Leviticus 15

1 The uncleanness of men in their issues. 13 The cleansing of them. 19 The uncleanness of women in their issues. 28 Their cleansing.

 15:1 The LORD 3068 also spoke 1696 to Moses 4872 and to Aaron 175, saying 559,

 15:2 “Speak 1696 to the sons 1121 of Israel 3478, and say 559 to them, ‘When 3588 any 376 man 376 has 1961 a discharge 2100 from his body 1320, his discharge 2101 is unclean 2931.

 15:3 ‘This 2088, moreover, shall be his uncleanness 2932a in his discharge 2101: it is his uncleanness 2932a whether his body 1320 allows its discharge 2101 to flow 7388a or 176 whether his body 1320 obstructs 2856 its discharge 2101.

 15:4 ‘Every 3605 bed 4904 on which 834 the person 376 with the discharge 2100 lies 7901 becomes 2930 unclean 2930, and everything 3605 3627 on which 834 he sits 3427 becomes 2930 unclean 2930.

 15:5 ‘Anyone 376, moreover, who 834 touches 5060 his bed 4904 shall wash 3526 his clothes 899b and bathe 7364 in water 4325 and be unclean 2930 until 5704 evening 6153;

 15:6 and whoever sits 3427 on the thing 3627 on which 834 the man with the discharge 2100 has been sitting 3427, shall wash 3526 his clothes 899b and bathe 7364 in water 4325 and be unclean 2930 until 5704 evening 6153.

 15:7 ‘Also whoever touches 5060 the person 1320 with the discharge 2100 shall wash 3526 his clothes 899b and bathe 7364 in water 4325 and be unclean 2930 until 5704 evening 6153.

 15:8 ‘Or if 3588 the man with the discharge 2100 spits 7556 on one who 2889 is clean 2889, he too shall wash 3526 his clothes 899b and bathe 7364 in water 4325 and be unclean 2930 until 5704 evening 6153.

 15:9 ‘Every 3605 saddle 4817 on which 834 the person with the discharge 2100 rides 7392 becomes 2930 unclean 2930.

 15:10 ‘Whoever 3605 then touches 5060 any 3605 of the things which 834 were under 8478 him shall be unclean 2930 until 5704 evening 6153, and he who carries 5375 them shall wash 3526 his clothes 899b and bathe 7364 in water 4325 and be unclean 2930 until 5704 evening 6153.

 15:11 ‘Likewise, whomever 3605 834 the one with the discharge 2100 touches 5060 without 3808 having rinsed 7857 his hands 3027 in water 4325 shall wash 3526 his clothes 899b and bathe 7364 in water 4325 and be unclean 2930 until 5704 evening 6153.

 15:12 ‘However, an earthenware 2789 vessel 3627 which 834 the person with the discharge 2100 touches 5060 shall be broken 7665, and every 3605 wooden 6086 vessel 3627 shall be rinsed 7857 in water 4325.

 15:13 ¶ ‘Now when 3588 the man with the discharge 2100 becomes 2891 cleansed 2891 from his discharge 2101, then he shall count 5608 off for himself seven 7651 days 3117 for his cleansing 2893; he shall then wash 3526 his clothes 899b and bathe 7364 his body 1320 in running 2416a water 4325 and will become 2891 clean 2891.

 15:14 ‘Then on the eighth 8066 day 3117 he shall take 3947 for himself two 8147 turtledoves 8449 or 176 two 8147 young 1121 pigeons 3123, and come 935 before 6440 the LORD 3068 to the doorway 6607 of the tent 168 of meeting 4150 and give 5414 them to the priest 3548;

 15:15 and the priest 3548 shall offer 6213a them, one 259 for a sin 2403b offering 2403b and the other 259 for a burnt 5930a offering 5930a. So the priest 3548 shall make 3722a atonement 3722a on his behalf 5921 before 6440 the LORD 3068 because 4480 of his discharge 2101.

 15:16 ¶ ‘Now if 3588 a man 376 has 3318 a seminal 2233 emission 7902, he shall bathe 7364 all 3605 his body 1320 in water 4325 and be unclean 2930 until 5704 evening 6153.

 15:17 ‘As for any 3605 garment 899b or any 3605 leather 5785 on which 834 there is seminal 2233 emission 7902, it shall be washed 3526 with water 4325 and be unclean 2930 until 5704 evening 6153.

