 9:1 maSä d'var-y'hwäh B'eretz chad'räkh' w'daMeseq m'nuchätô Kiy layhwäh ëyn ädäm w'khol shiv'ţëy yis'räël

 9:1 ¶ The burden 4853 of the word 1697 of Yähwè יָהוֶה 3068 in the land 776 of Çađräȼ חַדרָך, 2317 and Dammäŝek דַּמָּשֶׂק 1834 [shall be] the rest 4496 thereof: when x3588 the eyes 5869 of man, 120 as of all x3605 the tribes 7626 of Yiŝrä´ël יִשׂרָאֵל, 3478 [shall be] toward Yähwè יָהוֶה. 3068

וְגַם־חֲמָת תִּגְבָּל־בָּהּ צֹר וְצִידוֹן כִּי חָכְמָה מְאֹד

 9:2 w'gam-chámät Tig'Bäl-BäH tzor w'tziydôn Kiy chäkh'mäh m'od

 9:2 And Çámäŧ חֲמָת 2574 also x1571 shall border 1379 z8799 thereby; Xôr צוֹר, 6865 and Xîđôn צִידוֹן, 6721 though x3588 it be very 3966 wise. 2449 z8804

וַתִּבֶן צֹר מָצוֹר לָהּ וַתִּצְבָּר־כֶּסֶף כֶּעָפָר וְחָרוּץ כְּטִיט חוּצוֹת

הִנֵּה אֲדֹנָי יוֹרִשֶׁנָּה וְהִכָּה בַיָּם חֵילָהּ וְהִיא בָּאֵשׁ תֵּאָכֵל

תֵּרֶא אַשְׁקְלוֹן וְתִירָא וְעַזָּה וְתָחִיל מְאֹד וְעֶקְרוֹן כִּי־הֹבִישׁ מֶבָּטָהּ וְאָבַד מֶלֶךְ מֵעַזָּה וְאַשְׁקְלוֹן לֹא תֵשֵׁב

 9:5 Tëre ash'q'lôn w'tiyrä w'aZäh w'tächiyl m'od w'eq'rôn Kiy-hoviysh meBäţäH w'ävad melekh' mëaZäh w'ash'q'lôn lo tëshëv

 9:5 ´Aškælôn אַשׁקְלוֹן 831 shall see 7200 z8799 [it], and fear; 3372 z8799 `Azzà עַזָּה 5804 also [shall see it], and be very y3966 sorrowful, 2342 z8799 x3966 and `Ekrôn עֶקרוֹן; 6138 for x3588 her expectation 4007 shall be ashamed; y3001 z8689 x954 and the king 4428 shall perish 6 z8804 from `Azzà עַזָּה, 5804 x4480 and ´Aškælôn אַשׁקְלוֹן 831 shall not x3808 be inhabited. 3427 z8799

וְיָשַׁב מַמְזֵר בְּאַשְׁדּוֹד וְהִכְרַתִּי גְּאוֹן פְּלִשְׁתִּים

וַהֲסִרֹתִי דָמָיו מִפִּיו וְשִׁקֻּצָיו מִבֵּין שִׁנָּיו וְנִשְׁאַר גַּם־הוּא לֵאלֹהֵינוּ וְהָיָה כְּאַלֻּף בִּיהוּדָה וְעֶקְרוֹן כִּיבוּסִי

וְחָנִיתִי לְבֵיתִי מִצָּבָה מֵעֹבֵר וּמִשָּׁב וְלֹא־יַעֲבֹר עֲלֵיהֶם עוֹד נֹגֵשׂ כִּי עַתָּה רָאִיתִי בְעֵינָי ס

גִּילִי מְאֹד בַּת־צִיּוֹן הָרִיעִי בַּת יְרוּשָׁלִַם הִנֵּה מַלְכֵּךְ יָבוֹא לָךְ צַדִּיק וְנוֹשָׁע הוּא עָנִי וְרֹכֵב עַל־חֲמוֹר וְעַל־עַיִר בֶּן־אֲתֹנוֹת

וְהִכְרַתִּי־רֶכֶב מֵאֶפְרַיִם וְסוּס מִירוּשָׁלִַם וְנִכְרְתָה קֶשֶׁת מִלְחָמָה וְדִבֶּר שָׁלוֹם לַגּוֹיִם וּמָשְׁלוֹ מִיָּם עַד־יָם וּמִנָּהָר עַד־אַפְסֵי־אָרֶץ

 9:10 w'hikh'raTiy-rekhev mëef'rayim w'šûš miyrûshälaim w'nikh'r'täh qeshet mil'chämäh w'diBer shälôm laGôyim ûmäsh'lô miYäm ad-yäm ûmiNähär ad-af'šëy-äretz

