Then I looked,ºº
and, behold,º
inº
the firmamentº
thatº
was aboveº
the headº
of the cherubimsº
there appearedºº
overº
them as it were a sapphireº
stone,º
as the appearanceº
of the likenessº
of a throne.º |

10:1 ¶
Then I looked, and, behold, in the firmament that was above the head of the cherubims there appeared over them as it were a sapphire stone, as the appearance of the likeness of a throne. |

10:2
And he spakeºº
untoº
the manº
clothedºº
with linen,º
and said,ºº
Go inººº
betweenº
the wheels,º
[even] underº
the cherub,º
and fillºº
thine handº
with coalsº
of fireº
from betweenºº
the cherubims,º
and scatterºº
[them] overº
the city.º
And he wentº
inºº
in my sight.º |
10:2
And he spake unto the man clothed with linen, and said, Go in between the wheels, [even] under the cherub, and fill thine hand with coals of fire from between the cherubims, and scatter [them] over the city. And he went in in my sight. |

Now the cherubimsº
stoodºº
on the right sideºº
of the house,º
when the manº
went in;ºº
and the cloudº
filledºº
the innerºº
court.º |
10:3
Now the cherubims stood on the right side of the house, when the man went in; and the cloud filled the inner court. |

10:4
Then the gloryº
of
Yähwè
יָהוֶהº
went upºº
fromºº
the cherub,º
[and stood] overº
the thresholdº
of the house;º
and the houseº
was filledºº
withº
the cloud,º
and the courtº
was fullºº
ofº
the brightnessº
of
Yähwè's
יָהוֶהº
glory.º |
10:4
Then the glory of Yahweh went up from the cherub, [and stood] over the threshold of the house; and the house was filled with the cloud, and the court was full of the brightness of Yahweh's glory. |

And the soundº
of the cherubims'º
wingsº
was heardºº
[even] toº
the outerº
court,º
as the voiceº
of
´Ël
אֵלº
Šadday
שַׁדַּיº
when he speaketh.ºº |
10:5
And the sound of the cherubims' wings was heard [even] to the outer court, as the voice of El Shadday when he speaketh. |

And it came to pass,º
[that] when he had commandedººº
the manº
clothedºº
with linen,º
saying,ºº
Takeºº
fireº
from betweenºº
the wheels,º
from betweenºº
the cherubims;º
then he went in,ºº
and stoodºº
besideº
the wheels.º |
10:6
And it came to pass, [that] when he had commanded the man clothed with linen, saying, Take fire from between the wheels, from between the cherubims; then he went in, and stood beside the wheels. |

And [one] cherubº
stretched forthººº
his handº
from betweenºº
the cherubimsº
untoº
the fireº
thatº
[was] betweenº
the cherubims,º
and tookºº
[thereof], and putºº
[it] intoº
the handsº
of [him that was] clothedºº
with linen:º
who tookºº
[it], and went out.ºº |
10:7
And [one] cherub stretched forth his hand from between the cherubims unto the fire that [was] between the cherubims, and took [thereof], and put [it] into the hands of [him that was] clothed with linen: who took [it], and went out. |

And there appearedºº
in the cherubimsº
the formº
of a man'sº
handº
underº
their wings.º |
10:8 ¶
And there appeared in the cherubims the form of a man's hand under their wings. |

10:9
And when I looked,ºº
beholdº
the fourº
wheelsº
byº
the cherubims,º
oneº
wheelº
byº
oneº
cherub,º
and anotherº
wheelº
byº
anotherº
cherub:º
and the appearanceº
of the wheelsº
[was] as the colourº
of a berylº
stone.º |
10:9
And when I looked, behold the four wheels by the cherubims, one wheel by one cherub, and another wheel by another cherub: and the appearance of the wheels [was] as the colour of a beryl stone. |

And [as for] their appearances,º
they fourº
had oneº
likeness,º
as ifº
a wheelº
had beenº
in the midstº
of a wheel.º |
10:10
And [as for] their appearances, they four had one likeness, as if a wheel had been in the midst of a wheel. |

