Revelation 9

1 At the sounding of the fifth angel, a star falleth from heaven, to whom is given the key of the bottomless pit. 2 He openeth the pit, and there come forth locusts like scorpions. 12 The first woe past. 13 The sixth trumpet soundeth. 14 Four angels are let loose, that were bound.

 9:1 Then 2532 the fifth 3991 angel 32a sounded 4537, and I saw 3708 a star 792 from heaven 3772 which had fallen 4098 to the earth 1093; and the key 2807 of the bottomless 12 pit 5421 was given 1325 to him.

 9:2 He opened 455 the bottomless 12 pit 5421, and smoke 2586 went 305 up out of the pit 5421, like 5613 the smoke 2586 of a great 3173 furnace 2575; and the sun 2246 and the air 109 were darkened 4656 by the smoke 2586 of the pit 5421.

 9:3 Then 2532 out of the smoke 2586 came 1831 locusts 200 upon the earth 1093, and power 1849 was given 1325 them, as the scorpions 4651 of the earth 1093 have 2192 power 1849.

 9:4 They were told 3004 not to hurt 91 the grass 5528 of the earth 1093, nor 3761 any 3956 green 5515 thing 5515, nor 3761 any 3956 tree 1186, but only 1487 3361 the men 444 who 3748 do not have 2192 the seal 4973 of God 2316 on their foreheads 3359.

 9:5 And they were not permitted 1325 to kill 615 anyone 846, but to torment 928 for five 4002 months 3376; and their torment 929 was like 5613 the torment 929 of a scorpion 4651 when 3752 it stings 3817 a man 444.

 9:6 And in those 1565 days 2250 men 444 will seek 2212 death 2288 and will not find 2147 it; they will long 1937 to die 599, and death 2288 flees 5343 from them.

 9:7 ¶ The appearance 3667 of the locusts 200 was like 3664 horses 2462 prepared 2090 for battle 4171; and on their heads 2776 appeared 5613 to be crowns 4735 like 3664 gold 5557, and their faces 4383 were like 5613 the faces 4383 of men 444.

 9:8 They had 2192 hair 2359 like 5613 the hair 2359 of women 1135, and their teeth 3599 were like 5613 [the teeth] of lions 3023.

 9:9 They had 2192 breastplates 2382 like 5613 breastplates 2382 of iron 4603; and the sound 5456 of their wings 4420 was like 5613 the sound 5456 of chariots 716, of many 4183 horses 2462 rushing 5143 to battle 4171.

 9:10 They have 2192 tails 3769 like 3664 scorpions 4651, and stings 2759; and in their tails 3769 is their power 1849 to hurt 91 men 444 for five 4002 months 3376.

 9:11 They have 2192 as king 935 over 1909 them, the angel 32a of the abyss 12; his name 3686 in Hebrew 1447 is Abaddon 3, and in the Greek 1673 he has 2192 the name 3686 Apollyon 623.

 9:12 ¶ The first 1520 woe 3759 is past 565; behold 2400, two 1417 woes 3759 are still 2089 coming 2064 after 3326 these 3778 things 3778.

 9:13 ¶ Then 2532 the sixth 1623 angel 32a sounded 4537, and I heard 191 a voice 5456 from the four 5064 horns 2768 of the golden 5552 altar 2379 which is before 1799 God 2316,

 9:14 one saying 3004 to the sixth 1623 angel 32a who had 2192 the trumpet 4536, “Release 3089 the four 5064 angels 32a who are bound 1210 at the great 3173 river 4215 Euphrates 2166.”

 9:15 And the four 5064 angels 32a, who had been prepared 2090 for the hour 5610 and day 2250 and month 3376 and year 1763, were released 3089, so 2443 that they would kill 615 a third 5154 of mankind 444.

 9:16 The number 706 of the armies 4753 of the horsemen 2461 was two 1365a 3461 hundred 1365a 3461 million 1365a 3461; I heard 191 the number 706 of them.

 9:17 And this 3779 is how 3779 I saw 3708 in the vision 3706 the horses 2462 and those 3588 who sat 2521 on them: [the riders] had 2192 breastplates 2382 [the color] of fire 4447 and of hyacinth 5191 and of brimstone 2306; and the heads 2776 of the horses 2462 are like 5613 the heads 2776 of lions 3023; and out of their mouths 4750 proceed 1607 fire 4442 and smoke 2586 and brimstone 2303.

 9:18 A third 5154 of mankind 444 was killed 615 by these 3778 three 5140 plagues 4127, by the fire 4442 and the smoke 2586 and the brimstone 2303 which proceeded 1607 out of their mouths 4750.

 9:19 For the power 1849 of the horses 2462 is in their mouths 4750 and in their tails 3769; for their tails 3769 are like 3664 serpents 3789 and have 2192 heads 2776, and with them they do 91 harm 91.

 9:20 ¶ The rest 3062 of mankind 444, who 3739 were not killed 615 by these 3778 plagues 4127, did not repent 3340 of the works 2041 of their hands 5495, so 2443 as not to worship 4352 demons 1140, and the idols 1497 of gold 5552 and of silver 693 and of brass 5470 and of stone 3035 and of wood 3585, which 3739 can 1410 neither 3777 see 991 nor 3777 hear 191 nor 3777 walk 4043;

 9:21 and they did not repent 3340 of their murders 5408 nor 3777 of their sorceries 5331 nor 3777 of their immorality 4202 nor 3777 of their thefts 2809.
