וַיַּעֲלוּ־לָהּ סַרְנֵי פְלִשְׁתִּים שִׁבְעָה יְתָרִים לַחִים אֲשֶׁר לֹא־חֹרָבוּ וַתַּאַסְרֵהוּ בָּהֶם

וַיֹּאמֶר אֵלֶיהָ אִם־אָסוֹר יַאַסְרוּנִי בַּעֲבֹתִים חֲדָשִׁים אֲשֶׁר לֹא־נַעֲשָׂה בָהֶם מְלָאכָה וְחָלִיתִי וְהָיִיתִי כְּאַחַד הָאָדָם

 16:11 And he said 559 z8799 unto x413 her, If x518 they bind y631 z8799 me fast 631 z8800 with new 2319 ropes 5688 that x834 never x3808 were occupied, 4399 6213 z8738 then shall I be weak, 2470 z8804 and be x1961 as another 259 man. 120

וַתִּקַּח דְּלִילָה עֲבֹתִים חֲדָשִׁים וַתַּאַסְרֵהוּ בָהֶם וַתֹּאמֶר אֵלָיו פְּלִשְׁתִּים עָלֶיךָ שִׁמְשׁוֹן וְהָאֹרֵב יֹשֵׁב בֶּחָדֶר וַיְנַתְּקֵם מֵעַל זְרֹעֹתָיו כַּחוּט

 16:12 waTiQach D'liyläh ávotiym chádäshiym waTaaš'rëhû vähem waTomer ëläyw P'lish'Tiym äleykhä shim'shôn w'häorëv yoshëv Bechäder way'naT'qëm mëal z'rootäyw Kachûţ

 16:12 Dælîlà דְּלִילָה 1807 therefore took 3947 z8799 new 2319 ropes, 5688 and bound 631 z8799 him therewith, and said 559 z8799 unto x413 him, The Pælištîm פְּלִשׁתִּים 6430 [be] upon x5921 thee, Šimšôn שִׁמשׁוֹן. 8123 And [there were] liers in wait 693 z8802 abiding 3427 z8802 in the chamber. 2315 And he brake 5423 z8762 them from off x4480 x5921 his arms 2220 like a thread. 2339

 16:13 And Dælîlà דְּלִילָה 1807 said 559 z8799 unto x413 Šimšôn שִׁמשׁוֹן, 8123 Hitherto 2008 x5704 thou hast mocked 2048 z8765 me, and told 1696 z8762 x413 me lies: y3577 x3576 tell 5046 z8685 me wherewith x4100 thou mightest be bound. 631 z8735 And he said 559 z8799 unto x413 her, If x518 thou weavest 707 z8799 x853 the seven 7651 locks 4253 of my head 7218 with x5973 the web. 4545

וַתִּתְקַע בַּיָּתֵד וַתֹּאמֶר אֵלָיו פְּלִשְׁתִּים עָלֶיךָ שִׁמְשׁוֹן וַיִּיקַץ מִשְּׁנָתוֹ וַיִּסַּע אֶת־הַיְתַד הָאֶרֶג וְאֶת־הַמַּסָּכֶת

 16:14 waTit'qa BaYätëd waTomer ëläyw P'lish'Tiym äleykhä shim'shôn waYiyqatz miSH'nätô waYiŠa et-hay'tad häereg w'et-haMaŠäkhet

 16:14 And she fastened 8628 z8799 [it] with the pin, 3489 and said 559 z8799 unto x413 him, The Pælištîm פְּלִשׁתִּים 6430 [be] upon x5921 thee, Šimšôn שִׁמשׁוֹן. 8123 And he awaked 3364 z8799 out of his sleep, 8142 x4480 and went away 5265 z8799 x853 with the pin 3489 of the beam, 708 and with the web. 4545

 16:15 ¶ And she said 559 z8799 unto x413 him, How 349 canst thou say, 559 z8799 I love 157 z8804 thee, when thine heart 3820 [is] not x369 with x854 me? thou hast mocked 2048 z8765 me these three 7969 times, 6471 and hast not x3808 told 5046 z8689 me wherein x4100 thy great 1419 strength 3581 [lieth].

וַיְהִי כִּי־הֵצִיקָה לּוֹ בִדְבָרֶיהָ כָּל־הַיָּמִים וַתְּאַלֲצֵהוּ וַתִּקְצַר נַפְשׁוֹ לָמוּת

וַיְהִי *כִּי *טוֹב [כְּטוֹב] לִבָּם וַיֹּאמְרוּ קִרְאוּ לְשִׁמְשׁוֹן וִישַׂחֶק־לָנוּ וַיִּקְרְאוּ לְשִׁמְשׁוֹן מִבֵּית *הָאֲסִירִים [הָאֲסוּרִים] וַיְצַחֵק לִפְנֵיהֶם וַיַּעֲמִידוּ אוֹתוֹ בֵּין הָעַמּוּדִים

וְהַבַּיִת מָלֵא הָאֲנָשִׁים וְהַנָּשִׁים וְשָׁמָּה כֹּל סַרְנֵי פְלִשְׁתִּים וְעַל־הַגָּג כִּשְׁלֹשֶׁת אֲלָפִים אִישׁ וְאִשָּׁה הָרֹאִים בִּשְׂחוֹק שִׁמְשׁוֹן

 16:27 w'haBayit mälë häánäshiym w'haNäshiym w'shäMäh Kol šar'nëy f'lish'Tiym w'al-haGäg Kish'loshet áläfiym iysh w'iSHäh häroiym Bis'chôq shim'shôn

 16:28 waYiq'rä shim'shôn el-y'hwäh waYomar ádonäy yéhôih zäkh'rëniy nä w'chaZ'qëniy nä akh' haPaam haZeh häélohiym w'iNäq'mäh n'qam-achat miSH'tëy ëynay miP'lish'Tiym

 16:30 waYomer shim'shôn Tämôt naf'shiy im-P'lish'Tiym waYëţ B'khoªch waYiPol haBayit al-haŠ'räniym w'al-Käl-hääm ásher-Bô waYih'yû haMëtiym ásher hëmiyt B'môtô raBiym mëásher hëmiyt B'chaYäyw

 16:30 And Šimšôn שִׁמשׁוֹן 8123 said, 559 z8799 Let me x5315 die 4191 z8799 y5315 with x5973 the Pælištîm פְּלִשׁתִּים. 6430 And he bowed 5186 z8799 himself with [all his] might; 3581 and the house 1004 fell 5307 z8799 upon x5921 the lords, 5633 and upon x5921 all x3605 the people 5971 that x834 [were] therein.
