Revelation 17

3, 4 A woman arrayed in purple and scarlet, with a golden cup in her hand, sitteth upon the beast, 5 which is great Babylon, the mother of all abominations. 9 The interpretation of the seven heads, 12 and the ten horns. 8 The punishment of the whore. 14 The victory of the Lamb.

 17:1 Then 2532 one 1520 of the seven 2033 angels 32a who had 2192 the seven 2033 bowls 5357 came 2064 and spoke 2980 with me, saying 3004, “Come 1204 here 1204, I will show 1166 you the judgment 2917 of the great 3173 harlot 4204 who sits 2521 on many 4183 waters 5204,

 17:2 with whom 3739 the kings 935 of the earth 1093 committed 4203 [acts of] immorality 4203, and those 3588 who dwell 2730 on the earth 1093 were made 3184 drunk 3184 with the wine 3631 of her immorality 4202.”

 17:3 And he carried 667 me away 667 in the Spirit 4151 into a wilderness 2048; and I saw 3708 a woman 1135 sitting 2521 on a scarlet 2847 beast 2342, full 1073 of blasphemous 988 names 3686, having 2192 seven 2033 heads 2776 and ten 1176 horns 2768.

 17:4 The woman 1135 was clothed 4016 in purple 4210 and scarlet 2847, and adorned 5558 with gold 5553 and precious 5093 stones 3037 and pearls 3135, having 2192 in her hand 5495 a gold 5552 cup 4221 full 1073 of abominations 946 and of the unclean 169 things 169 of her immorality 4202,

 17:5 and on her forehead 3359 a name 3686 [was] written 1125, a mystery 3466, “BABYLON 897 THE GREAT 3173, THE MOTHER 3384 OF HARLOTS 4204 AND OF THE ABOMINATIONS 946 OF THE EARTH 1093.”

 17:6 And I saw 3708 the woman 1135 drunk 3184 with the blood 129 of the saints 40, and with the blood 129 of the witnesses 3144 of Jesus 2424. When I saw 3708 her, I wondered 2296 greatly 2295 3173.

 17:7 And the angel 32a said 3004 to me, “Why 1223 5101 do you wonder 2296? I will tell 3004 you the mystery 3466 of the woman 1135 and of the beast 2342 that carries 941 her, which has 2192 the seven 2033 heads 2776 and the ten 1176 horns 2768.

 17:8 ¶ “The beast 2342 that you saw 3708 was, and is not, and is about 3195 to come 305 up out of the abyss 12 and go 5217 to destruction 684. And those 3588 who dwell 2730 on the earth 1093, whose 3739 name 3686 has not been written 1125 in the book 975 of life 2222 from the foundation 2602 of the world 2889, will wonder 2296 when they see 991 the beast 2342, that he was and is not and will come 3918b.

 17:9 “Here 5602 is the mind 3563 which has 2192 wisdom 4678. The seven 2033 heads 2776 are seven 2033 mountains 3735 on which 3699 the woman 1135 sits 2521,

 17:10 and they are seven 2033 kings 935; five 4002 have fallen 4098, one 1520 is, the other 243 has not yet 3768 come 2064; and when 3752 he comes 2064, he must 1163 remain 3306 a little 3641 while 3641.

 17:11 “The beast 2342 which 3739 was and is not, is himself 846 also 2532 an eighth 3590 and is [one] of the seven 2033, and he goes 5217 to destruction 684.

 17:12 “The ten 1176 horns 2768 which 3739 you saw 3708 are ten 1176 kings 935 who 3748 have not yet 3768 received 2983 a kingdom 932, but they receive 2983 authority 1849 as kings 935 with the beast 2342 for one 1520 hour 5610.

 17:13 “These 3778 have 2192 one 1520 purpose 1106, and they give 1325 their power 1411 and authority 1849 to the beast 2342.

 17:14 “These 3778 will wage 4170 war 4170 against 3326 the Lamb 721b, and the Lamb 721b will overcome 3528 them, because 3754 He is Lord 2962 of lords 2962 and King 935 of kings 935, and those 3588 who 3588 are with Him [are the] called 2822 and chosen 1588 and faithful 4103.”

 17:15 ¶ And he *said 3004 to me, “The waters 5204 which 3739 you saw 3708 where 3757 the harlot 4204 sits 2521, are peoples 2992 and multitudes 3793 and nations 1484 and tongues 1100.

 17:16 “And the ten 1176 horns 2768 which 3739 you saw 3708, and the beast 2342, these 3778 will hate 3404 the harlot 4204 and will make 4160 her desolate 2049 and naked 1131, and will eat 2068 her flesh 4561 and will burn 2618 her up with fire 4442.

 17:17 “For God 2316 has put 1325 it in their hearts 2588 to execute 4160 His purpose 1106 by having 4160 a common 1520 purpose 1106, and by giving 1325 their kingdom 932 to the beast 2342, until 891 the words 3056 of God 2316 will be fulfilled 5055.

 17:18 “The woman 1135 whom 3739 you saw 3708 is the great 3173 city 4172, which reigns 2192 932 over 1909 the kings 935 of the earth 1093.”
