Revelation 2

What is commanded to be written to the angels, that is, the ministers of the Churches of 1 Ephesus, 8 Smyrna, 12 Pergamos, 18 Thyatira: and what is commended, or found wanting in them.

 2:1 “To the angel 32a of the church 1577 in Ephesus 2181 write 1125: ¶ The One who holds 2902 the seven 2033 stars 792 in His right 1188 hand 1188, the One who walks 4043 among 1722 3319 the seven 2033 golden 5552 lampstands 3087, says 3004 this 3592:

 2:2 ¶ ‘I know 3609a your deeds 2041 and your toil 2873 and perseverance 5281, and that you cannot 1410 3756 tolerate 941 evil 2556 men 2556, and you put 3985 to the test 3985 those 3588 who call 3004 themselves 1438 apostles 652, and they are not, and you found 2147 them [to be] false 5571;

 2:3 and you have 2192 perseverance 5281 and have endured 941 for My name’s 3686 sake 1223, and have not grown 2872 weary 2872.

 2:4 ‘But I have 2192 [this] against 2596 you, that you have left 863 your first 4413 love 26.

 2:5 ‘Therefore 3767 remember 3421 from where 4159 you have fallen 4098, and repent 3340 and do 4160 the deeds 2041 you did at first 4413; or 1161 else 1490b I am coming 2064 to you and will remove 2795 your lampstand 3087 out of its place 5117—unless 1437 3361 you repent 3340.

 2:6 ‘Yet 235 this 3778 you do have 2192, that you hate 3404 the deeds 2041 of the Nicolaitans 3531, which 3739 I also 2532 hate 3404.

 2:7 ‘He who has 2192 an ear 3775, let him hear 191 what 5101 the Spirit 4151 says 3004 to the churches 1577. To him who overcomes 3528, I will grant 1325 to eat 2068 of the tree 3586 of life 2222 which 3739 is in the Paradise 3857 of God 2316.’

 2:8 ¶ “And to the angel 32a of the church 1577 in Smyrna 4667 write 1125: ¶ The first 4413 and the last 2078, who 3739 was dead 3498, and has come to life 2198, says 3004 this 3592:

 2:9 ¶ ‘I know 3609a your tribulation 2347 and your poverty 4432 (but you are rich 4145), and the blasphemy 988 by those 3588 who say 3004 they are Jews 2453 and are not, but are a synagogue 4864 of Satan 4567.

 2:10 ‘Do not fear 5399 what 3739 you are about 3195 to suffer 3958. Behold 2400, the devil 1228 is about 3195 to cast 906 some of you into prison 5438, so 2443 that you will be tested 3985, and you will have 2192 tribulation 2347 for ten 1176 days 2250. Be faithful 4103 until 891 death 2288, and I will give 1325 you the crown 4735 of life 2222.

 2:11 ‘He who has 2192 an ear 3775, let him hear 191 what 5101 the Spirit 4151 says 3004 to the churches 1577. He who overcomes 3528 will not be hurt 91 by the second 1208 death 2288.’

 2:12 ¶ “And to the angel 32a of the church 1577 in Pergamum 4010 write 1125: ¶ The One who has 2192 the sharp 3691 two-edged 1366 sword 4501b says 3004 this 3592:

 2:13 ¶ ‘I know 3609a where 4226 you dwell 2730, where 3699 Satan’s 4567 throne 2362 is; and you hold 2902 fast 2902 My name 3686, and did not deny 720 My faith 4102 even 2532 in the days 2250 of Antipas 493, My witness 3144, My faithful 4103 one 4103, who 3739 was killed 615 among 3844 you, where 3699 Satan 4567 dwells 2730.

 2:14 ‘But I have 2192 a few 3641 things 3641 against 2596 you, because 3754 you have 2192 there 1563 some who hold 2902 the teaching 1322 of Balaam 903, who 3739 kept teaching 1321 Balak 904 to put 906 a stumbling 4625 block 4625 before 1799 the sons 5207 of Israel 2474, to eat 2068 things 1494 sacrificed 1494 to idols 1494 and to commit 4203 [acts of] immorality 4203.

 2:15 ‘So 3779 you also 2532 have 2192 some who in the same 3668 way 3668 hold 2902 the teaching 1322 of the Nicolaitans 3531.

 2:16 ‘Therefore 3767 repent 3340; or 1161 else 1490b I am coming 2064 to you quickly 5035, and I will make 4170 war 4170 against 3326 them with the sword 4501b of My mouth 4750.

 2:17 ‘He who has 2192 an ear 3775, let him hear 191 what 5101 the Spirit 4151 says 3004 to the churches 1577. To him who overcomes 3528, to him I will give 1325 [some] of the hidden 2928 manna 3131, and I will give 1325 him a white 3022 stone 5586, and a new 2537 name 3686 written 1125 on the stone 5586 which 3739 no 3762 one 3762 knows 3609a but he who receives 2983 it.’

 2:18 ¶ “And to the angel 32a of the church 1577 in Thyatira 2363 write 1125: ¶ The Son 5207 of God 2316, who has 2192 eyes 3788 like 5613 a flame 5395 of fire 4442, and His feet 4228 are like 3664 burnished 5474 bronze 5474, says 3004 this 3592:

 2:19 ¶ ‘I know 3609a your deeds 2041, and your love 26 and faith 4102 and service 1248 and perseverance 5281, and that your deeds 2041 of late 2078 are greater 4183 than at first 4413.

 2:20 ‘But I have 2192 [this] against 2596 you, that you tolerate 863 the woman 1135 Jezebel 2403, who calls 3004 herself 1438 a prophetess 4398, and she teaches 1321 and leads 4105 My bond-servants 1401 astray 4105 so that they commit 4203 [acts of] immorality 4203 and eat 2068 things 1494 sacrificed 1494 to idols 1494.

 2:21 ‘I gave 1325 her time 5550 to repent 3340, and she does not want 2309 to repent 3340 of her immorality 4202.

 2:22 ‘Behold 2400, I will throw 906 her on a bed 2825b [of sickness], and those 3588 who commit 3431 adultery 3431 with her into great 3173 tribulation 2347, unless 1437 3361 they repent 3340 of her deeds 2041.

 2:23 ‘And I will kill 615 her children 5043 with pestilence 2288, and all 3956 the churches 1577 will know 1097 that I am 1510 He who searches 2045 the minds 3510 and hearts 2588; and I will give 1325 to each 1538 one 1538 of you according 2596 to your deeds 2041.

 2:24 ‘But I say 3004 to you, the rest 3062 who are in Thyatira 2363, who 3745 do not hold 2192 this 3778 teaching 1322, who 3748 have not known 1097 the deep 901 things 901 of Satan 4567, as they call 3004 them—I place 906 no 3756 other 243 burden 922 on you.

 2:25 ‘Nevertheless 4133 what 3739 you have 2192, hold 2902 fast 2902 until 891 I come 2240.

 2:26 ‘He who overcomes 3528, and he who keeps 5083 My deeds 2041 until 891 the end 5056, TO HIM I WILL GIVE 1325 AUTHORITY 1849 OVER 1909 THE NATIONS 1484;

 2:27 AND HE SHALL RULE 4165 THEM WITH A ROD 4464 OF IRON 4603, AS THE VESSELS 4632 OF THE POTTER 2764 ARE BROKEN 4937 TO PIECES 4937, as I also 2532 have received 2983 [authority] from My Father 3962;

 2:28 and I will give 1325 him the morning 4407 star 792.

 2:29 ‘He who has 2192 an ear 3775, let him hear 191 what 5101 the Spirit 4151 says 3004 to the churches 1577.’
