Joshua 5

1 The Canaanites are afraid. 2 Joshua reneweth circumcision. 10 The Passover is kept at Gilgal. 12 Manna ceaseth. 13 An angel appeareth to Joshua.

 5:1 Now it came 1961 about when all 3605 the kings 4428 of the Amorites 567 who 834 [were] beyond 5676 the Jordan 3383 to the west 3220, and all 3605 the kings 4428 of the Canaanites 3669a who 834 [were] by the sea 3220, heard 8085 how 854 834 the LORD 3068 had dried 3001 up the waters 4325 of the Jordan 3383 before 4480 6440 the sons 1121 of Israel 3478 until 5704 they had crossed 5674a, that their hearts 3824 melted 4549, and there was no 3808 spirit 7307 in them any 5750 longer 5750 because 4480 6440 of the sons 1121 of Israel 3478.

 5:2 ¶ At that time 6256 the LORD 3068 said 559 to Joshua 3091, “Make 6213a for yourself flint 6864 knives 2719 and circumcise 4135 again 7725 the sons 1121 of Israel 3478 the second 8145 time 8145.”

 5:3 So Joshua 3091 made 6213a himself flint 6864 knives 2719 and circumcised 4135 the sons 1121 of Israel 3478 at Gibeath-haaraloth 1389 6190.
