 43:1 ¶ [[A Psalm of David.]] Judge me, o God, and plead my cause, against an ungodly nation: deliver me from the unjust and crafty man.

 43:1 ¶ Judge°° me, O Elohim,° and plead°° my cause° against an ungodly°° nation:°° O deliver°° me from the deceitful° and unjust° man.°°

 43:2 For thou, O God, art my strength: wherefore hast thou cast me off? and why do I go sad of countenance, while the enemy oppresses [me]?

 43:2 For° thou° [art] the Elohim° of my strength:° why° dost thou cast me off?°° why° go°° I mourning°° because of the oppression° of the enemy?°°

 43:3 Send forth thy light and thy truth: they have led me, and brought me to thy holy mountain, and to thy tabernacles.

 43:3 O send out°° thy light° and thy truth:° let them° lead°° me; let them bring°° me unto° thy holy° hill,° and to° thy tabernacles.°

 43:4 And I will go in to the altar of God, to God who gladdens my youth: I will give thanks to thee on the harp, O God, my God.

 43:4 Then will I go°° unto° the altar° of Elohim,° unto° El° my exceeding° joy:° yea, upon the harp° will I praise°° thee, O Elohim° my Elohim.°

 43:5 Wherefore art thou very sad, O my soul? and wherefore dost thou trouble me? Hope in God; for I will give thanks to him, [who is] the health of my countenance, [and] my God.

 43:5 Why° art thou cast down,°° O my soul?° and why° art thou disquieted°° within° me? hope°° in Elohim:° for° I shall yet° praise°° him, [who is] the health° of my countenance,° and my Elohim.°
