 39:1 ¶ And every wise one among those that wrought made the robes of the holy places, which belong to Aaron the priest, as the Lord commanded Mosheh{gr.Moses}.

 39:1 ¶ And ofº the blue,º and purple,º and scarlet,ºº they madeºº clothsº of service,º to do serviceºº in the holyº [place], and madeººº the holyº garmentsº for Aaron;º asº Yahwehº commandedººº Moses.º

 39:2 And he made the ephod of gold, and blue, and purple, and spun scarlet, and fine linen twined.

 39:2 And he madeººº the ephodº [of] gold,º blue,º and purple,º and scarlet,ºº and fine twinedºº linen.ºº

 39:3 And the plates were divided, the threads of gold, so as to interweave with the blue and purple, and with the spun scarlet, and the fine linen twined, they made it a woven work;

 39:3 And they did beatººº the goldº intoº thin plates,º and cutºº [it into] wires,º to workººº [it] inº the blue,º and inº the purple,º and inº the scarlet,ºº and inº the fine linen,º [with] cunningºº work.º

 39:4 shoulder-pieces joined from both sides, a work woven by mutual twisting of the parts into one another.

 39:4 They madeºº shoulderpiecesº for it, to couple [it] together:ºº byº the twoº edgesººº was it coupled together.ºº

 39:5 They made it of the same material according to the making of it, of gold, and blue, and purple, and spun scarlet, and fine linen twined, as the Lord commanded Mosheh{gr.Moses};

 39:5 And the curious girdleº of his ephod,º thatº [was] uponº it, [was] ofº the same,º according to the workº thereof; [of] gold,º blue,º and purple,º and scarlet,ºº and fine twinedºº linen;ºº asº Yahwehº commandedººº Moses.º

 39:6 ¶ and they made the two emerald stones clasped together and set in gold, graven and cut after the cutting of a seal with the names of the children of Israel;

 39:6 ¶ And they wroughtººº onyxº stonesº inclosedºº inº ouchesº of gold,º graven,ºº as signetsº are graven,º withº the namesº of the childrenº of Israel.º

 39:7 and he put them on the shoulder-pieces of the ephod, [as] stones of memorial of the children of Israel, as the Lord appointed Mosheh{gr.Moses}.

 39:7 And he putºº them onº the shouldersº of the ephod,º [that they should be] stonesº for a memorialº to the childrenº of Israel;º asº Yahwehº commandedººº Moses.º

 39:8 ¶ And they made the oracle, a work woven with embroidery, according to the work of the ephod, of gold, and blue, and purple, and spun scarlet, and fine linen twined.

 39:8 ¶ And he madeººº the breastplateº [of] cunningºº work,º like the workº of the ephod;º [of] gold,º blue,º and purple,º and scarlet,ºº and fine twinedºº linen.ºº

 39:9 They made the oracle square [and] double, the length of a span, and the breadth of a span,-- double.

 39:9 It wasº foursquare;ºº they madeººº the breastplateº double:ºº a spanº [was] the lengthº thereof, and a spanº the breadthº thereof, [being] doubled.ºº

 39:10 And there was interwoven with it a woven work of four rows of stones, a series of stones, the first row, a sardius and topaz and emerald;

 39:10 And they setºº in it fourº rowsº of stones:º [the first] rowº [was] a sardius,º a topaz,º and a carbuncle:º this [was] the firstº row.º

 39:11 and the second row, a carbuncle and sapphire and jasper;

 39:11 And the secondº row,º an emerald,º a sapphire,º and a diamond.º

 39:12 and the third row, a ligure and agate and amethyst;

 39:12 And the thirdº row,º a ligure,º an agate,º and an amethyst.º

 39:13 and the fourth row a chrysolite and beryl and onyx set round about with gold, and fastened with gold.

 39:13 And the fourthº row,º a beryl,º an onyx,º and a jasper:º [they were] inclosedºº in ouchesº of goldº in their inclosings.º

 39:14 And the stones were twelve according to the names of the children of Israel, graven according to their names like seals, each according to his own name for the twelve tribes.

