Yähwè
יָהוֶה,°

אַהֲרֹן,°

נָדָב,°

´Ávîhû´
אֲבִיהוּא,°
and seventy°
of the elders°°
of
Yiŝrä´ël
יִשׂרָאֵל;°
and worship°°
ye afar off.°° |

24:1 ¶
And he said unto Mosheh, Come up unto Yahweh, thou, and Aharon, Nadav, and Avihu, and seventy of the elders of Yisrael; and worship ye afar off. |

And

מֹשֶׁה°
alone°
shall come near°°°
Yähwè
יָהוֶה:°
but they°
shall not°
come nigh;°°
neither°
shall the people°
go up°°
with°
him. |

24:2
And Mosheh alone shall come near Yahweh: but they shall not come nigh; neither shall the people go up with him. |

24:3 ¶
And

came°°
and told°°
the people°°
all°
the words°
of
Yähwè
יָהוֶה,°
and all°
the judgments:°
and all°
the people°
answered°°
with one°
voice,°
and said,°°
All°
the words°
which°
Yähwè
יָהוֶה°
hath said°°
will we do.°° |

24:3 ¶
And Mosheh came and told the people all the words of Yahweh, and all the judgments: and all the people answered with one voice, and said, All the words which Yahweh hath said will we do. |

the words°

Yähwè
יָהוֶה,°
and rose up early°°
in the morning,°
and builded°°
an altar°
under°
the hill,°
and twelve°°
pillars,°
according to the twelve°°
tribes°
of
Yiŝrä´ël
יִשׂרָאֵל.° |

And Mosheh wrote all the words of Yahweh, and rose up early in the morning, and builded an altar under the hill, and twelve pillars, according to the twelve tribes of Yisrael. |

24:5
And he sent°°°
young men°
of the children°
of
Yiŝrä´ël
יִשׂרָאֵל,°
which offered°°
burnt offerings,°
and sacrificed°°
peace°
offerings°
of oxen°
unto
Yähwè
יָהוֶה.° |
|
24:5
And he sent young men of the children of Yisrael, which offered burnt offerings, and sacrificed peace offerings of oxen unto Yahweh. |

24:6
And
Möšè
מֹשֶׁה°
took°°
half°
of the blood,°
and put°°
[it] in basons;°
and half°
of the blood°
he sprinkled°°
on°
the altar.° |

And Mosheh took half of the blood, and put [it] in basons; and half of the blood he sprinkled on the altar. |
|
24:7
And he took°°
the book°
of the covenant,°
and read°°
in the audience°
of the people:°
and they said,°°
All°
that°
Yähwè
יָהוֶה°
hath said°°
will we do,°°
and be obedient.°° |

24:7
And he took the book of the covenant, and read in the audience of the people: and they said, All that Yahweh hath said will we do, and be obedient. |

24:8
And

מֹשֶׁה°
took°°°
the blood,°
and sprinkled°°
[it] on°
the people,°
and said,°°
Behold°
the blood°
of the covenant,°
which°
Yähwè
יָהוֶה°
hath made°°
with°
you concerning°
all°
these°
words.° |

And Mosheh took the blood, and sprinkled [it] on the people, and said, Behold the blood of the covenant, which Yahweh hath made with you concerning all these words. |

24:9 ¶
Then went up°°

אַהֲרֹן,°

נָדָב,°
and
´Ávîhû´
אֲבִיהוּא,°
and seventy°
of the elders°°
of
Yiŝrä´ël
יִשׂרָאֵל:° |

24:9 ¶
Then went up Mosheh, and Aharon, Nadav, and Avihu, and seventy of the elders of Yisrael: |

And they saw°°°
the
´Élöhîm
אֱלֹהִים°
of
Yiŝrä´ël
יִשׂרָאֵל:°
and [there was] under°
his feet°
as it were a paved°
work°
of a sapphire stone,°
and as it were the body°
of heaven°
in [his] clearness.° |

24:10
And they saw the Elohim of Yisrael: and [there was] under his feet as it were a paved work of a sapphire stone, and as it were the body of heaven in [his] clearness. |
|
24:11
And upon°
the nobles°
of the children°
of
Yiŝrä´ël
יִשׂרָאֵל°
he laid°°
not°
his hand:°
also they saw°°°
´Élöhîm
אֱלֹהִים,°
and did eat°°
and drink.°° |
|
24:11
And upon the nobles of the children of Yisrael he laid not his hand: also they saw Elohim, and did eat and drink. |
|
24:12 ¶
And
Yähwè
יָהוֶה°
said°°
unto°
Möšè
מֹשֶׁה,°
Come up°°
to°
me into the mount,°
and be°
there:°
and I will give°°
thee°
tables°
of stone,°
and a law,°
and commandments°
which°
I have written;°°
that thou mayest teach°°
them. |

24:12 ¶
And Yahweh said unto Mosheh, Come up to me into the mount, and be there: and I will give thee tables of stone, and a law, and commandments which I have written; that thou mayest teach them. |
|
24:13
And

rose up,°°
and his minister°°
Yæhôšuå`
יְהוֹשֻׁעַ:°
and
Möšè
מֹשֶׁה°
went up°°
into°
the mount°
of
´Élöhîm
אֱלֹהִים.° |

24:13
And Mosheh rose up, and his minister Yehoshua: and Mosheh went up into the mount of Elohim. |

24:14
And he said°°
unto°
the elders,°
Tarry°°
ye here°
for us, until°°
we come again°°
unto°
you: and, behold,°
´Ahárön
אַהֲרֹן°
and
Çûr
חוּר°
[are] with°
you: if any°
man°°
have any matters°
to do,°
let him come°°
unto°
them. |

And he said unto the elders, Tarry ye here for us, until we come again unto you: and, behold, Aharon and Chur [are] with you: if any man have any matters to do, let him come unto them. |
|
24:15
And

the mount,°
and a cloud°
covered°°°
the mount.° |

And Mosheh went up into the mount, and a cloud covered the mount. |

And the glory°
of
Yähwè
יָהוֶה°
abode°°
upon°
mount°
Sînay
סִינַי,°
and the cloud°
covered°°
it six°
days:°
and the seventh°
day°
he called°°
unto°
Möšè
מֹשֶׁה°
out of the midst°°
of the cloud.° |

And the glory of Yahweh abode upon mount Sinay, and the cloud covered it six days: and the seventh day he called unto Mosheh out of the midst of the cloud. |
|
24:17
And the sight°
of the glory°
of
Yähwè
יָהוֶה°
[was] like devouring°°
fire°
on the top°
of the mount°
in the eyes°
of the children°
of
Yiŝrä´ël
יִשׂרָאֵל.° |
|
24:17
And the sight of the glory of Yahweh [was] like devouring fire on the top of the mount in the eyes of the children of Yisrael. |
|
24:18
And
Möšè
מֹשֶׁה°
went°°
into the midst°
of the cloud,°
and gat him up°°
into°
the mount:°
and
Möšè
מֹשֶׁה°
was°
in the mount°
forty°
days°
and forty°
nights.° |

24:18
And Mosheh went into the midst of the cloud, and gat him up into the mount: and Mosheh was in the mount forty days and forty nights. |
