Deuteronomy 10

1 God's mercy in restoring the two tables, 6 in continuing the priesthood, 8 in separating the tribe of Levi, 10 in hearkening unto Moses' suit for the people. 12 An exhortation unto obedience.

 10:1 “At that time 6256 the LORD 3068 said 559 to me, ‘Cut 6458 out for yourself two 8147 tablets 3871 of stone 68 like the former 7223 ones 7223, and come 5927 up to Me on the mountain 2022, and make 6213a an ark 727 of wood 6086 for yourself.

 10:2 ‘I will write 3789 on the tablets 3871 the words 1697 that were on the former 7223 tablets 3871 which 834 you shattered 7665, and you shall put 7760 them in the ark 727.’

 10:3 “So I made 6213a an ark 727 of acacia 7848 wood 6086 and cut 6458 out two 8147 tablets 3871 of stone 68 like the former 7223 ones 7223, and went 5927 up on the mountain 2022 with the two 8147 tablets 3871 in my hand 3027.

 10:4 “He wrote 3789 on the tablets 3871, like the former 7223 writing 4385, the Ten 6235 Commandments 1697 which 834 the LORD 3068 had spoken 1696 to you on the mountain 2022 from the midst 8432 of the fire 784 on the day 3117 of the assembly 6951; and the LORD 3068 gave 5414 them to me.

 10:5 “Then I turned 6437 and came 3381 down 3381 from the mountain 2022 and put 7760 the tablets 3871 in the ark 727 which 834 I had made 6213a; and there 8033 they are, as the LORD 3068 commanded 6680 me.”

 10:6 ¶ (Now the sons 1121 of Israel 3478 set 5265 out from Beeroth 885 Bene-jaakan 885 to Moserah 4149. There 8033 Aaron 175 died 4191 and there 8033 he was buried 6912 and Eleazar 499 his son 1121 ministered 3547 as priest 3547 in his place 8478.

 10:10 ¶ “I, moreover, stayed 5975 on the mountain 2022 forty 705 days 3117 and forty 705 nights 3915 like the first 7223 time 3117, and the LORD 3068 listened 8085 to me that time 6471 also 1571; the LORD 3068 was not willing 14 to destroy 7843 you.

 10:12 ¶ “Now 6258, Israel 3478, what 4100 does the LORD 3068 your God 430 require 7592 from you, but to fear 3372a the LORD 3068 your God 430, to walk 1980 in all 3605 His ways 1870 and love 157 Him, and to serve 5647 the LORD 3068 your God 430 with all 3605 your heart 3824 and with all 3605 your soul 5315,

 10:13 [and] to keep 8104 the LORD’S 3068 commandments 4687 and His statutes 2708 which 834 I am commanding 6680 you today 3117 for your good 2896b?

 10:14 “Behold 2005, to the LORD 3068 your God 430 belong heaven 8064 and the highest 8064 heavens 8064, the earth 776 and all 3605 that is in it.

 10:15 “Yet 7534 on your fathers 1 did the LORD 3068 set 2836a His affection 2836a to love 157 them, and He chose 977 their descendants 2233 after 310 them, [even] you above 4480 all 3605 peoples 5971a, as [it is] this 2088 day 3117.

 10:16 “So circumcise 4135 your heart 3824, and stiffen 7185 your neck 6203 no 3808 longer 5750.

 10:17 “For the LORD 3068 your God 430 is the God 430 of gods 430 and the Lord 136 of lords 113, the great 1419, the mighty 1368, and the awesome 3372a God 410 who 834 does not show 5375 partiality 5375 6440 nor 3808 take 3947 a bribe 7810.

 10:18 “He executes 6213a justice 4941 for the orphan 3490 and the widow 490, and shows 157 His love 157 for the alien 1616 by giving 5414 him food 3899 and clothing 8071.

 10:19 “So show 157 your love 157 for the alien 1616, for you were aliens 1616 in the land 776 of Egypt 4714.

 10:20 “You shall fear 3372a the LORD 3068 your God 430; you shall serve 5647 Him and cling 1692 to Him, and you shall swear 7650 by His name 8034.

 10:21 “He is your praise 8416 and He is your God 430, who 834 has done 6213a these 428 great 1419 and awesome 3372a things 3372a for you which 834 your eyes 5869 have seen 7200.

 10:22 “Your fathers 1 went 3381 down 3381 to Egypt 4714 seventy 7657 persons 5315 [in all], and now 6258 the LORD 3068 your God 430 has made 7760 you as numerous 7230 as the stars 3556 of heaven 8064.