 39:14 And the stonesº [were] according toº the namesº of the childrenº of Israel,º twelve,ºº according toº their names,º [like] the engravingsº of a signet,º every oneº withº his name,º according to the twelveºº tribes.º

 39:15 And they made on the oracle turned wreaths, wreathen work, of pure gold,

 39:15 And they madeºº uponº the breastplateº chainsº at the ends,º [of] wreathenº workº [of] pureº gold.º

 39:16 and they made two golden circlets and two golden rings. And they put the two golden rings on both the [upper] corners of the oracle;

 39:16 And they madeºº twoº ouchesº [of] gold,º and twoº goldº rings;º and putººº the twoº ringsº inº the twoº endsº of the breastplate.º

 39:17 and they put the golden wreaths on the rings on both sides of the oracle, and the two wreaths into the two couplings.

 39:17 And they putºº the twoº wreathen chainsº of goldº inº the twoº ringsº onº the endsº of the breastplate.º

 39:18 And they put them on the two circlets, and they put them on the shoulders of the ephod opposite [each other] in front.

 39:18 And the twoº endsº of the twoº wreathenº chainsº they fastenedºº inº the twoº ouches,º and putºº them onº the shoulderpiecesº of the ephod,º beforeººº it.º

 39:19 And they made two golden rings, and put them on the two projections on the top of the oracle, and on the top of the hinder part of the ephod within.

 39:19 And they madeºº twoº ringsº of gold,º and putºº [them] onº the twoº endsº of the breastplate,º uponº the borderº of it, whichº [was] onº the sideº of the ephodº inward.º

 39:20 And they made two golden rings, and put them on both the shoulders of the ephod under it, in front by the coupling above the connexion of the ephod.

 39:20 And they madeºº twoº [other] goldenº rings,º and putºº them onº the twoº sidesº of the ephodº underneath,ºº towardºº the forepartº of it, over againstº the [other] couplingº thereof, aboveºº the curious girdleº of the ephod.º

 39:21 And he fastened the oracle by the rings that were on it to the rings of the ephod, which were fastened with [a string] of blue, joined together with the woven work of the ephod; that the oracle should not be loosed from the ephod, as the Lord commanded Mosheh{gr.Moses}.

 39:21 And they did bindººº the breastplateº by his ringsºº untoº the ringsº of the ephodº with a laceº of blue,º that it might beº aboveº the curious girdleº of the ephod,º and that the breastplateº might notº be loosedºº fromºº the ephod;º asº Yahwehº commandedººº Moses.º

 39:22 ¶ And they made the tunic under the ephod, woven work, all of blue.

 39:22 ¶ And he madeººº the robeº of the ephodº [of] wovenºº work,º allº [of] blue.º

 39:23 And the opening of the tunic in the midst woven closely together, the opening having a fringe round about, that it might not be rent.

 39:23 And [there was] an holeº in the midstº of the robe,º as the holeº of an habergeon,º [with] a bandº round aboutº the hole,º that it should notº rend.ºº

 39:24 And they made on the border of the tunic below pomegranates as of a flowering pomegranate tree, of blue, and purple, and spun scarlet, and fine linen twined.

 39:24 And they madeºº uponº the hemsº of the robeº pomegranatesº [of] blue,º and purple,º and scarlet,ºº [and] twinedºº [linen].

 39:25 And they made golden bells, and put the bells on the border of the tunic round about between the pomegranates:

 39:25 And they madeºº bellsº [of] pureº gold,º and putººº the bellsº betweenº the pomegranatesº uponº the hemº of the robe,º round aboutº betweenº the pomegranates;º

 39:26 a golden bell and a pomegranate on the border of the tunic round about, for the ministration, as the Lord commanded Mosheh{gr.Moses}.

 39:26 A bellº and a pomegranate,º a bellº and a pomegranate,º round aboutºº the hemº of the robeº to ministerºº [in]; asº Yahwehº commandedººº Moses.º

 39:27 ¶ And they made vestments of fine linen, a woven work, for Aaron and his sons,

 39:27 ¶ And they madeººº coatsº [of] fine linenº [of] wovenºº workº for Aaron,º and for his sons,º

 39:28 and the tires of fine linen, and the mitre of fine linen, and the drawers of fine linen twined;

 39:28 And a mitreº [of] fine linen,º and goodlyº bonnetsº [of] fine linen,º and linenº breechesº [of] fine twinedºº linen,ºº

 39:29 and their girdles of fine linen, and blue, and purple, and scarlet spun, the work of an embroiderer, according as the Lord commanded Mosheh{gr.Moses}.