 15:18 ‘If a man 376 lies 7901 with a woman 802 [so that] there is a seminal 2233 emission 7902, they shall both bathe 7364 in water 4325 and be unclean 2930 until 5704 evening 6153.

 15:19 ¶ ‘When 3588 a woman 802 has 1961 a discharge 2100, [if] her discharge 2101 in her body 1320 is blood 1818, she shall continue 1961 in her menstrual 5079 impurity 5079 for seven 7651 days 3117; and whoever 3605 touches 5060 her shall be unclean 2930 until 5704 evening 6153.

 15:20 ‘Everything 3605 also on which 834 she lies 7901 during her menstrual 5079 impurity 5079 shall be unclean 2930, and everything 3605 on which 834 she sits 3427 shall be unclean 2930.

 15:21 ‘Anyone 3605 who touches 5060 her bed 4904 shall wash 3526 his clothes 899b and bathe 7364 in water 4325 and be unclean 2930 until 5704 evening 6153.

 15:22 ‘Whoever 3605 touches 5060 any 3605 thing 3627 on which 834 she sits 3427 shall wash 3526 his clothes 899b and bathe 7364 in water 4325 and be unclean 2930 until 5704 evening 6153.

 15:23 ‘Whether 518 it be on the bed 4904 or 176 on the thing 3627 on which 834 she is sitting 3427, when he touches 5060 it, he shall be unclean 2930 until 5704 evening 6153.

 15:24 ‘If 518 a man 376 actually 7901 lies 7901 with her so that her menstrual 5079 impurity 5079 is on him, he shall be unclean 2930 seven 7651 days 3117, and every 3605 bed 4904 on which 834 he lies 7901 shall be unclean 2930.

 15:25 ¶ ‘Now if 3588 a woman 802 has 2100 a discharge 2101 of her blood 1818 many 7227a days 3117, not at the period 6256 of her menstrual 5079 impurity 5079, or 176 if 3588 she has 2100 a discharge 2100 beyond 5921 that period 5079, all 3605 the days 3117 of her impure 2932a discharge 2101 she shall continue 1961 as though in her menstrual 5079 impurity 5079; she is unclean 2931.

 15:26 ‘Any 3605 bed 4904 on which 834 she lies 7901 all 3605 the days 3117 of her discharge 2101 shall be to her like her bed 4904 at menstruation 5079; and every 3605 thing 3627 on which 834 she sits 3427 shall be unclean 2931, like her uncleanness 2932a at that time 5079.

 15:27 ‘Likewise, whoever 3605 touches 5060 them shall be unclean 2930 and shall wash 3526 his clothes 899b and bathe 7364 in water 4325 and be unclean 2930 until 5704 evening 6153.

 15:28 ‘When 518 she becomes 2891 clean 2891 from her discharge 2101, she shall count 5608 off for herself seven 7651 days 3117; and afterward 310 she will be clean 2891.

 15:29 ‘Then on the eighth 8066 day 3117 she shall take 3947 for herself two 8147 turtledoves 8449 or 176 two 8147 young 1121 pigeons 3123 and bring 935 them in to the priest 3548, to the doorway 6607 of the tent 168 of meeting 4150.

 15:30 ‘The priest 3548 shall offer 6213a the one 259 for a sin 2403b offering 2403b and the other 259 for a burnt 5930a offering 5930a. So the priest 3548 shall make 3722a atonement 3722a on her behalf 5921 before 6440 the LORD 3068 because 4480 of her impure 2932a discharge 2101.’

 15:31 ¶ “Thus you shall keep 5144a the sons 1121 of Israel 3478 separated 5144a from their uncleanness 2932a, so 3808 that they will not die 4191 in their uncleanness 2932a by their defiling 2930 My tabernacle 4908 that is among 8432 them.”

 15:32 This 2088 is the law 8451 for the one with a discharge 2100, and for the man who 834 has 3318 a seminal 2233 emission 7902 so that he is unclean 2930 by it,

 15:33 and for the woman 1739 who 1739 is ill 1739 because of menstrual 5079 impurity 5079, and for the one who has a discharge 2101, whether a male 2145 or a female 5347, or a man 376 who 834 lies 7901 with an unclean 2931 woman 2931.
