And Yahweh spake unto Mosheh, saying, |

unto°
´Ahárön
אַהֲרֹן,°
and say°°
unto°
him, When thou lightest°°°
the lamps,°
the seven°
lamps°
shall give light°°
over against°°°
the candlestick.° |

Speak unto Aharon, and say unto him, When thou lightest the lamps, the seven lamps shall give light over against the candlestick. |
|

And
´Ahárön
אַהֲרֹן°
did°°
so;°
he lighted°°
the lamps°
thereof over against°°°
the candlestick,°
as°
Yähwè
יָהוֶה°
commanded°°°
Möšè
מֹשֶׁה.° |

And Aharon did so; he lighted the lamps thereof over against the candlestick, as Yahweh commanded Mosheh. |

8:4
And this°
work°
of the candlestick°
[was of] beaten°
gold,°
unto°
the shaft°
thereof, unto°
the flowers°
thereof, [was] beaten work:°
according unto the pattern°
which°
Yähwè
יָהוֶה°
had shewed°°°
Möšè
מֹשֶׁה,°
so°
he made°°°
the candlestick.° |

8:4
And this work of the candlestick [was of] beaten gold, unto the shaft thereof, unto the flowers thereof, [was] beaten work: according unto the pattern which Yahweh had shewed Mosheh, so he made the candlestick. |

And Yahweh spake unto Mosheh, saying, |

the
Læwiyyim
לְוִיִּם°
from among°°
the children°
of
Yiŝrä´ël
יִשׂרָאֵל,°
and cleanse°°
them. |
|
8:6
Take the Lewiyyim from among the children of Yisrael, and cleanse them. |
|
8:7
And thus°
shalt thou do°°
unto them, to cleanse°°
them: Sprinkle°°
water°
of purifying°
upon°
them, and let them shave°°°°
all°
their flesh,°
and let them wash°°
their clothes,°
and [so] make themselves clean.°° |

And thus shalt thou do unto them, to cleanse them: Sprinkle water of purifying upon them, and let them shave all their flesh, and let them wash their clothes, and [so] make themselves clean. |

Then let them take°°
a young°°
bullock°
with his meat offering,°
[even] fine flour°
mingled°°
with oil,°
and another°
young°°
bullock°
shalt thou take°°
for a sin offering.° |

Then let them take a young bullock with his meat offering, [even] fine flour mingled with oil, and another young bullock shalt thou take for a sin offering. |
|

And thou shalt bring°°°
the
Læwiyyim
לְוִיִּם°
before°
the tabernacle°
of the congregation:°
and thou shalt gather°°°
the whole°
assembly°
of the children°
of
Yiŝrä´ël
יִשׂרָאֵל°
together:°° |

And thou shalt bring the Lewiyyim before the tabernacle of the congregation: and thou shalt gather the whole assembly of the children of Yisrael together: |

And thou shalt bring°°°
the
Læwiyyim
לְוִיִּם°
before°
Yähwè
יָהוֶה:°
and the children°
of
Yiŝrä´ël
יִשׂרָאֵל°
shall put°°°
their hands°
upon°
the
Læwiyyim
לְוִיִּם:° |

And thou shalt bring the Lewiyyim before Yahweh: and the children of Yisrael shall put their hands upon the Lewiyyim: |

8:11
And
´Ahárön
אַהֲרֹן°
shall offer°°°
the
Læwiyyim
לְוִיִּם°
before°
Yähwè
יָהוֶה°
[for] an offering°
of°°
the children°
of
Yiŝrä´ël
יִשׂרָאֵל,°
that they may execute°°°°
the service°
of
Yähwè
יָהוֶה.° |

8:11
And Aharon shall offer the Lewiyyim before Yahweh [for] an offering of the children of Yisrael, that they may execute the service of Yahweh. |
|
8:12
And the
Læwiyyim
לְוִיִּם°
shall lay°°°
their hands°
upon°
the heads°
of the bullocks:°
and thou shalt offer°°°
the one°
[for] a sin offering,°
and the other°
[for] a burnt offering,°
unto
Yähwè
יָהוֶה,°
to make an atonement°°
for°
the
Læwiyyim
לְוִיִּם.° |

8:12
And the Lewiyyim shall lay their hands upon the heads of the bullocks: and thou shalt offer the one [for] a sin offering, and the other [for] a burnt offering, unto Yahweh, to make an atonement for the Lewiyyim. |
|
8:13
And thou shalt set°°°
the
Læwiyyim
לְוִיִּם°
before°
´Ahárön
אַהֲרֹן,°
and before°
his sons,°
and offer°°
them [for] an offering°
unto
Yähwè
יָהוֶה.° |
|
8:13
And thou shalt set the Lewiyyim before Aharon, and before his sons, and offer them [for] an offering unto Yahweh. |
|
8:14
Thus shalt thou separate°°°
the
Læwiyyim
לְוִיִּם°
from among°°
the children°
of
Yiŝrä´ël
יִשׂרָאֵל:°
and the
Læwiyyim
לְוִיִּם°
shall be°
mine. |
|
8:14
Thus shalt thou separate the Lewiyyim from among the children of Yisrael: and the Lewiyyim shall be mine. |
|
8:15
And after°
that°
shall the
Læwiyyim
לְוִיִּם°
go in°°
to do the service°°°
of the tabernacle°
of the congregation:°
and thou shalt cleanse°°
them, and offer°°
them [for] an offering.° |
|
8:15
And after that shall the Lewiyyim go in to do the service of the tabernacle of the congregation: and thou shalt cleanse them, and offer them [for] an offering. |

