 45:1 ¶ The word° that° Yirmæyà יִרמְיָה° the prophet° spake°° unto° Bärûȼ בָּרוּך° the son° of Nëriyyà נֵרִיָּה,° when he had written°°° these° words° in° a book° at the mouth°° of Yirmæyà יִרמְיָה,° in the fourth° year° of Yæhôyäkîm יְהוֹיָקִים° the son° of Yö´šiyyà יֹאשִׁיָּה° king° of Yæhûđà יְהוּדָה,° saying,°°

 45:1 ¶ The word that Yirmeyah the prophet spake unto Barukh the son of Neriyyah, when he had written these words in a book at the mouth of Yirmeyah, in the fourth year of Yehoyaqim the son of Yoshiyyah king of Yehudah, saying,

 45:2 Thus° saith°° Yähwè יָהוֶה,° the ´Élöhîm אֱלֹהִים° of Yiŝrä´ël יִשׂרָאֵל,° unto° thee, O Bärûȼ בָּרוּך;°

 45:2 Thus saith Yahweh, the Elohim of Yisrael, unto thee, O Barukh;

 45:3 Thou didst say,°° Woe° is me now!° for° Yähwè יָהוֶה° hath added°° grief° to° my sorrow;° I fainted°° in my sighing,° and I find°° no° rest.°

 45:3 Thou didst say, Woe is me now! for Yahweh hath added grief to my sorrow; I fainted in my sighing, and I find no rest.

 45:4 ¶ Thus° shalt thou say°° unto° him, Yähwè יָהוֶה° saith°° thus;° Behold,° [that] which° I have built°° will I° break down,°° and that which° I have planted°° I° will pluck up,°° even this° whole° land.°

 45:4 ¶ Thus shalt thou say unto him, Yahweh saith thus; Behold, [that] which I have built will I break down, and that which I have planted I will pluck up, even this whole land.

 45:5 And seekest°° thou° great things° for thyself? seek°° [them] not:° for,° behold,° I will bring°° evil° upon° all° flesh,° saith°° Yähwè יָהוֶה:° but° thy life° will I give°° unto thee for a prey° in° all° places° whither°° thou goest.°°°

 45:5 And seekest thou great things for thyself? seek [them] not: for, behold, I will bring evil upon all flesh, saith Yahweh: but thy life will I give unto thee for a prey in all places whither thou goest.