10:11
When they went,ººº
they wentººº
uponº
their fourº
sides;º
they turnedºº
notº
as they went,ººº
butº
to the placeº
whitherº
the headº
lookedºº
they followedºººº
it; they turnedºº
notº
as they went.ººº |
10:11
When they went, they went upon their four sides; they turned not as they went, but to the place whither the head looked they followed it; they turned not as they went. |

And their wholeº
body,º
and their backs,º
and their hands,º
and their wings,º
and the wheels,º
[were] fullº
of eyesº
round about,º
[even] the wheelsº
that they fourº
had. |
10:12
And their whole body, and their backs, and their hands, and their wings, and the wheels, [were] full of eyes round about, [even] the wheels that they four had. |

10:13
As for the wheels,º
it was criedºº
unto them in my hearing,º
O wheel.º |
10:13
As for the wheels, it was cried unto them in my hearing, O wheel. |
|
10:14
And every oneº
had fourº
faces:º
the firstº
faceº
[was] the faceº
of a cherub,º
and the secondº
faceº
[was] the faceº
of a man,º
and the thirdº
the faceº
of a lion,º
and the fourthº
the faceº
of an eagle.º |
10:14
And every one had four faces: the first face [was] the face of a cherub, and the second face [was] the face of a man, and the third the face of a lion, and the fourth the face of an eagle. |

10:15
And the cherubimsº
were lifted up.ºº
Thisº
[is] the living creatureº
thatº
I sawºº
by the riverº
of
Cævär
כְּבָר.º |
10:15
And the cherubims were lifted up. This [is] the living creature that I saw by the river of Kevar. |
|
10:16
And when the cherubimsº
went,ººº
the wheelsº
wentººº
byº
them:º
and when the cherubimsº
lifted upººº
their wingsº
to mount upºº
fromºº
the earth,º
the sameº
wheelsº
alsoºº
turnedºº
notº
from besideºº
them. |
10:16
And when the cherubims went, the wheels went by them: and when the cherubims lifted up their wings to mount up from the earth, the same wheels also turned not from beside them. |

When they stood,ºº
[these] stood;ºº
and when they were lifted up,ºº
[these] lifted upºº
themselves [also]: forº
the spiritº
of the living creatureº
[was] in them. |
10:17
When they stood, [these] stood; and when they were lifted up, [these] lifted up themselves [also]: for the spirit of the living creature [was] in them. |

Then the gloryº
of
Yähwè
יָהוֶהº
departedºº
from offºº
the thresholdº
of the house,º
and stoodºº
overº
the cherubims.º |
10:18
Then the glory of Yahweh departed from off the threshold of the house, and stood over the cherubims. |
|
10:19
And the cherubimsº
lifted upººº
their wings,º
and mounted upºº
fromº
the earthº
in my sight:º
when they went out,ºº
the wheelsº
also [were] besideº
them, and [every one] stoodºº
at the doorº
of the eastº
gateº
of
Yähwè's
יָהוֶהº
house;º
and the gloryº
of the
´Élöhîm
אֱלֹהִיםº
of
Yi$rä´ël
יִשׂרָאֵלº
[was] overº
them above.ºº |
10:19
And the cherubims lifted up their wings, and mounted up from the earth in my sight: when they went out, the wheels also [were] beside them, and [every one] stood at the door of the east gate of Yahweh's house; and the glory of the Elohim of Yisrael [was] over them above. |

thatº

אֱלֹהִיםº
of
Yi$rä´ël
יִשׂרָאֵלº
by the riverº
of
Cævär
כְּבָר;º
and I knewºº
thatº
theyº
[were] the cherubims.º |
10:20
This [is] the living creature that I saw under the Elohim of Yisrael by the river of Kevar; and I knew that they [were] the cherubims. |

Every oneº
had fourº
facesº
apiece,ººº
and every oneº
fourº
wings;º
and the likenessº
of the handsº
of a manº
[was] underº
their wings.º |
10:21
Every one had four faces apiece, and every one four wings; and the likeness of the hands of a man [was] under their wings. |

10:22
And the likenessº
of their facesº
[was] the sameº
facesº
whichº
I sawºº
byº
the riverº
of
Cævär
כְּבָר,º
their appearancesº
and themselves: they wentººº
every oneº
straightº
forward.ººº |
10:22
And the likeness of their faces [was] the same faces which I saw by the river of Kevar, their appearances and themselves: they went every one straight forward. |