8:16
For°
they°
[are] wholly given°°
unto me from among°°
the children°
of
Yiŝrä´ël
יִשׂרָאֵל;°
instead of°
such as open°
every°
womb,°
[even instead of] the firstborn°
of all°
the children°°
of
Yiŝrä´ël
יִשׂרָאֵל,°
have I taken°°
them unto me. |

For they [are] wholly given unto me from among the children of Yisrael; instead of such as open every womb, [even instead of] the firstborn of all the children of Yisrael, have I taken them unto me. |
|
8:17
For°
all°
the firstborn°
of the children°
of
Yiŝrä´ël
יִשׂרָאֵל°
[are] mine, [both] man°
and beast:°
on the day°
that I smote°°
every°
firstborn°
in the land°
of
Mixrayim
מִצרַיִם°
I sanctified°°
them for myself. |

For all the firstborn of the children of Yisrael [are] mine, [both] man and beast: on the day that I smote every firstborn in the land of Mitzrayim I sanctified them for myself. |
|
8:18
And I have taken°°°
the
Læwiyyim
לְוִיִּם°
for°
all°
the firstborn°
of the children°
of
Yiŝrä´ël
יִשׂרָאֵל.° |

And I have taken the Lewiyyim for all the firstborn of the children of Yisrael. |
|
8:19
And I have given°°°
the
Læwiyyim
לְוִיִּם°
[as] a gift°°
to
´Ahárön
אַהֲרֹן°
and to his sons°
from among°°
the children°
of
Yiŝrä´ël
יִשׂרָאֵל,°
to do°°°
the service°
of the children°
of
Yiŝrä´ël
יִשׂרָאֵל°
in the tabernacle°
of the congregation,°
and to make an atonement°°
for°
the children°
of
Yiŝrä´ël
יִשׂרָאֵל:°
that there be°
no°
plague°
among the children°
of
Yiŝrä´ël
יִשׂרָאֵל,°
when the children°
of
Yiŝrä´ël
יִשׂרָאֵל°
come nigh°°
unto°
the sanctuary.° |

8:19
And I have given the Lewiyyim [as] a gift to Aharon and to his sons from among the children of Yisrael, to do the service of the children of Yisrael in the tabernacle of the congregation, and to make an atonement for the children of Yisrael: that there be no plague among the children of Yisrael, when the children of Yisrael come nigh unto the sanctuary. |

concerning the
Læwiyyim
לְוִיִּם,°
so°
did°°
the children°
of
Yiŝrä´ël
יִשׂרָאֵל°
unto them. |

8:20
And Mosheh, and Aharon, and all the congregation of the children of Yisrael, did to the Lewiyyim according unto all that Yahweh commanded Mosheh concerning the Lewiyyim, so did the children of Yisrael unto them. |
|
8:21
And the
Læwiyyim
לְוִיִּם°
were purified,°°
and they washed°°
their clothes;°
and
´Ahárön
אַהֲרֹן°
offered°°
them [as] an offering°
before°
Yähwè
יָהוֶה;°
and
´Ahárön
אַהֲרֹן°
made an atonement°°
for°
them to cleanse°°
them. |

8:21
And the Lewiyyim were purified, and they washed their clothes; and Aharon offered them [as] an offering before Yahweh; and Aharon made an atonement for them to cleanse them. |
|
8:22
And after°
that°
went°°
the
Læwiyyim
לְוִיִּם°
in°°
to do°°°
their service°
in the tabernacle°
of the congregation°
before°
´Ahárön
אַהֲרֹן,°
and before°
his sons:°
as°
Yähwè
יָהוֶה°
had commanded°°°
Möšè
מֹשֶׁה°
concerning°
the
Læwiyyim
לְוִיִּם,°
so°
did°°
they unto them. |

8:22
And after that went the Lewiyyim in to do their service in the tabernacle of the congregation before Aharon, and before his sons: as Yahweh had commanded Mosheh concerning the Lewiyyim, so did they unto them. |
|
8:23 ¶

And Yahweh spake unto Mosheh, saying, |

This°
[is it] that°
[belongeth] unto the
Læwiyyim
לְוִיִּם:°
from twenty°
and five°
years°
old°°
and upward°
they shall go in°°
to wait°°°
upon°°
the service°
of the tabernacle°
of the congregation:° |

8:24
This [is it] that [belongeth] unto the Lewiyyim: from twenty and five years old and upward they shall go in to wait upon the service of the tabernacle of the congregation: |
|
8:25
And from the age°°
of fifty°
years°
they shall cease°°
waiting°
upon°°°
the service°
[thereof], and shall serve°°
no°
more:° |

8:25
And from the age of fifty years they shall cease waiting upon the service [thereof], and shall serve no more: |
|
8:26
But shall minister°°
with°
their brethren°
in the tabernacle°
of the congregation,°
to keep°°
the charge,°
and shall do°°
no°
service.°
Thus°
shalt thou do°°
unto the
Læwiyyim
לְוִיִּם°
touching their charge.° |

8:26
But shall minister with their brethren in the tabernacle of the congregation, to keep the charge, and shall do no service. Thus shalt thou do unto the Lewiyyim touching their charge. |
