Leviticus 9

1 The first offerings of Aaron, for himself and the people. 8 The sin offering, 12 and the burnt offering for himself. 15 The offerings for the people. 23 Moses and Aaron bless the people. 24 Fire cometh from the LORD, upon the altar.

 9:1 Now it came 1961 about on the eighth 8066 day 3117 that Moses 4872 called 7121 Aaron 175 and his sons 1121 and the elders 2205 of Israel 3478;

 9:2 and he said 559 to Aaron 175, “Take 3947 for yourself a calf 5695, a bull 1121 1241, for a sin 2403b offering 2403b and a ram 352a for a burnt 5930a offering 5930a, [both] without 8549 defect 8549, and offer 7126 [them] before 6440 the LORD 3068.

 9:3 “Then to the sons 1121 of Israel 3478 you shall speak 1696, saying 559, ‘Take 3947 a male 8163b goat 5795 for a sin 2403b offering 2403b, and a calf 5695 and a lamb 3532, both one year 8141 old 1121, without 8549 defect 8549, for a burnt 5930a offering 5930a,

 9:4 and an ox 7794 and a ram 352a for peace 8002 offerings 8002, to sacrifice 2076 before 6440 the LORD 3068, and a grain offering 4503 mixed 1101a with oil 8081; for today 3117 the LORD 3068 will appear 7200 to you.’”

 9:5 So they took 3947 what 834 Moses 4872 had commanded 6680 to the front 6440 of the tent 168 of meeting 4150, and the whole 3605 congregation 5712 came 7126 near 7126 and stood 5975 before 6440 the LORD 3068.

 9:6 Moses 4872 said 559, “This 2088 is the thing 1697 which 834 the LORD 3068 has commanded 6680 you to do 6213a, that the glory 3519b of the LORD 3068 may appear 7200 to you.”

 9:7 Moses 4872 then said 559 to Aaron 175, “Come 7126 near 7126 to the altar 4196 and offer 6213a your sin 2403b offering 2403b and your burnt 5930a offering 5930a, that you may make 3722a atonement 3722a for yourself and for the people 5971a; then make 6213a the offering 7133a for the people 5971a, that you may make 3722a atonement 3722a for them, just 3512c as the LORD 3068 has commanded 6680.”

 9:8 ¶ So Aaron 175 came 7126 near 7126 to the altar 4196 and slaughtered 7819 the calf 5695 of the sin 2403b offering 2403b which 834 was for himself.

 9:9 Aaron’s 175 sons 1121 presented 7126 the blood 1818 to him; and he dipped 2881 his finger 676 in the blood 1818 and put 5414 [some] on the horns 7161 of the altar 4196, and poured 3332 out [the rest of] the blood 1818 at the base 3247 of the altar 4196.

 9:10 The fat 2459 and the kidneys 3629 and the lobe 3508 of the liver 3516 of the sin 2403b offering 2403b, he then offered 6999 up in smoke 6999 on the altar 4196 just 3512c as the LORD 3068 had commanded 6680 Moses 4872.

 9:11 The flesh 1320 and the skin 5785, however, he burned 8313 with fire 784 outside 4480 2351 the camp 4264.

 9:12 ¶ Then he slaughtered 7819 the burnt 5930a offering 5930a; and Aaron’s 175 sons 1121 handed 4672 the blood 1818 to him and he sprinkled 2236b it around 5439 on the altar 4196.

 9:13 They handed 4672 the burnt 5930a offering 5930a to him in pieces 5409, with the head 7218, and he offered 6999 [them] up in smoke 6999 on the altar 4196.

 9:14 He also washed 7364 the entrails 7130 and the legs 3767, and offered 6999 [them] up in smoke 6999 with the burnt 5930a offering 5930a on the altar 4196.

 9:15 ¶ Then he presented 7126 the people’s 5971a offering 7133a, and took 3947 the goat 5795 of the sin 2403b offering 2403b which 834 was for the people 5971a, and slaughtered 7819 it and offered 2398 it for sin 2398, like the first 7223.

 9:16 He also presented 7126 the burnt 5930a offering 5930a, and offered 6213a it according to the ordinance 4941.

 9:17 Next he presented 7126 the grain offering 4503, and filled 4390 his hand 3709 with some 4480 of it and offered 6999 [it] up in smoke 6999 on the altar 4196, besides 4480 905 the burnt 5930a offering 5930a of the morning 1242.

 9:18 ¶ Then he slaughtered 7819 the ox 7794 and the ram 352a, the sacrifice 2077 of peace 8002 offerings 8002 which 834 was for the people 5971a; and Aaron’s 175 sons 1121 handed 4672 the blood 1818 to him and he sprinkled 2236b it around 5439 on the altar 4196.

 9:19 As for the portions 2459 of fat 2459 from the ox 7794 and from the ram 352a, the fat 451 tail 451, and the [fat] covering 4374, and the kidneys 3629 and the lobe 3508 of the liver 3516,

 9:20 they now placed 7760 the portions 2459 of fat 2459 on the breasts 2373; and he offered 6999 them up in smoke 6999 on the altar 4196.

 9:21 But the breasts 2373 and the right 3225 thigh 7785 Aaron 175 presented 5130 as a wave 8573 offering 8573 before 6440 the LORD 3068, just 3512c as Moses 4872 had commanded 6680.

 9:22 ¶ Then Aaron 175 lifted 5375 up his hands 3027 toward 413 the people 5971a and blessed 1288 them, and he stepped 3381 down 3381 after making 6213a the sin 2403b offering 2403b and the burnt 5930a offering 5930a and the peace 8002 offerings 8002.

 9:23 Moses 4872 and Aaron 175 went 935 into the tent 168 of meeting 4150. When they came 3318 out and blessed 1288 the people 5971a, the glory 3519b of the LORD 3068 appeared 7200 to all 3605 the people 5971a.

 9:24 Then fire 784 came 3318 out from before 4480 6440 the LORD 3068 and consumed 398 the burnt 5930a offering 5930a and the portions 2459 of fat 2459 on the altar 4196; and when all 3605 the people 5971a saw 7200 [it], they shouted 7442 and fell 5307 on their faces 6440.