 9:10 And I will cut off 3772 z8689 the chariot 7393 from ´Efrayim אֶפרַיִם, 669 x4480 and the horse 5483 from Yærûšälaim יְרוּשָׁלִַם, 3389 x4480 and the battle 4421 bow 7198 shall be cut off: 3772 z8738 and he shall speak 1696 z8765 peace 7965 unto the heathen: 1471 and his dominion 4915 [shall be] from sea 3220 x4480 [even] to x5704 sea, 3220 and from the river 5104 x4480 [even] to x5704 the ends 657 of the earth. 776

שׁוּבוּ לְבִצָּרוֹן אֲסִירֵי הַתִּקְוָה גַּם־הַיּוֹם מַגִּיד מִשְׁנֶה אָשִׁיב לָךְ

 9:12 ¶ Turn 7725 z8798 you to the strong hold, 1225 ye prisoners 615 of hope: 8615 even x1571 to day 3117 do I declare 5046 z8688 [that] I will render 7725 z8686 double 4932 unto thee;

כִּי־דָרַכְתִּי לִי יְהוּדָה קֶשֶׁת מִלֵּאתִי אֶפְרַיִם וְעוֹרַרְתִּי בָנַיִךְ צִיּוֹן עַל־בָּנַיִךְ יָוָן וְשַׂמְתִּיךְ כְּחֶרֶב גִּבּוֹר

וַיהוָה עֲלֵיהֶם יֵרָאֶה וְיָצָא כַבָּרָק חִצּוֹ וַאדֹנָי יְהוִֹה בַּשּׁוֹפָר יִתְקָע וְהָלַךְ בְּסַעֲרוֹת תֵּימָן

 9:14 wayhwäh álëyhem yëräeh w'yätzä khaBäräq chiTZô wadonäy y'hôih BaSHôfär yit'qä w'hälakh' B'šaárôt Tëymän

 9:14 And Yähwè יָהוֶה 3068 shall be seen 7200 z8735 over x5921 them, and his arrow 2671 shall go forth 3318 z8804 as the lightning: 1300 and ´Áđönäy אֲדֹנָי 136 Yähwè יָהוֶה 3069 shall blow 8628 z8799 the trumpet, 7782 and shall go 1980 z8804 with whirlwinds 5591 of the south. 8486

יְהוָה צְבָאוֹת יָגֵן עֲלֵיהֶם וְאָכְלוּ וְכָבְשׁוּ אַבְנֵי־קֶלַע וְשָׁתוּ הָמוּ כְּמוֹ־יָיִן וּמָלְאוּ כַּמִּזְרָק כְּזָוִיּוֹת מִזְבֵּחַ

 9:15 Yähwè יָהוֶה 3068 Xævä´ôŧ צְבָאוֹת 6635 shall defend 1598 z8686 x5921 them; and they shall devour, 398 z8804 and subdue 3533 z8804 with sling y7050 stones; 68 x7050 and they shall drink, 8354 z8804 [and] make a noise 1993 z8804 as through x3644 wine; 3196 and they shall be filled 4390 z8804 like bowls, 4219 [and] as the corners 2106 of the altar. 4196

וְהוֹשִׁיעָם יְהוָה אֱלֹהֵיהֶם בַּיּוֹם הַהוּא כְּצֹאן עַמּוֹ כִּי אַבְנֵי־נֵזֶר מִתְנוֹסְסוֹת עַל־אַדְמָתוֹ

 9:16 w'hôshiyäm y'hwäh élohëyhem BaYôm hahû K'tzon aMô Kiy av'nëy-nëzer mit'nôš'šôt al-ad'mätô

 9:16 And Yähwè יָהוֶה 3068 their ´Élöhîm אֱלֹהִים 430 shall save 3467 z8689 them in that x1931 day 3117 as the flock 6629 of his people: 5971 for x3588 they [shall be as] the stones 68 of a crown, 5145 lifted up as an ensign 5264 z8706 upon x5921 his land. 127

כִּי מַה־טּוּבוֹ וּמַה־יָפְיוֹ דָּגָן בַּחוּרִים וְתִירוֹשׁ יְנוֹבֵב בְּתֻלוֹת

 9:17 Kiy mah-Ţûvô ûmah-yäf'yô Dägän Bachûriym w'tiyrôsh y'nôvëv B'tulôt

 9:17 For x3588 how x4100 great [is] his goodness, 2898 and how x4100 great [is] his beauty! 3308 corn 1715 shall make the young men 970 cheerful, 5107 z8766 and new wine 8492 the maids. 1330
