1 Two and forty journeys of the Israelites. 50 The Canaanites are to be destroyed.

 33:1 These 428 are the journeys 4550 of the sons 1121 of Israel 3478, by which 834 they came 3318 out from the land 776 of Egypt 4714 by their armies 6635, under the leadership 3027 of Moses 4872 and Aaron 175.

 33:2 Moses 4872 recorded 3789 their starting 4161 places 4161 according to their journeys 4550 by the command 6310 of the LORD 3068, and these 428 are their journeys 4550 according to their starting 4161 places 4161.

 33:3 They journeyed 5265 from Rameses 7486 in the first 7223 month 2320, on the fifteenth 2568 6240 day 3117 of the first 7223 month 2320; on the next 4283 day 4283 after 4480 the Passover 6453 the sons 1121 of Israel 3478 started 3318 out boldly 7311 3027 in the sight 5869 of all 3605 the Egyptians 4714,

 33:4 while the Egyptians 4714 were burying 6912 all 3605 their firstborn 1060 whom 834 the LORD 3068 had struck 5221 down 5221 among them. The LORD 3068 had also executed 6213a judgments 8201 on their gods 430.

 33:9 They journeyed 5265 from Marah 4785 and came 935 to Elim 362; and in Elim 362 there were twelve 8147 6240 springs 5871a of water 4325 and seventy 7657 palm 8558 trees 8558, and they camped 2583 there 8033.

 33:10 They journeyed 5265 from Elim 362 and camped 2583 by the Red 5488 3220 Sea 3220.

 33:38 ¶ Then Aaron 175 the priest 3548 went 5927 up to Mount 2022 Hor 2023 at the command 6310 of the LORD 3068, and died 4191 there 8033 in the fortieth 705 year 8141 after the sons 1121 of Israel 3478 had come 3318 from the land 776 of Egypt 4714, on the first 259 [day] in the fifth 2549 month 2320.

 33:39 Aaron 175 was one hundred 3967 twenty-three 6242 7969 years 8141 old 1121 when he died 4194 on Mount 2022 Hor 2023.

 33:40 ¶ Now the Canaanite 3669a, the king 4428 of Arad 6166a who 1931 lived 3427 in the Negev 5045 in the land 776 of Canaan 3667a, heard 8085 of the coming 935 of the sons 1121 of Israel 3478.

 33:50 ¶ Then the LORD 3068 spoke 1696 to Moses 4872 in the plains 6160 of Moab 4124 by the Jordan 3383 [opposite] Jericho 3405, saying 559,

 33:51 “Speak 1696 to the sons 1121 of Israel 3478 and say 559 to them, ‘When 3588 you cross 5674a over 5674a the Jordan 3383 into the land 776 of Canaan 3667a,

 33:52 then you shall drive 3423 out all 3605 the inhabitants 3427 of the land 776 from before 6440 you, and destroy 6 all 3605 their figured 4906 stones 4906, and destroy 6 all 3605 their molten 4541a images 4541a and demolish 8045 all 3605 their high 1116 places 1116;

 33:53 and you shall take 3423 possession 3423 of the land 776 and live 3427 in it, for I have given 5414 the land 776 to you to possess 3423 it.

 33:54 ‘You shall inherit 5157 the land 776 by lot 1486 according to your families 4940; to the larger 7227a you shall give 7235a more 7235a inheritance 5159, and to the smaller 4592 you shall give 4591 less 4591 inheritance 5159. Wherever 413 834 8033 the lot 1486 falls 3318 to anyone, that shall be his. You shall inherit 5157 according to the tribes 4294 of your fathers 1.

 33:55 ‘But if 518 you do not drive 3423 out the inhabitants 3427 of the land 776 from before 6440 you, then it shall come 1961 about that those whom 834 you let 3498 remain 3498 of them [will become] as pricks 7899 in your eyes 5869 and as thorns 6796 in your sides 6654, and they will trouble 6887c you in the land 776 in which 834 you live 3427.

 33:56 ‘And as I plan 1819 to do 6213a to them, so I will do 6213a to you.’”