 39:29 And a girdleº [of] fine twinedºº linen,ºº and blue,º and purple,º and scarlet,ºº [of] needlework;ººº asº Yahwehº commandedººº Moses.º

 39:30 ¶ And they made the golden plate, a dedicated thing of the sanctuary, of pure gold; and he wrote upon it graven letters [as] of a seal, Holiness to the Lord.

 39:30 ¶ And they madeººº the plateº of the holyº crownº [of] pureº gold,º and wroteºº uponº it a writing,º [like to] the engravingsº of a signet,º HOLINESSº TO YAHWEH.º

 39:31 And they put it on the border of blue, so that it should be on the mitre above, as the Lord commanded Mosheh{gr.Moses}.

 39:31 And they tiedºº untoº it a laceº of blue,º to fastenºº [it] on highºº uponº the mitre;º asº Yahwehº commandedººº Moses.º

 39:32 ¶ And the children of Israel did as the Lord commanded Mosheh{gr.Moses}, so did they. And of the gold that remained of the offering they made vessels to minister with before the Lord. And the blue that was left, and the purple, and the scarlet they made [into] garments of ministry for Aaron, so that he should minister with them in the sanctuary;

 39:32 ¶ Thus was allº the workº of the tabernacleº of the tentº of the congregationº finished:ºº and the childrenº of Israelº didºº according to allº thatº Yahwehº commandedººº Moses,º soº didºº they.

 39:33 ¶ and they brought the garments to Mosheh{gr.Moses}, and the tabernacle, and its furniture, its bases and its bars and the posts;

 39:33 ¶ And they broughtººº the tabernacleº untoº Moses,ºº the tent,º and allº his furniture,º his taches,º his boards,º his bars,º and his pillars,º and his sockets,º

 39:34 And the coveringº of rams'º skinsº dyed red,ºº and the coveringº of badgers'º skins,º and the vailº of the covering,º

 39:35 and the ark of the covenant, and its bearers, and the altar and all its furniture.

 39:35 º The arkº of the testimony,º and the stavesº thereof, and the mercy seat,º

 39:36 And the table of shewbread, and all its furniture, and the shewbread upon it,

 39:36 º The table,º [and]º allº the vesselsº thereof, and the shewbread,ºº

 39:37 and its lamps, lamps for burning, and oil for the light,

 39:37 º The pureº candlestick,º [with]º the lampsº thereof, [even with] the lampsº to be set in order,º and allº the vesselsº thereof, and the oilº for light,º

 39:38 And they made the anointing oil, and the incense of composition, and the pure candlestick,

 39:38 And the goldenº altar,º and the anointingº oil,º and the sweetº incense,º and the hangingº for the tabernacleº door,º

 39:40 and the curtains of the court, and the posts, and the veil of the door of the tabernacle, and the gate of the court, and all the vessels of the tabernacle and all its instruments: and the skins, even rams' skins dyed red, and the blue coverings, and the coverings of the other things, and the pins, and all the instruments for the works of the tabernacle of witness.

 39:40 º The hangingsº of the court,ºº his pillars,º and his sockets,º and the hangingº for the courtº gate,ºº his cords,º and his pins,º and allº the vesselsº of the serviceº of the tabernacle,º for the tentº of the congregation,º

 39:41 And the garments of the sanctuary which belong to Aaron, and the garments of his sons, for the priestly ministry;

 39:41 º The clothsº of serviceº to do serviceºº in the holyº [place], andº the holyº garmentsº for Aaronº the priest,º and his sons'º garments,º to minister in the priest's office.ºº

 39:42 Whatsoever things the Lord appointed Mosheh{gr.Moses}, so did the children of Israel make all the furniture.

 39:42 According to allº thatº Yahwehº commandedººº Moses,º soº the childrenº of Israelº madeººº allº the work.º

 39:43 And Mosheh{gr.Moses} saw all the works; and they had done them all as the Lord commanded Mosheh{gr.Moses}, so had they made them; and Mosheh{gr.Moses} blessed them.

 39:43 And Mosesº did lookºº uponºº allºº the work,º and, behold,º they had doneºº it asº Yahwehº had commanded,ºº even soº had they doneºº it: and Mosesº blessedºº them.
