8802 after 310 the ark 727 of Yähwè יָהוֶה, 3068 [the priests] going on, 1980 z8800 and blowing 8628 z8800 with the trumpets. 7782

וַיָּסֹבּוּ אֶת־הָעִיר בַּיּוֹם הַשֵּׁנִי פַּעַם אַחַת וַיָּשֻׁבוּ הַמַּחֲנֶה כֹּה עָשׂוּ שֵׁשֶׁת יָמִים

וְהָיְתָה הָעִיר חֵרֶם הִיא וְכָל־אֲשֶׁר־בָּהּ לַיהוָה רַק רָחָב הַזּוֹנָה תִּחְיֶה הִיא וְכָל־אֲשֶׁר אִתָּהּ בַּבַּיִת כִּי הֶחְבְּאַתָה אֶת־הַמַּלְאָכִים אֲשֶׁר שָׁלָחְנוּ

 6:17 ¶ And the city 5892 shall be x1961 accursed, 2764 [even] it, x1931 and all x3605 that x834 [are] therein, to Yähwè יָהוֶה: 3068 only x7535 Räçäv רָחָב 7343 the harlot 2181 z8802 shall live, 2421 z8799 she x1931 and all x3605 that x834 [are] with x854 her in the house, 1004 because x3588 she hid 2244 z8689 x853 the messengers 4397 that x834 we sent. 7971 z8804

וְרַק־אַתֶּם שִׁמְרוּ מִן־הַחֵרֶם פֶּן־תַּחֲרִימוּ וּלְקַחְתֶּם מִן־הַחֵרֶם וְשַׂמְתֶּם אֶת־מַחֲנֵה יִשְׂרָאֵל לְחֵרֶם וַעֲכַרְתֶּם אוֹתוֹ

וְכֹל כֶּסֶף וְזָהָב וּכְלֵי נְחֹשֶׁת וּבַרְזֶל קֹדֶשׁ הוּא לַיהוָה אוֹצַר יְהוָה יָבוֹא

 6:19 w'khol Kešef w'zähäv ûkh'lëy n'choshet ûvar'zel qodesh hû layhwäh ôtzar y'hwäh yävô

 6:19 But all x3605 the silver, 3701 and gold, 2091 and vessels 3627 of brass 5178 and iron, 1270 [are] consecrated 6944 unto Yähwè יָהוֶה: 3068 they shall come 935 z8799 into the treasury 214 of Yähwè יָהוֶה. 3068

וַיָּרַע הָעָם וַיִּתְקְעוּ בַּשֹּׁפָרוֹת וַיְהִי כִשְׁמֹעַ הָעָם אֶת־קוֹל הַשּׁוֹפָר וַיָּרִיעוּ הָעָם תְּרוּעָה גְדוֹלָה וַתִּפֹּל הַחוֹמָה תַּחְתֶּיהָ וַיַּעַל הָעָם הָעִירָה אִישׁ נֶגְדּוֹ וַיִּלְכְּדוּ אֶת־הָעִיר

 6:20 So the people 5971 shouted 7321 z8686 when [the priests] blew 8628 z8799 with the trumpets: 7782 and it came to pass, x1961 when the people 5971 heard 8085 z8800 x853 the sound 6963 of the trumpet, 7782 and the people 5971 shouted 7321 z8686 with a great 1419 shout, 8643 that the wall 2346 fell down x5307 flat, y5307 z8799 x8478 so that the people 5971 went up 5927 z8799 into the city, 5892 every man 376 straight before x5048 him, and they took 3920 z8799 x853 the city. 5892

וַיַּחֲרִימוּ אֶת־כָּל־אֲשֶׁר בָּעִיר מֵאִישׁ וְעַד־אִשָּׁה מִנַּעַר וְעַד־זָקֵן וְעַד שׁוֹר וָשֶׂה וַחֲמוֹר לְפִי־חָרֶב

 6:21 waYacháriymû et-Käl-ásher Bäiyr mëiysh w'ad-iSHäh miNaar w'ad-zäqën w'ad shôr wäseh wachámôr l'fiy-chärev

 6:22 But Yæhôšuå` יְהוֹשֻׁעַ 3091 had said 559 z8804 unto the two 8147 men y582 x376 that had spied out 7270 z8764 x853 the country, 776 Go y935 z8798 into x935 the harlot's 2181 z8802 x802 house, 1004 and bring out 3318 z8685 thence x4480 x8033 x853 the woman, 802 and all x3605 that x834 she hath, as x834 ye sware 7650 z8738 unto her.

וַיָּבֹאוּ הַנְּעָרִים הַמְרַגְּלִים וַיֹּצִיאוּ אֶת־רָחָב וְאֶת־אָבִיהָ וְאֶת־אִמָּהּ וְאֶת־אַחֶיהָ וְאֶת־כָּל־אֲשֶׁר־לָהּ וְאֵת כָּל־מִשְׁפְּחוֹתֶיהָ הוֹצִיאוּ וַיַּנִּיחוּם מִחוּץ לְמַחֲנֵה יִשְׂרָאֵל

וְאֶת־רָחָב הַזּוֹנָה וְאֶת־בֵּית אָבִיהָ וְאֶת־כָּל־אֲשֶׁר־לָהּ הֶחֱיָה יְהוֹשֻׁעַ וַתֵּשֶׁב בְּקֶרֶב יִשְׂרָאֵל עַד הַיּוֹם הַזֶּה כִּי הֶחְבִּיאָה אֶת־הַמַּלְאָכִים אֲשֶׁר־שָׁלַח יְהוֹשֻׁעַ לְרַגֵּל אֶת־יְרִיחוֹ פ

 6:25 w'et-rächäv haZônäh w'et-Bëyt äviyhä w'et-Käl-ásher-läH hechéyäh y'hôshuª waTëshev B'qerev yis'räël ad haYôm haZeh Kiy hech'Biyäh et-haMal'äkhiym ásher-shälach y'hôshuª l'raGël et-y'riychô f
