Τί οὖν τὸ περισσὸν τοῦ Ἰουδαίου, ἢ τίς ἡ ὠφελία τῆς περιτομῆς;
What-one accordingly the-one abouted of-the-one of-Iouda-belonged, or what-one the-one a-benefitting-unto of-the-one of-a-cutting-about?

 3:1 Τί "What-one" οὖν "accordingly" τὸ "the-one" περισσὸν "abouted" τοῦ "of-the-one" Ἰουδαίου, "of-Iouda-belonged," ἢ "or" τίς "what-one" ἡ "the-one" ὠφελία "a-benefitting-unto" τῆς "of-the-one" περιτομῆς; "of-a-cutting-about?"

πολὺ κατὰ πάντα τρόπον. πρῶτον μὲν [γὰρ] ὅτι ἐπιστεύθησαν τὰ λόγια τοῦ θεοῦ.
Much down to-all to-a-turn. To-most-before indeed [therefore] to-which-a-one they-were-trusted-of to-the-ones to-fortheelets of-the-one of-a-Deity.

εἰ δὲ ἡ ἀδικία ἡμῶν θεοῦ δικαιοσύνην συνίστησιν, τί ἐροῦμεν; μὴ ἄδικος ὁ θεὸς ὁ ἐπιφέρων τὴν ὀργήν; κατὰ ἄνθρωπον λέγω.

μὴ γένοιτο: ἐπεὶ πῶς κρινεῖ ὁ θεὸς τὸν κόσμον;

καὶ μὴ καθὼς βλασφημούμεθα [καὶ] καθώς φασίν τινες ἡμᾶς λέγειν ὅτι Ποιήσωμεν τὰ κακὰ ἵνα ἔλθῃ τὰ ἀγαθά; ὧν τὸ κρίμα ἔνδικόν ἐστιν.

 3:11 οὐκ "not" ἔστιν "it-be" συνίων, "emitting-together," οὐκ "not" ἔστιν "it-be" ἐκζητῶν "seeking-out-unto" τὸν "to-the-one" θεόν: "to-a-Deity;"

πάντες ἐξέκλιναν, ἅμα ἠχρεώθησαν: οὐκ ἔστιν ποιῶν χρηστότητα, οὐκ ἔστιν ἕως ἑνός.

ὀξεῖς οἱ πόδες αὐτῶν ἐκχέαι αἷμα,

 3:15 ὀξεῖς "sharp" οἱ "the-ones" πόδες "feet" αὐτῶν "of-them" ἐκχέαι "to-have-poured-out" αἷμα, "to-a-blood,"

σύντριμμα καὶ ταλαιπωρία ἐν ταῖς ὁδοῖς αὐτῶν,

οὐκ ἔστιν φόβος θεοῦ ἀπέναντι τῶν ὀφθαλμῶν αὐτῶν.

Οἴδαμεν δὲ ὅτι ὅσα ὁ νόμος λέγει τοῖς ἐν τῷ νόμῳ λαλεῖ, ἵνα πᾶν στόμα φραγῇ καὶ ὑπόδικος γένηται πᾶς ὁ κόσμος τῷ θεῷ:

λογιζόμεθα γὰρ δικαιοῦσθαι πίστει ἄνθρωπον χωρὶς ἔργων νόμου.

ἢ Ἰουδαίων ὁ θεὸς μόνον; οὐχὶ καὶ ἐθνῶν; ναὶ καὶ ἐθνῶν,

 3:30 εἴπερ "if-very" εἷς "one" ὁ "the-one" θεός, "a-Deity," ὃς "which" δικαιώσει "it-shall-en-course-belong" περιτομὴν "to-a-cutting-about" ἐκ "out" πίστεως "of-a-trust" καὶ "and" ἀκροβυστίαν "to-an-extremity-stuffing-unto" διὰ "through" τῆς "of-the-one" πίστεως. "of-a-trust."

νόμον οὖν καταργοῦμεν διὰ τῆς πίστεως; μὴ γένοιτο, ἀλλὰ νόμον ἱστάνομεν.
