Revelation 13

1 A beast riseth out of the sea with seven heads and ten horns, to whom the dragon giveth his power. 11 Another beast cometh up out of the earth: 14 causeth an image to be made of the former beast, 15 and that men should worship it, 16 and receive his mark.

 13:1 And the dragon stood 2476 on the sand 285 of the seashore 2281. ¶ Then 2532 I saw 3708 a beast 2342 coming 305 up out of the sea 2281, having 2192 ten 1176 horns 2768 and seven 2033 heads 2776, and on his horns 2768 [were] ten 1176 diadems 1238, and on his heads 2776 [were] blasphemous 988 names 3686.

 13:2 And the beast 2342 which 3739 I saw 3708 was like 3664 a leopard 3917, and his feet 4228 were like 3664 [those] of a bear 715, and his mouth 4750 like 5613 the mouth 4750 of a lion 3023. And the dragon 1404 gave 1325 him his power 1411 and his throne 2362 and great 3173 authority 1849.

 13:3 [I saw] one 1520 of his heads 2776 as if 5613 it had been slain 4969, and his fatal 2288 wound 4127 was healed 2323. And the whole 3650 earth 1093 was amazed 2296 [and followed] after 3694 the beast 2342;

 13:4 they worshiped 4352 the dragon 1404 because 3754 he gave 1325 his authority 1849 to the beast 2342; and they worshiped 4352 the beast 2342, saying 3004, “Who 5101 is like 3664 the beast 2342, and who 5101 is able 1410 to wage 4170 war 4170 with him?”

 13:5 There was given 1325 to him a mouth 4750 speaking 2980 arrogant 3173 words and blasphemies 988, and authority 1849 to act 4160 for forty-two 5065b 1417 months 3376 was given 1325 to him.

 13:6 And he opened 455 his mouth 4750 in blasphemies 988 against 4314 God 2316, to blaspheme 987 His name 3686 and His tabernacle 4633, [that is], those 3588 who dwell 4637 in heaven 3772.

 13:7 ¶ It was also 2532 given 1325 to him to make 4160 war 4171 with the saints 40 and to overcome 3528 them, and authority 1849 over 1909 every 3956 tribe 5443 and people 2992 and tongue 1100 and nation 1484 was given 1325 to him.

 13:8 All 3956 who dwell 2730 on the earth 1093 will worship 4352 him, [everyone] whose 3739 name 3686 has not been written 1125 from the foundation 2602 of the world 2889 in the book 975 of life 2222 of the Lamb 721b who has been slain 4969.

 13:9 If 1487 anyone 5100 has 2192 an ear 3775, let him hear 191.

 13:10 If 1487 anyone 5100 [is destined] for captivity 161, to captivity 161 he goes 5217; if 1487 anyone 5100 kills 615 with the sword 3162, with the sword 3162 he must 1163 be killed 615. Here 5602 is the perseverance 5281 and the faith 4102 of the saints 40.

 13:11 ¶ Then 2532 I saw 3708 another 243 beast 2342 coming 305 up out of the earth 1093; and he had 2192 two 1417 horns 2768 like 3664 a lamb 721b and he spoke 2980 as a dragon 1404.

 13:12 He exercises 4160 all 3956 the authority 1849 of the first 4413 beast 2342 in his presence 1799. And he makes 4160 the earth 1093 and those 3588 who dwell 2730 in it to worship 4352 the first 4413 beast 2342, whose 3739 fatal 2288 wound 4127 was healed 2323.

 13:13 He performs 4160 great 3173 signs 4592, so 2443 that he even 2532 makes 4160 fire 4442 come 2597 down 2597 out of heaven 3772 to the earth 1093 in the presence 1799 of men 444.

 13:14 And he deceives 4105 those 3588 who dwell 2730 on the earth 1093 because 1223 of the signs 4592 which 3739 it was given 1325 him to perform 4160 in the presence 1799 of the beast 2342, telling 3004 those 3588 who dwell 2730 on the earth 1093 to make 4160 an image 1504 to the beast 2342 who 3739 *had 2192 the wound 4127 of the sword 3162 and has come to life 2198.

 13:15 And it was given 1325 to him to give 1325 breath 4151 to the image 1504 of the beast 2342, so 2443 that the image 1504 of the beast 2342 would even 2532 speak 2980 and cause 4160 as many 3745 as do not worship 4352 the image 1504 of the beast 2342 to be killed 615.

 13:16 And he causes 4160 all 3956, the small 3398 and the great 3173, and the rich 4145 and the poor 4434, and the free 1658 men 1658 and the slaves 1401, to be given 1325 a mark 5480 on their right 1188 hand 5495 or 2228 on their forehead 3359,

 13:17 and [he provides] that no 3761 one 5100 will be able 1410 to buy 59 or 2228 to sell 4453, except 1508 the one who has 2192 the mark 5480, [either] the name 3686 of the beast 2342 or 2228 the number 706 of his name 3686.

 13:18 Here 5602 is wisdom 4678. Let him who has 2192 understanding 3563 calculate 5585 the number 706 of the beast 2342, for the number 706 is that of a man 444; and his number 706 is six 1812 hundred 1812 and sixty-six 1835 1803.
